This place is a great addition to Hazel Dell. Every time I come in I am greeted with wonderful service and delicious food. It's so good, in fact, that I usually avoid calling ahead for takeout so I can enjoy a beer at the bar while I'm waiting. I always get the pad see ew and the green curry. I don't care much for spicy food, but the green curry is just too tasty. They are also most accommodating when it comes to keeping things as mild as possible. I needed to add on to the order and it was close to my delivery time t the lady on the phone was so nice and accommodating. Let me start by saying that my wife is Thai, which makes me an expert on the subject of Thai food. Doesn't it? We ordered Tom Kha, spicy mussels, and pad see ew with some brown rice. I'm in a bit of a hurry so I'll just say that everything was excellent. Perfect balance of flavors, maybe a tad sweet on the tom kha for my taste, but still very very tasty. We ordered spicy, and it certainly could have been hotter. But, I'm a white guy, so I'm used to restaurants taming down their dishes. But, they did provide a chili tray that was way better than what you typically get. The place is very nicely appointed and they are super friendly too! I have a feeling we'll be coming up with excuses to come to this part of town more often. read more

I honestly don't know how this place has 4.5 stars to begin with. This place is horrible! The lady handling the food was coughing up a lung pretty much the entire time I was trying to order! After like 15mn trying to order, I finally did. Food came out 15mn later and so my lunch break was over. I rushed back to work, sat down and proceeded to eat at my desk. The freaking order was wrong!!! I called them back and the lady with pneumonia answered and tried to convince me I was wrong and that is what I had ordered? So I asked her? What did I order? She read off my order she took and I started listing off things my food had. Does this dish have onions? Does it have blah blah blah, she kept saying no. So I told her well what I have in front of me does. I told her, what if I had a severe food allergy? What then? She said, that's what I ordered???? Wtf? Loved this place. The inside is surprisingly lovely for where it's located. The staff was very friendly, very helpful and extremely prompt. We ordered the fresh rolls, which were good. They came with a really good peanut sauce, and I'm kind of picky about my peanut sauce. I tried the red pumpkin curry and added broccoli. Hubby tried some kind of cashew stir fry with pork belly. Both dishes were delicious! I can't stop raving about the pumpkin curry. It was a little spicy, but not too spicy, which I love. We were stuffed when we left and even had leftovers. I just shared my curry leftovers with my son for lunch, that's how much there was (it was really hard to share, I have to admit). He loved it too. When we left I asked for extra rice to go, which they brought out with our to go containers at no additional charge, which was nice. I can't wait to go back. I would like to try other things, but I may just go with the curry, it was that good. read more

Been there twice for take out so far. First time food was excellent. Ordered the fresh ginger dish with chicken and medium spice and it was just right. Didn't care much for being greeted right when you walk in the door from a person clear at the other end of the restaurant shouting "for here or to go". Second time same thing, soon as I walked in I hear a shout across the place "for here or to go". I said to go trying to be a little quieter as there are others in the place trying to enjoy their meal and probably don't care much for the shouting. She didn't hear me so she yelled it again and this time I yelled back. I tried the black pepper garlic dish with chicken and medium spice. Sounds like it should be full of flavor and spice. Nope. It was so weak and no flavor and no spice. It was very disappointing. Price is reasonable I guess as I've had Thai at many places and some were less expensive and others a little more. It's a turn off right when you walk in the door to be yelled at like that and I can get over it if the food was compelling enough to to face anything. But this is not the case as I've had one hit and one miss. Might take me awhile to try again there. read more

We have driven by this place a few times and noticed it was always pretty busy and made a mental note that we got to try it sometime. Well last night was that sometime and delish Thai did not disappoint. We got there a little late maybe a quarter to 9 and the place closes at 9 and we did not want to be those annoying customers who walk in right before a place closes so we decided to get our food to go the staff assured us no way we hang around late all the time stay and enjoy they were very hospitable but we chose to just get it to go. Everything we ordered was extra delicious so I guess the name really fits LOL. Got the crispy pork belly which was pretty unique I will get it again that's for sure, some Drunken Noodles which are among the best I've had and some green curry which was fantastic. We usually do Thai food once a week but I have a feeling this week might get a second helping of delish Thai because it was just that damn good and now we want to enjoy it at the restaurant and maybe suck down a couple cold beers with our meal read more
