The owner/manager, "Todo" I believe he goes by, is rude and arrogant. On multiple occasions, our delivery was hours late, and when I called to inquire where our food was, he haggled me and was very argumentative! I *might* expect that from a high school kid working there, but the owner...unbelievable and unacceptable! Most recently, when AGAIN our delivery was over 2 hours late and hadn't even left yet when I called, I asked Todo "is this how you treat customers?" he replied "what do you want from me, I'm making hundreds of pizzas here." I'm not sure why a poorly run business should become a customer's problem. A piece of advice for you Todo: you apologize to a paying customer when their delivery is 2 hours late. It's shameful that can't do that. Good thing is, there are a couple other great pizza places in the same area that I would MUCH rather support. Stay Away from the Flemington Delizia Pizza, They have gone from OK to Royally SUCKS..!!!! Order placed at 5:50,, with delivery,, told 1 Hour,, Ok long but understandable.. Called at 7:10 told 5 min and the driver will be on the road. I live about 15 min away from the store.. Did not show up until 7:50,, 2 hours after I placed the order,, The total should have been around $66, they charged me $108.00,, The fried food was soggy like it had been under a heat lamp or on top of an oven for hours.. The BBQ Pizza was under cooked and smashed, there was very little cheese,and it looked like they put a gallon of BBQ sauce on it.. Bland and ordinary food in a nicely decorated space. We sat for table service at lunch but was ignored. When someone eventually came over they asked for our order but we had never received a menu! Terrible. Poor food, terrible service. Even worse, we found a piece of wood in our cheesesteak when I bit down on it. An actual piece of wood. Naturally I picked up the phone and called the pizzeria to let them know, thinking that they would be appreciative and apologetic. Not one bit, the girl who answered the phone was shocked and handed me off to a manager. This guy asked "what do you want us to do, it's very busy" hmmm maybe offer a refund or deliver me another cheesesteak? After arguing back and forth he actually just put the phone down on the counter and walked away. I was appalled, I sat there for 10 minutes listening to random conversations before hanging up and calling back to get the original girl I spoke too. She took my name and offered to have someone else call me back. After waiting a couple days and I ended up calling back again, still no owner. Another manager tried to apologize and offered me a gift card. Never will I order from this place again, so no thanks. Stopped here on our way through to Philadelphia. The best chicken bacon ranch wrap Ive had from a local pizza place ever. My boyfriend got the chicken parm sandwhich and he loved it. The staff is dirty and they all look like they haven't showered for weeks on end! The pizza was greasy and it made me gag thinking about the people who made it. Came here for takeout on a Friday night, granted it was busy and a lot of orders were coming in, but I was disappointed to see 3 of the cooks behind the counter were not wearing face masks. Was very surprised to see that considering its currently NJ law for all restaurant staff to wear face masks at all times. The pizza was great but I was not happy to see that especially because one of the cooks was working on a pizza right in front of me without a mask. Ordered a pizza on August 23rd at the restaurant at approximately 8pm with my boyfriend. When we arrived, some of the employees/ cooks were wearing their face masks however, the masks were lowered beneath their nose. Additionally, some employees working in the restaurant did not have the masks on and were talking without having the masks. During this time of COVID-19 with regulations in place in New Jersey and throughout the country, the wearing of masks should be taken more seriously for the safety of all. Hopefully we do not get sick from the food that we ate because on top of the employees not wearing the masks properly or not wearing them at all, the food was cold. Hopefully the employees will take this more seriously and wear the masks in the appropriate manner-- only then will I return to this establishment. read more

My husband and I both ordered one of the salads for lunch. He had the Flemington Grilled Chicken Salad, and I had the Bruschetta Grilled Chicken Salad. We both agreed that these were some of the best salads we have ever tasted! On my Bruschetta Salad, chicken breast, grilled to perfection, was spread across a bed of greens, surrounded by rounds of fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced onions, and savory bruschetta. It was quite a large portion, and I totally expected to need a to go box, but I ended up enjoying every morsel. My husband's salad was equally impressive, and he also cleaned his plate. tl;dr = -1 star for a slow delivery; -1 star for mediocre pizza; -1 star for security purposes Ordered a small Roma pie and mozzarella sticks on a Thursday evening for delivery. Delivery took 70 minutes for a 3.8 - 4.5 mile drive (10 min). I called back twice to: 1. Ask the driver to call upon arrival. They didn't. Nor did he have a pen to sign the receipt, which is odd, but not significant. 2. Confirm where the delivery since it had been an hour since arriving. Reassured it was arriving "any second now" which turned out to be another 15 minutes. Long delivery time aside, the Roma pie (Tomato, Basil, Garlic) was extremely greasy/oily. I'm sure the delivery time didn't help as the pie wasn't even hot. The sticks were over-fried, and just stiff pieces of cheese with the oddest bit of dough - no breading. Quality aside, my card info was written on the delivery receipt, which is a poor practice to do. Driver was fumbling with the receipt when he arrived, I was relieved he didn't manage to lose it on the way over. I would've given a 3-star rating, but "Meh. First the positives, I stopped in today to grab a slice before shopping at Lowes. The slice selection was actually pretty good. This was my first time dining at this establishment. Now the glaring negative, here's where it gets a little weird. The cashier (A young man in his 20s curly hair), had open wounds on his left hand. On his hand he had two bloody knuckles (open and bleeding with no band aid or gloves). He was handling the drink cups, lids, and money at the same time. Once I commented on his bloody hand, he went and washed his hands, but still didn't put a band aid on his hand. While we ate, we observed him handling dough as well, again without band aid or gloves. Worst experience in a while. I heard good things about the pizza so I decided to try them out tonight. Some noob kid took my order on the phone..i get there..pre paid..get my pizza and it was wrong pizza. I should of expected it bc the kid had to look at a paper copy of the menu to ring me up. So the guys had to 're fire a new votka and mozerrela pizza in 10 minutes..it was like a pile of wet soup. U can't rush a pizza like that. 30 dollars for a pile of mush and salad. There's another very good pizza place in Flemington. In a weird sort of way, Flemington has now become home to some great pizza joints. This place opened up about 2-3 years ago or so and it's right next to the Lowe's and Wal-Mart. When you walk in, it's not the biggest place but they do have a decent amount of seating. They don't have a ton of different slice pies to choose from at lunch time but probably about 9-10 or so. I must say that the sicilian pizza is absolutely phenomenal. They use some great cheese and it isn't as thick or bready as other sicilian slices I've had but it's great. It's actually one of the better sicilian pizzas I've had in a long time. The sauce is great and it just works. We'll be coming back, but I'm a little disappointed we don't live closer. read more
