Incredible place! The best desserts, the best croissants the best quiches. Only problem is if I keep going there, I'm gonna gain 100 pounds. Lol

Only tasted a few "patisseries" (pastries). The chocolate croissant was nice. It was flaky, with a nice crispy texture on the outside. Buttery but not too much. A good version for sure. Chocolate eclair has great flavor. The pâte à choux was a bit dense though. Average. The mille-feuilles (napoleon) was good. The pastry itself had good flavor and texture. It could have been a bit more filled with pastry cream for my taste but I liked it. Took to go, fast and easy in the AM.

We love delice bakery they made an amazing custom cake for my son's birthdays. Every Friday I always get their gluten free challah and yummy desserts for Shabbat!

Really interesting sufignot donut flavors for Hanukah. Unfortunately they are out but now I know where to go next year!

Every Hanukkah Delice has a really creative donut menu! I discovered them four years ago but every year I've tried to get them they were sold out in the bakery. This year I was determined to finally try them and ordered early for delivery. And let me tell you...they were worth the wait! We got custard, jelly, chocolate, dulce de leche, and praline. The ratio of filling to dough was perfect. The dough was cooked to buttery perfection. Everything tasted so fresh. My favourite donut was predictably the fancy praline one. It was so beautiful to look at but also so delicious and special. I've never had a praline flavour donut before. Delice is kosher pas yisrael yoshon and parve for those who are interested. Metered parking on the street.

I just had my daughters Bat Mitzvah and i ordered deserts and a huge montee tower of cream puffs from here. The service was excellent from making the catering order to the delivery. It was on time and even extra early. It was set on platters beautifully. Next part it was delicious i had 75 people and it went in 5 MINUTES. The deserts that were for 90 people went in minutes that fast. The only issue i had was that i ordered to little. I had to of put a catering order for 300 pieces because it went so fast. The deserts were delicious!

I'd meant to come to this bistro since it opened (10 years ago! Whoa!!) but vacations to California were short and packed. Now that I've moved back, I got to take my husband for a little lunch date. We sat outside since the weather was exceptional, sunny with a cool breeze. I ordered the steak frites, pear gin and tonic, and my husband had the mussels mariniere with gin and tonic with passion fruit and grapefruit. I can't wait to order the Big Mec next time. For dessert, we shared the Paris breste. It was perfectly sweet and nutty. It was worth the wait and little journey up the 5 from OC. Five stars!

The onion soup was definitely the highlight -- rich, comforting, and one of those warm, satisfying dishes you don't come across that often. The beef tartare was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The omelette was a bit too cheesy for my taste, though that might just come down to personal preference. Banana tart is so good. Try this. The outdoor seating had a great brunch vibe and was really enjoyable, while the indoor space felt a bit small and tight. Service was also very good -- attentive and friendly throughout. Overall, a solid spot with a great atmosphere and some standout dishes.

For appetizers, we ordered the octopus and escargot. The octopus was easily the highlight of the night. The flavor, sauce, and texture were all amazing, and the roasted herb potatoes paired perfectly with the salsa verde and chimichurri. I would highly recommend this dish. The escargot was also very flavorful, especially if you enjoy garlic. The bread it comes with is a great touch since you can dip it into the sauce or pour the garlic butter over it. For entrées, we ordered the Atlantic salmon and the rack of lamb. The salmon tasted very fresh, but unfortunately lacked flavor. The rack of lamb -- which is considered their signature dish -- was tender, juicy, and worth trying at least once, but honestly the appetizers stood out more than the entrées for me. We also got two cocktails: the Pomegranate Margarita and the Casanova. Both were good and definitely on the sweeter side, so I'd recommend them if you enjoy sweeter drinks. Overall, I would come back mainly for the appetizers and cocktails.

It had a good acidic component from the vinaigrette and the broccolini themselves had a good bite to them. - Market lettuce, mango -- another bright dish that was needed for health purposes. It was bright and summery and delicious. MAIN - *Croque Madame -- a table favorite; I will say we cut it into 8 slices and we felt like it was enough richness with the one bite we had. I thoroughly enjoyed how fluffy the bread was and how it soaked up the sauce - *Abalone and Bay Scallop Pot Pie -- also another favorite with the richness of the pot pie. Ample mushrooms which I thoroughly enjoyed. The puff pastry was also very flaky. The "pot pie" is more butter based so it is a rich dish. - Spaghetti Bolognese -- perfectly al dente pasta; a good bolognese but nothing to write home about for me - *Loup de Mer -- enjoyed the flaky yet tender fish that paired well with the sauces in the dish. I enjoyed that it didn't feel overly heavy, but the dish matched the thickness of the fish itself - *Pekin duck breast -- served medium rare which was perfect. I didn't get much peking flavor, but did enjoy the skin and cut of the duck breast. The french fries were also nicely seasoned. DESSERT/DRINK - Espresso martini -- I would skip. I was disappointed by the drink itself. Pandan can often have an artificial vanilla taste and that artificial taste unfortunately was the major note of the drink. It also tasted quite watery which was a disappointment - Chocolate Fondant -- a molten lava cake; nice and hot. The restaurant paces the food well so you feel satiated, however, I think I would prefer to have had things come out a little more quickly. All our mains were served one by one which led for idle hands at times.

The white fabric looks like wet dogs have been sleeping and wrestling on them for years. Dirty, stained, gray. I'll stand, thanks. The prix fixe menu includes a French baguette, French butter, a summer salad, and your steak frites: a hanger steak with tarragon parsley sauce. The highlight of the meal was the bread. Soft center, crispy crust, and the butter was topped with flaky rock salt. Simple and delicious. The salad was light and bright, and by that point I was excited for the steak. I always order my steak medium. Is that right? Is that wrong? I don't know. Blood freaks me out, so I like just a little pink. The steak arrived and the presentation was a 10/10. The fries were great. Hard to mess those up. The parsley tarragon sauce was interesting at first. A flavor profile I don't think I've had before. The first bite was solid. But then came the problem: the hanger steak was tough and blood red. I had to chew it so much that I was completely over the parsley tarragon sauce before I was even halfway through the meal. The sauce also became overpowering and salty fast. The restaurant is dark, which I'm convinced is intentional so you don't notice the "medium" steak you ordered is actually rare because they have a Michelin star and apparently they know better than you. The service was fine, and my server was delightful. The restaurant clearly knows that, because they automatically add a 20% gratuity to the bill. And even with the gratuity already included, the receipt still has suggested tip amounts printed on it just in case you're looking to hit that magical 40% tip threshold. All in all, it was fine. If I had been served this exact steak frites while sitting in first class on a Delta Air Lines flight from LAX to JFK, 10/10. But driving an hour through Los Angeles traffic and Gotham City conditions to be greeted by dirty furniture and an okay steak? 6/10.
