I hate leaving negative reviews, but after multiple experiences, I feel I need to share this. I…read morecontinue coming here mainly because it's close to my husband's work and the breakfast sandwiches are good--but unfortunately, the customer service is consistently poor. Nearly every visit, the employees come across as rude, unfriendly, and give the bare minimum in terms of service. Today was the final straw. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, but was handed a regular mocha instead. When I politely said I had ordered a white chocolate mocha, the employee immediately responded with attitude. I handed the drink back and said I didn't want that one, and she asked--again with attitude--if I wanted it remade. When I said yes, she rudely told me that "next time you need to say white chocolate mocha." I responded that I believed I had, and she insisted I didn't. There was no reason for the hostility over a simple drink correction. Customer mistakes happen, employee mistakes happen--but basic kindness and professionalism should still be expected. The food may be good, but the repeated poor treatment from staff makes the experience unpleasant. Management seriously needs to address customer service training or reconsider staffing, because friendly service goes a long way.

It always seems like some new discovery awaits for this category here and it's always delicious. Coffee drinks remain amazing, creative and unique especially for the area that doesn't delve into the specifics that this place does. On our latest visit we had some amazing sweets that involved pistachio and once again it doesn't disappoint. So very delicious. Still five stars all of the way and I don't see that changing anytime soon!

I used to visit the Sacramento location, so it was a nice surprise seeing one nearby. My review is mainly for the desserts since I still haven't tried the coffee yet (though I'm sure it's probably great too since they're known for their Yemeni coffee). The menu seems very similar to the Sacramento location, but I'm giving 4 stars because they don't carry the one dessert I've been seriously craving: Turkish delight! The Sacramento location has it and I was definitely hoping to grab some here but I didn't see any on display or on the menu :( The milk cakes were thankfully just as good and super consistent between locations. We ordered the pistachio milk cake and the caramel milk cake (different pricing, depending on flavor probably). Both were incredibly moist, flavorful, and just really delicious. If you've never tried the milk cakes here, I definitely recommend them. They taste high quality, for sure, and a perfect treat for a sweet tooth. I had my husband try one for the first time since he likes caramel, and he immediately said it tasted so fancy he felt like he should be sticking his pinky out while eating it lol. I told him it *is* around $10 a slice, after all. We stopped by on a weekday afternoon and the parking lot was busy and the café itself was packed, so it definitely seems like a popular spot. They also have a points rewards program you can sign up for with just your phone number. I'll definitely be back for sweets again.

Psalm 23:5" which added to our excitement since were Christians. That set us up for a lot of disappointment because we got super rude service. We stood in line for a while and as we got to the counter, the manager said, "Who's next?" and before we could say something, someone else started ordering who had not been waiting in line. Dorothy, we were standing there the whole time, but I think it might be a race thing because the people she served were German and we're brown people. So my sister says something to the young lady at the counter and she starts slinging out attitude. "So what do you want me to do about it?" How about not be rude when you guys had the failure on your end? Then she seated us, throwing our table number on the table. The nerve! This is the opposite of making things right. Another waitress (who was not white) came up to us and apologized. She was sweet and I'm guessing she sees that type of treatment a lot at this place. We're not the types who sees race in everything, but when I talked to my sister later she mentioned how Dorothy let the Germans cut, which confirmed what I was feeling too. I hate that in 2026 you can still see that type of behavior because it's jarring when it happens. By the way, the streusel cake and coffee and they were okay. I think Entenmanns which you can get at the grocery store is better. We were going to order salami sandwiches and some other pastries, but after that waitress treated us poorly, we were afraid what that waitress might do to our food in the kitchen. I saw in another review that someone else complained about how rude she was. My guess? She must be related to the owner because they clearly don't care how she treats the customers.

Inside is clean and spacious, the neutral tone of the decor feels cozy - great place to work or study. Just FYI, mostl of the tables are for 2 people. I got a seasonal drink - Coconut Latte (4/5 stars), which is topped with coconut cream and came with a white chocolate coconut Ferrero Rocher. The coconut flavor isn't very strong, but worked well with the coffee. My only complaint is I dislie shredded coconut, which is part of the topping. I felt bad asking them to remake it just for that. As part of the 6-month celebration, I got a free Mini Dubai Chocolate Cup (4.5/5 stars) with purchase of any drink. The pistachio kanafi is amazing, and still crunchy when I had it a few hours after I got it. The strawberries are mostly fresh. A small part of the dessert is a bit watery (from the washed strawberries I assume), but overall it's a yummy dessert that I recommend. Lastly, shout-out to the friendliest barista Jasmine!

Service was fast, employees were super friendly, and the espresso was high quality. Bathrooms were also spotless. I'll also say that this place smells FANTASTIC. They have some mild scent diffusers going that make the place just smell so fresh and pleasant. Not overwhelming at all. Also, the chairs were nice and comfortable. I sat there for around 2 hours and was very comfortable. I will definitely come back here to try some of their other drinks and their desserts. Only (small) negative is that there's hardly any parking outside the shop. It's in a strip mall and there were very few spots available when I visited. You could maybe park down the street in a residential area.
