Had lunch with my son earlier today. Found them on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I love Thai food but it has to be good. Not a fan of salty and too much saucy. We ordered pad si ew with no meat, it was good. Not too dry and not overly saucy either. The red curry chicken was ok, the chicken was a bit too dry and the spicy eggplant with chicken was my most favorite. The pot stickers didn't taste that good and couldn't eat it without dipping it in the sauce it came with. I wasn't sure if it's chicken filled or other protein. I was craving some masaman curry but ended up trying pumpkin curry since all the reviews mentioned how delicious it is and YALL DELIVERED! It was so creamy and flavorful. The curry had a lot of depth in flavor and was perfectly developed into a harmonious curry that was very sweet and savory. The chicken and veg was perfectly cooked and soft. The crying tiger was very chewy and quite literally undercooked, even for medium rare. The meat was inconsistently cooked and was closer to blue all around. The sauces that accompanied it was decent. I don't think I'd get this again, especially for take out. Didn't photograph because it was just unattractive lol. It seemed pretty casual and good for a date spot, especially if you want a yummy meal without having to dress up. The curries seem to be the star of the show so I for sure will be going back! I've been ordering from them since 2018 and have been ordering the same thing which is the combo fried rice. They usually have decent proportions which is why I like coming there. My boyfriend and I usually share. This time I ordered it they gave me significantly less of a portion but charged the same price. When I asked them why, they gave me a run around story.. MAKING THINGS UP. Saying you only get that size when you add meat. Mind you I had BEEF and SHRIMP. To sum it all up they told me from this point on they would be REFUSING SERVICES MOVING FORWARD. Soo Raa Thai is a nice spot. The Kao Soi w/ chicken is very tasty, as is the Green Curry w/Chicken. The Fresh Roll with Chicken and Shrimp was mostly Lettuce so it wasn't my favorite, but the overall meal was good. I must give an extra star for the great spice tray (every Thai restaurant should have their sauces and spices displayed like this). The menu has so many great options, and the food itself is delicious! To eat, I ordered a small Tom Yum Soup and the Pineapple Fried Rice. I really enjoyed both items. The Pineapple Fried Rice was generous in size and addicting in taste. The Tom Yum Soup, which isn't an item I usually order, was just what I was looking for. Service was pretty quick and friendly.
