I was quite bothered by something I saw this past week at Deli Delicious and am not happy with the response - or lack thereof, to be exact - that I received from the company about it.  Specifically, on the evening of January 10, I went there to purchase a couple of sandwiches.  The one person I could see working there, taking my order and making the sandwiches, was completely unmasked.  Keep in mind that, right now, it is state law for people to be masked in public places except in a few circumstances (such as if a person is eating, which he was not).  Plus, we are facing a sharp spike right now in Omicron cases that should have everyone careful and concerned, and this town in particular is a "hotspot" in terms of current cases.  The next day, January 11, I contacted the company through the Deli Delicious website to convey my observations and concerns, with the intent of NOT posting a review here if they responded accordingly.  Five days later, I have still received no response at all.  Moreover, while I was getting something from another place in the same strip mall on January 12, I walked by Deli Delicious and saw that one of the two workers there was unmasked.  So, no response and no change.  This is not the time for a restaurant to be playing games with people's health and lives just because employees don't want to be masked.  I spend every work day masked from start to finish, apart from a few minutes when I am eating lunch, and I am sure that someone who interacts face-to-face with customers and prepares their food can do the same.  It disappoints me using that the customer contact form on their website did not elicit any response.  Does the company have any concern at all about issues like this? read more

Usually have the best experience... but i got home and realized they didn't give me the right sandwich. i called and was extremely friendly cause i understand mistakes happen. The guy who took the phone order was very nice and apologized but when i went to pick up my corrected sandwich, the girl with the fly away eyelashes and dramatic purple eyeshadow was extremely unfriendly and mad the she had to remake it. I'm not one to leave a bad review but i don't like being inconvenienced and then getting an ugly attitude. If you don't like your job and can't provide decent customer service, find a different job. read more

Those French dips are the best in Sanger! Garlic fries are equal to Pismo Beach. Great staff, get it go , never a bad meal.

Ok the one good thing is my sandwich was very good. That's where the good ends. This place is basically a train wreck when it comes to service. I came here today with my wife and daughter and it took 30 minutes to get our order. During that time I observed a couple who asked for their money back, another couple who were not brought their correct orders and another guy that was complaining that he had been waiting 30 minutes in the restaurant for an or he'd called in. I thought I was on the set of Gordon Ramsey's Restaurant Rescue. I would avoid this location. read more

I don't come here all the time but every time I have come here the service and food is good. Tonight while I waited for my food a homeless man came in and asked the guy if they had any left overs he could have. The guy said I'll make you a fresh sandwich on the house! Worst Deli Delicious I've ever had. They were out of white bread...ok I understand. Ordered a Turkey,Bacon, Avocado, asked if all the ingredients were ok, I asked for no wax peppers or mustard. Get home open my sandwich what do I see first? A bunch of wax peppers and mustard. There was hardly any avocado also. I will not be back. read more

If your looking for some grade A service, and food then this sandwich shop is right for you! At first I thought this place was just like every other Deli Delicious, but it's not. My order is always prompt, with satisfaction guaranteed. We all know Deli Delicious tastes good, but it's really the customer service that brings you back for more. My husband and I came during the end of lunch hour and ordered a turkey avocado sprouts sandwich, a large number 21. We also ordered a large fry. After my husband asked for our fries two separate times, finally on the third time they said it would be a minute. This was after 30 minutes of waiting and both he and I had finished our sandwiches and then our fries were delivered. Sandwich was great as were the fries but the service was horrible and there were at least employees. Unacceptable. read more

Been here many times before and was always great. This time not so much. I ordered the ranch chicken and jack with extra tomatoes and avacado. I get home and there's basically no tomatoes. No avacado at all. And the bread tasted like it was a couple days old. When I call the supposed manager named Saab S. blamed his new hire employee for the mistake and offer to make me a small sandwich rather than replace the one that was screwed up! Crappy customer service and not a good sandwich at all. Pretty sad. Loved that place. read more

Thanks for always making great sandwiches for lunch and dinner for me and the family. I'd really like to see this location use higher quality bacon like the Fresno locations, not the thin precooked ready to heat bacon. I think they could also use higher portions of avocado on sandwiches that have it on them, like other Fresno locations. Aside from that the place is always clean, employees visually wash hands, and we are always greeted politely and never end up waiting for long for our food. read more

Horrible customer sevice. I went in and ordered 2 sandwiches to go and was the only customer in there. After waiting and noticing everyone who came in after me was receiving their food I went up and asked about my meals. Turns out no one made it. so I was waiting over 25 minutes for nothing because no one made my order. I asked for my money back and they get an attitude. The cashier was rude as if it's my fault they didn't make my order and wanted my money back. He gave me my money back while he rolled his eyes at me and I left. First time here, heard a lot of good things about the sandwiches so figured it's time to give them a try. I ordered a medium sandwich on wheat bread with choice of 3 meats, I had pastrami, ham and roast beef with Swiss cheese with the works for vegetables on it. It was very good and I think they are better than subway. Plus even though I didn't get any, they even have 4 different kinds of French fries to go along with the sandwich and also have salads too. All in all i'm glad I finally stopped in and will definitely be coming back! read more

I've been coming here three times or more a week ever since they opened. The food is delicious and customer service is great. Sandwiches and toppings are always fresh, never had a problem with my order nor with my online orders. My online order was ready on time and got exactly what I ordered. Strolling thru blossom trail and stopped by here for lunch. Don't come here is your looking to stay cool and enjoy your sandwhich. The owner too cheap to turn on AC. It's cooler outside then inside. And restrooms aren't stick with toilet paper or seat covers. Addressed to clerk, but ignored me, and proceeded to work on orders. read more
