Def recommend this place if in the Sacramento/ roseville area. Upon a local friend recommendation, stopped by for quick lunch..their popular item is the chole batura- da best I had outside India. Tasty and Piping hot and quick friendly service. Was So excited savoring the taste, forgot to take a pic. Also tried their hot aloo (potato) paratha..and yes not for the health conscious ones! Great ambience with dining area and also it is attached to Indian store next door, if one wants to shop any.

Very tasty Indian food with attentive service. Their chef clearly know what they're doing--the recipes are absolutely mouth-watering. The restaurant is also very neat and clean. Honestly, I'm surprised to see any bad reviews, because my experience was excellent.

Wow . For a place out in the middle of nowhere This place really hits the spot. This is a combo of Indian grocery store and restaurant. The food is very tasty. Had the chile batura, paneer tikka masala and veggie pizza. All the food was so fresh and delicious. The breads are soft. Serving time is longer because made super fresh not pan cooked stuff. If you are in Sacramento right near the airport and want Indian food go here.

Hands down my favorite butter chicken! I can't believe I forgot to post about this place. This spot is connected to a grocery store! Love finding small hole in the wall spots. Came here with a friend and we both enjoyed everything. I still think about the butter chicken to this day! I would love to come back and try the dosas.

From cholle patoorey, gol gappe, mango lassi to their pastries- everything is so delicious. robin did an amazing job checking up on us making sure everything was great. We love that we are close and can attend whenever :)

The food here is amazing! Usually, it's hard to find full authentic Indian food. Mainly because in America, the herbs and spices are nowhere as great as the spices in the lands of India. Today, I was able to eat as if I was in the lands of India. Delhi Oven over achieved with their menu. I highly suggest the chili garlic naan! Thank you to all and the great services you've provided today! You have a forever customer. The Delhi is also beautiful. The place is gorgeous with amazing vibes, and a cool shop in the back! Check it out! ~Sarai

Updated review for 2022. Dine-in party of 4. My go-to is the butter chicken (comes with rice) and a side of naan. Others at the table got the aloo dosa, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, butter naan, and onion kulcha. I also got a mango lassi drink, and a couple of the guys purchased the individual cups of Indian-style ice cream (some with non-English flavors labeled so it was a fun mystery) to go. The dosa (South Indian) crepe with sambar was something I'd never seen/tried before. I didn't love the kulcha but that's just because it was too oniony for me personally. Next time I swear I will go veg and cheesy, and try the palak paneer (why was I looking for it under "saag," can someone please explain the difference to me, they both have spinach?) or the paneer pakora or paneer naan or paneer paratha (again, someone please explain the difference between the paratha and naan!). Or if I stick with chicken to try something else like the korma. Championz Pizza also has the Indian flavor profile pizzas which I haven't tried yet either. Order at the register, eat, then pay at the register after the meal.

This is your in the wall type of restaurant, tucked away behind an Indian grocery store, with a tarp sign out front falling off. Don't let that understated look fool you though; servers greet you right as you walk in through the door and offer you a menu. The menu has many Indian dish favorites and then pizzas made topped with those dishes. We got the butter chicken and butter paneer (same sauce, meat vs, cheese) which was incredible. Naan a perfect combo of soft with crisp corners. Rice was done right. The masala chai was not my favorite, however there were kulfis in an ice box nearby that made for the perfect dessert on this hot day. We got the malai and mango and didn't regret it! We will definitely be back, as this is now our favorite Indian restaurant in Natomas in terms of authentic flavor and pricing!

    Plain naan

Very tasty Indian food. I love that they have both north and south Indian cuisine menus so you can experience both. I got the chicken korma, sambar, and plain naan. Chicken korma: A Very creamy from the yogurt and the chicken was fall apart tender. Goes amazing with naan. Highly recommend if you don't want something spicy! Sambar: B+ I've heard of this soup in food videos before and finally tried it. Tons of flavor, and it's got some soft vegetables in it. Pretty good and not too pricey. Naan: B I usually prefer naan to be a little more crispy but it's still pretty good. They also gave me complimentary basmati rice so that was nice!

    naan.

The place is small and the tables are too close together. We get seated and oddly they give us these mini water bottles. On the menu they say water bottles are $2. They do not have fountain sodas. Only a can, no ice for $2.50. I asked for water and he brings out a carafe but still no ice. Boo. The little water bottles really cheapen the experience. We order chicken tikka, saag paneer, chicken bryani and garlic naan. NO rice comes with it. It is extra charge. Wait time was average. It was all very tasty. Disappointed that there was only 10 very small pieces of cheese in the saag. Chicken seemed skimpy also. It rates second to my favorite Indian, Bombay Grill but best in Natomas area. They are also the most expensive of all with no frills or extras. You would think for a $70 lunch, they could give you a small bowl of rice or how about some ice with my soda that I cannot get a refill on. We ordered them to-go today and it was not as good as the above visit. Lacked flavor. My Naan was burnt to hell with a giant hole in it. I should have taken a pic but was too hungry to bother. Might be awhile before we return again.

We raised the concern with the server and mentioned have had only one bite the whole thing was untouched, their solution to the situation was no refund, they can instead give a curry in exchange which was barely $10-$12, while the platter costed whopping $28.50 plus taxes, which we didn't accept and left the place.
