With his guidance, we built a fantastic sandwich with sourdough, hash browns, avocado, green sauce, and chili crunch. He understood the assignment. Messy, hearty, and delicious. Fruit was natural and not overly sweetened. Pie would have been perfect with just a touch of lime zest/juice and maybe a spoonful more of sugar. The turnovers were tasty. The apple ones were pouches with a half apple in each. We've never seen one prepared like that. Prices were very reasonable in this small farmstand store.
