The only exception was one young woman who seemed polite. If you're lucky enough to be helped by her, your experience may be different. Unfortunately, everyone else I encountered projected such negative energy that it made me question whether I even wanted them preparing my food. A welcoming atmosphere matters, especially at a place serving food and drinks. When employees treat customers with hostility, it doesn't inspire confidence or make people want to return. The last two times I ordered a smoothie, it was so thick and overly sweet that I couldn't even drink it. Both ended up in the trash, which was a complete waste of money. I also ordered a patty that didn't taste fresh and upset my stomach afterward. I can't say for certain why, but it certainly did not taste freshly prepared. Based on both the customer service and the quality of the food, I would not recommend this business. Management seriously needs to reevaluate the customer experience and invest in hiring and training staff who understand the importance of treating customers with basic respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
