Thanks to his recommendations, we had the perfect amount of food for everyone, with just enough leftovers to enjoy later. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone at our gathering loved it. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. It's rare to find someone who genuinely wants to make sure your event is successful instead of just selling you more food. I hadn't been here in over 15 years, and it was wonderful to see that both the quality of the food and the outstanding service have remained just as great as I remembered. This review is long over due! My coworkers and are regulars here. Meaning, we are here at least once a week. The food is always amazing and super authentic flavors. I would recommend the Pad see ew, Hawaiian fried rice, and my all time favorite...Thai boat noodles. Probably my favorite in the Valley and trust, I've tried multiple restaurants. To the Owner: Tonight I ordered this dish along with seafood soup for my roommate, and we ordered the shrimp rolls to split between us. I asked that the pad woon sen to not be made spicy and what happened? Somebody in your kitchen didn't read their notes, and made it so spicy I couldn't even eat the food. For $17? Someone didn't have the common decency to read the notes and then sent this out thinking it was OK, does nobody double check the orders there? Obviously not... The shrimp rolls, not crispy. They were actually only halfway cooked and extremely greasy, that's really a turn off... The seafood soup, my friend said was acceptable.. Definitely had better.. Now to mention the insult of having to wait an hour for the food delivery which I wouldn't have minded if it had been good food. All I have to say is WOW, tell me please how do you got 4 1/2 stars on yelp? The ambience immediately stood out -- beautifully decorated with authentic Thai cultural elements that made the space feel warm, intentional, and welcoming rather than generic. Great ratio of sauce to noodles as well as all of the fixings - crushed peanuts, bean sprouts, carrots... You name it it's there and this is heaven!!! You have to get the appetizer Moneybags, basically fried wontons with a egg roll flavor. They come out burn your mouth hot and a sweet and sour sauce for dipping. Another appetizer I keep going for is the salads, papaya salad is very authentic with dried shrimps in it and the beef salad had plenty of meat that was tender. I like trying different dishes here but the basil roast duck and rice is a such a hit with my taste buds. I think this is probably my favorite Thai place in no ho, maybe 2nd to Lavo only because of their Tom Yum Shrimp pizza, but for Thai food straight up - this is my go to. We finally figured out that this was normal because usually our families would order a bunch of dishes and share all of the food. We, as a couple were so used to ordering an appetizer to share and one entree for each other, this time, we went traditional. We're sharing everything! I'm lucky enough to live about 3 minutes from the restaurant, so I've gotten my food delivered many times and have ordered for pick up a few times as well. You can easily order on the yelp app, and if makes it easy to reorder in the future. My go to is the crab fried rice. If they end up being out of something, they will call and ask what you would like to replace it with. As most thai restaurants, the portions sizes are large and the food is always hot even when it gets delivered. I ordered the cream cheese rangoons, expecting there to be crab mixed with cream cheese as well but it was just straight up cream cheese. My go to spot for spice and flavor explosion! I have previously only ordered online because the food always arrives fast, piping hot, and very well packaged. Today I took a drive there for lunch because I wanted to see where my amazing food comes from. Btw, my usual is glass noodles packed with veggies and papaya salad. Swung by this little ol establishment with 3 others on a blistering Sunday afternoon and what a surprise Thai Victory was! I now understand why TV has received the voluminous amount of 5 stars. Coming from Thai Town, TV can really be ranked amongst the gr10s. Inside - 4/5 Very cozy and intimate with only a handful of tables. Bunch of Thai decor around the restaurant. And of course a random TV and hanging Xbox hah. Service - 5/5 This sm0l establishment is run by the nicest (I assume) couple. They checked on us often and offered recommendations for the different dishes (e.g., spice, rice vs noodles). They also gave us a couple Thai tea's on the house! Very refreshing during this heat wave. Food - 5/5 Now I'll be honest with the non-lunch special value of at least ~$14-17 a plate, I was worried that we would not have enough food and/or they quality would not be great. I got their pad thai, and it was interesting because this one had a very thick runny sauce which I haven't seen in a pad thai before. I was expecting it to be really sweet but with one squeeze of lime it was perfectly seasoned and I actually liked the sauce consistency. It was good, just different. The roasted duck had a good flavor, and I don't know what kind of sauce it came with but that sauce was sooooo good. I also don't know what kind of vegetables were on the bottom but they were amazing.
