I used to love this restaurant, but the last time my husband went on a Sunday, we had a bad experience. The Peanut sauce for our Salad Rolls was very runny and watered down. The Yellow Curry with Chicken dish lacked flavor. Boiled peanuts were found in the sauce, which has NO PLACE to be there!!! There was only two people working it and they ignored the few customers that were there. They have really gone to the dogs! Never came back since this! read more

We tried this restaurant after watching it featured on Connect Clark County. What a treat this place was! We ordered take out and didn't wait long for the food. We had Pad Thai, basil fried rice and the peanut curry. The Pad Thai was well prepared full of flavor. Ordered the basil fried rice "medium" and it was perfect amount of heat without killing the flavors. Our favorite was the peanut curry. Loved all the vegetables with plenty of chicken swimming on a delicious peanut curry. Yum! Was our first time trying this place and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant is small, clean, and comfy. The staff is very welcoming and provided good customer service. We ordered the cashew chicken very spicy and yakisoba noodles mild. It smells good when you enter, and I was expecting that savory smoky flavor from wok noodles. Unfortunately the food was very bland. No hint of garlic, onion, basil, soy sauce or anything at all. The veggies were missing that caramelization and slight char. The spice was not there at all, had to add their table side chili pepper. I was excited to try this place out after reading good reviews. The restaurant is nice, clean and has very friendly staff. The food however was extremely bland and simply tasted like oil. I ordered a cashew nut stir fry which the menu said was spicy. The waiter asked how spicy I wanted it and I asked for very spicy. The entire dish simply tasted like oil, not even a kick of slight pepper flavor or any flavor aside from just oil. read more

This small Tai place is cute the staff are adequate but the food all has the same extremely sweet sauce on it, in fact it is so sweet that I consider it to much sugar for my diet, To be fair I have only had their stir fry and noodle offerings, they also have soups and fried items, that looked good. I'm not looking for sweet when I order stir fry so I don't understand this food concept. I asked the cook and her response was there would be no flavor without adding sugar. I don't know if I should be worried about that response or not nevertheless I have crossed them off my list of places I will go to eat and places that I would recommend you go. read more

I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere, the food, and the service have all been nothing short of amazing. I can eat anything on the menu, however, their pad Thai, salad rolls, yellow curry, and house fried rice are always my go to. None of these dishes ever disappoint. Thai tea is also incredible! The place was clean and cheerful. The female behind the counter was very nice and helpful. A plus for any business. We ordered several appetizers. The surprise was the Chicken Curry puffs. They actually had a moist filling that was so good. We also had the Moon Crab and Fresh Rolls. All were tasty. I had the Papaya Salad with Shrimp (Mild). My daughter the Eggplant Delight with pork (Medium). My husband had the Soy Braised Pork Rice (Mild). We all enjoyed our meal. My daughter got hers in medium heat. My husband and I got ours in the mild. We like spicy food, but the mild was spicy enough for us. I would advise starting out with mild for your first visit. Then you can up it, if you like it spicier. We enjoyed the meal and had leftovers to take home. We have found our new Thai Rest. We cannot wait to go back. read more

This little restaurant has been open for some time now and I have eaten here before but it has been years. Recently Facebook posted "top five reviewed restaurants in Vancouver on Yelp" and I wanted to try it out again and was not disappointed at all! First I ordered the pot stickers (sorry no pictures) and I was not disappointed at all, had a lot of flavors and the sauce was very good. They lightly sprinkle a crunch topping over the pot stickers and it added a new depth to the taste. For dinner I ordered the Kao Soii with chicken and you must be a peanut sauce lover! This sauce was so dang good and had just a little punch of heat to it! The egg noodles were just right and the pickled cabbage was really delicious! I highly recommend this dish! I can see why this place has high marks on Yelp and I will be back and will order this dish again. One thing I will start to do in my reviews is point out something that was missed at the restaurants in hopes that owners are reading what I have said see that maybe changes need to be made. I found that the booths were not big guy with a belly friendly, from what I could see when I walked out the booths could be moved around and make them a little bit more comfortable. Provide more napkins, it's a small request but serving a meal with a sauce and one thin napkin, messes are going to happen. Lastly and this is something that will go away soon since summer is almost over is the fly issue in the restaurant, invest in the ultra blue light devices that help trap the bugs. read more

I was visiting the area from New York City, and mainly had Thai food the entire time. I went to three different places while I was there, and Thai Wok Kitchen was the best. I loved the food, and it was very high quality and fresh. The service was great and the restaurant was cosy and welcoming. I would definitely go there again. The Massaman curry was bland, with huge overcooked vegetables and tofu that fell apart. The Pad Thai had a sour, off smell and taste. The main dining room was stacked with kitchen‑supply boxes. Our server ghosted us the entire meal. When he finally reappeared to collect the money, my husband politely mentioned the curry had no flavor and that we would've appreciated being asked about the spice level when ordering. He shrugged and said he didn't bother because we ordered "mild dishes," and that we should've asked to be "hooked up with a spice rack." Then he dropped the card reader on the table, said "boom-boom," and strutted off. Bizarre. Food, atmosphere, service: three strikes. We're out.
