I'm sad this place is closed. This was one of my go to spots for a snack when I went to the Rozzie Square Theater for improv/comedy. It makes sense if they are renovating the whole building. They have both bubble tea and frozen yogurt with plenty of topping choices. My favorite flavors are the mango, pineapple, and coconut. I love the fresh fruit and popping boba and mochi for the toppings. As with many froyo spots they charge by weight so depending on how much you loaded up would be the cost. I believe they also had 2 different size containers. In the past I remember my total being between $10-$15 so it can definitely add up! The owners also seem nice I think they tried offering a free milk tea that was made as a test for me and my friends that were hanging out in the space. Self service - you grab a plastic glove and cup, walk to the end of the shop, and start pulling down the handles to dispense yogurt. Some sample flavors are mango, vanilla , cookie and cream, and chocolate (want a mix of vanilla and chocolate? Then use the middle handle between vanilla and chocolate). After you're done with yogurt, move on to toppings (boba, candies, etc). Remember! It's weigh and pay system. My small portion came out to be exactly $6. Huge place but it's dark. I went to this place with my hopes up high and I was greeted by a rude person standing there making us wear masks and gloves. I presum that he thought we were unvaccinated beacuse of our looks but I assure you I was. A little while later other people came in and didn't have to wear masks nor gloves, These people were getting froyo just like us without masks. My fav is the watermelon flavor frozen yogurt with chocolate sprinkles, but so many other choices to pick from that is bomb! Simply excellent. Sweet, creamy tart yogurt, always fresh cut fruit pieces (including strawberry-soaked banana slices, something you find only rarely!), and at a convenient price too. Two cups with toppings was like $13, both filled to what I would consider a "medium." We've been a bunch of times, tried a bunch of different flavors, and it's always been consistently good. Fruit flavors are usually a sherbet, good intense fruit flavor, while the rest is creamy soft-serve texture. My partner likes putting three or four flavors in each cup, so she would know! Many different flavors of non-fat and low fat frozen yogurt to choose from. I've been here several times and the flavors never seem to change and there is never any sugar free flavors which would be a nice addition. You get to fill your own cup, there are two different cups to choose from although they're both about the same size. It would be better if there were smaller cups but that's part of the trick to get you to purchase more by just having larger size cups. I've never gotten out of the place without paying at least $10. Many different toppings to choose from many of which you would not want on top of your frozen yogurt but that's okay because you can just pick the ones you want and skip those others. The Salted Caramel topping never seems to work so stick with the butterscotch which always seems to work fine and is delicious. A big negative which is what is bringing my rating down to a two - the last time I was there I made the mistake of going during a slow period and the one staff guy on duty would not shut up and just wanted to talk about the election. All I wanted to do was to peacefully sit there and eat my frozen yogurt uninterrupted but it was not to be. Some people may see this as friendly but I saw it as intrusive. I'm so glad this is in our neighborhood. The yogurt is so fresh, the toppings are fresh and their are many choices. The owner is usually working when we go, and he is so nice and friendly. There is usually 10-12 flavors of yogurt to choose from. They also offer smoothies and bubble tea, and I've seen pictures of crepes and espresso on their instagram account. They have a stamp card, so you get a stamp for every $5 yogurt you purchase. It would be nice if they dedicated one day during the week where there was a flat fee so you could fill a cup for $5 or so. I've seen this offered at other frozen yogurt shops. This place opened right around the beginning of school in 2014 and our family visited as a treat after the first day of school and my son has asked to go back many times. This is a do it yourself place which makes it fun. They have a great variety of flavors and a variety of candy/fruit/cookie/other toppings. They have a rewards program too and they sell drinks. I can't understand having a good product in a poor environment! The yogurt was decent and the toppings were plentiful, but the tables were stained, the floor was dirty, the children's area shabby, and the children's rug FILTHY!!
