    Pad Thai

I've been visiting this Thai restaurant for quite some time, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional! The service is attentive, and every dish on the menu truly exceeds expectations! Must try!

Tried this because it was in the area. The service is amazing. Staff is so kind. The food was amazing as well. We ordered a coconut soup with shrimp plus a chicken pa woo sen (noodle dish) and it was amazing! I asked for medium spice level on the soup and it was spicy but SO good. Greatly enjoyed and would be back. And location is okay. It's in the busy victory st. Unsure if there is parking in the back. Overall a great experience, would recommend

    Green curry tofu. Really weird

Good portions. Pad Thai was pretty good. The bean sprouts also smelled quite bad so hoping I don't get sick... But the green curry was very odd. Some eggplant was so hard it wasn't edible. The curry also separated which means either it's too watery or it was overcooked and allowed to boil. Minimal flavor, so I'm guessing it's boiled. Maybe just an off night. But 3 is generous.

Lunch special (soup, egg roll, curry entree)

Thai food here hit the spot for lunch! Picked one of the lunch specials they offered and was tended to right away. Food was cooked hot and fresh and service was friendly by the staff. Small family-owned restaurant but with a very comfortable and cozy feel as there's TVs inside and the guy was fixing on more cooling with their overhead AC unit. The food came out delicious and I was very happy with the taste and flavors of everything. I got the red curry mild with chicken and they include small white meat chunks with other toppings. The egg roll was veggies inside and crisp on the outside, but fluffy chewy on the inside. The rice was too much in ratio for me but I was still able to enjoy it with more curry for leftovers! I was able to relax and enjoy the yummy meal. *parking lot in the back it seems but I parked on the side street (no meters!) *bathroom available

Thai Victory Restaurant was an absolute win from start to finish. The ambience immediately stood out -- beautifully decorated with authentic Thai cultural elements that made the space feel warm, intentional, and welcoming rather than generic. The food was outstanding. The roast duck special was excellent -- tender, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. The real star for me, though, was the special fried egg Pad Thai. Incredible depth of flavor, perfectly balanced, and genuinely one of the best Pad Thais I've had. The fried egg took it to another level. We also tried the Thai tea, which was very good (not overly sweet), and finished with mango sticky rice, which was fresh, rich, and a perfect way to end the meal. Service was top-notch -- attentive, friendly, and genuinely amazing without being intrusive. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for the portion sizes and quality of food. Highly recommend Thai Victory Restaurant if you're looking for great Thai food, excellent service, and a thoughtfully designed dining experience. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area adding!

This is my first time coming here and 10 out of 10!! You could even see my dog in the background so excited for pad Thai. Great ratio of sauce to noodles as well as all of the fixings - crushed peanuts, bean sprouts, carrots... You name it it's there and this is heaven!!! I would've loved to take a photo of the mango sticky rice, but I devoured it. They use the best type of golden mangoes for this so every bite is better than the last. The only way to order this is via their website because it's not offered if you order it via yelp. I will be here every week wearing my stretchy pants.

Street parking, I go to this place when in North Hollywood to building a base of food before heading to a nearby bar. Service is friendly and also remember you. You have to get the appetizer Moneybags, basically fried wontons with a egg roll flavor. They come out burn your mouth hot and a sweet and sour sauce for dipping. Another appetizer I keep going for is the salads, papaya salad is very authentic with dried shrimps in it and the beef salad had plenty of meat that was tender. I like trying different dishes here but the basil roast duck and rice is a such a hit with my taste buds. I asked for mild and it still had a delightful kick, the rice help soak up the sauce and the fried egg on top was chef's kiss. Especially in this economy!

Khao soi is rich and comforting, with portion good for one. Prik king is also good, definitely better than most.

Love their food and drinks. Their Pad Thai is my favorite, but also their crispy pork belly and money bags.

So I placed the order over the phone, I also got chicken fried rice for my wife, chicken basil for my nephew with no rice and my dad wanted the Suki Yaki noodles. Everything was at medium spicy except my nephew chicken basil since he can't eat spicy. I was told it would take about 20 minutes and I live close to this place. When we arrived in the afternoon, we got the parking in the front of the restaurant. I say they accept credit card now because before it was cash only. You just have to spend at least $10 minimum to pay with a card. They made our order quick because we arrived early but it was ready. They packaged the food great and there was no leak. My sister loved her duck noodle, my mom loved her boat noodle, my dad loved his Suki Yaki, my wife enjoyed her chicken fried rice and my nephew like his chicken basil. I would come back here again since my family loves this place.

The Crispy Garden Rolls, one of two appetizers we started with, were perfectly fine, if pretty ordinary. The accompanying sauces helped fill in the gaps in flavor, and I'd say the sauces for the rolls saved the dish from merely a shrug. The Southern-Thai Fried Chicken, another starter, was the best thing we tried at Anajak Thai. Not greasy, super crunchy without any threat of teeth or throat complaint. Great to share, with two sauces to enhance your experience. The meat was moist and the dollop of rice was a nice anchor to this appetizer. I'd definitely recommend this dish. We also split an entree, panang curry. The flavors were good, the dish is presently nicely in a larger bowl. A stew of sorts, with lots of classic flavors. I did like it and would probably try it again. Still, it belongs in a 'Hey that's good' category rather than 'Whoa - 'I have to eat this again tomorrow night!'. As it got busier, service began to diminish a bit. I thought the staff was very nice, and was pretty available even as the restaurant was filling up. Check the street for parking.

The food was amazing as usual. We ordered the Riesling, soft shell crab, papaya salad, fried chicken, drunken noodles with shrimp, and the crab fried rice which my husband absolutely loved. A huge shoutout to our waitress, Pam, and the sommelier; they were both fantastic. The ambiance was just as fabulous as I remembered, and sitting by the window with that city view and the music playing was perfect. Anajak Thai definitely has a new fan, but there is one thing that needs fixing. I booked this reservation weeks in advance, but when we arrived right at opening, there was already a line. Instead of prioritizing those of us with reservations, the hostess just started talking to walk-ins first. When I asked about our booking, she was honestly pretty rude. They really need to separate the line for walk-ins and the "VIP" line for those of us who put in the effort to book ahead. It left a bit of a bitter taste, especially since we're committed regulars. Other than that, we loved it and we'll be back!
