First time here. We passed by here last week and wanted to try it. Glad we did too. It was good. My wife started with the Duck Noodle Soup. She enjoyed it. I got the Spicy Thai Basil dish with chicken. It was from the lunch specials and came with salad and rice. We also tried the Pad Thai and the Pad Kra Pao with chicken. Overall I enjoyed these dishes. My wife like it but wasn't blown away. I felt my dish was tasty. Actually I felt all the items we ordered were flavorful. The server was very helpful and concerned that we were enjoying it. We saw this place when we were across the street at the theater. I like the fact that they have combination plates so you can order an entrée that comes with two sides. My husband and I usually like to share different things, but we were on our way somewhere and didn't want to have leftover sitting in the car. He had the garlic pork with fried egg, which was good. I had the garlic green beans with beef. I tasted the garlic pork and it was good. The green beans or fantastic. The beef was a little salty, but eating it in combination with the beans and rice was just fine. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and neat as a pin. I spent over $94 for few dishes and the portion was very small. Also, I ordered yellow curry and the container was only filled a little more than half!!! This review is receiving 3 starts due to the cleaning product smell inside, the difficulty of finding a parking spot, and the average- good food. When I see a yelp place with so many great reviews I get excited because I feel that there's some guarantee that the food is going to be above average however sadly that was not my experience at this place. To be fair the staff were so sweet and amazing which made the experience very enjoyable but I wish I could say the food wowed me. I circled around 5-6 times to find parking on a long strip of both sides of the street and nothing. I eventually found parking about 2 blocks away and was picked up by a friend. So if you have accessibility issues maybe getting dropped off might be the best solution. We walk in and are immediately greeted by the smell of cleaning products which i personally dislike because i expect a restaurant to smell like food and the smell kind of ruins the experience for me. We sat down quickly as there was no one inside( most people seem to order delivery or pick up). We order Tom Kha, crab Rangoon, fresh coconut juice and mango sticky rice. The coconut water in the fresh coconut was definitely 5/5 might return just for that. The soup was good but average it was lacking in flavor. The crab Rangoon were also not the best I've had. The mango sticky rice was very dry so not sure if it was sitting there for long or not. It was good but not great. Not sure if will be returning to this place.
