My sense is they deliver these donuts to stores and restaurants across Vermont. I found them in two different places in Woodstock, the Mont Vert Cafe and the Farmers Market Grocery. Each component was great. The bagel was tender and fresh. The egg was lightly fried leaving some golden liquid yolk instead of a hammered dry patty. And the server was right, they have really good bacon. Add in a lovely melty slice of white cheddar and a do it yourself squirt of sriracha and you have a powerhouse breakfast. Fruit was natural and not overly sweetened. Pie would have been perfect with just a touch of lime zest/juice and maybe a spoonful more of sugar. The turnovers were tasty. The apple ones were pouches with a half apple in each. We've never seen one prepared like that. Prices were very reasonable in this small farmstand store.
