This is one of my go-to breakfast places in the city. Their breakfast sandwiches are made fresh to order. They also have a hot bar as well as an assortment of other breakfast items (ie. bagels, muffins, fresh fruits, yogurt, etc). Service is quick and prices are reasonable.

Good coffee at affordable prices. This place has different types of self serve coffees - regular Colombian, dark roast, French vanilla, Hazelnut, Pumpkin spice etc. starting at just $2 only for a small (which is more like medium). I liked the taste of the coffee itself (better than those watery cart coffees) and it has also machines for cream, milk etc.

There are many dine-in options in Manhattan. There are a few places where you can have good food, at a fair price, with welcoming atmosphere. And then there's Delmonico. From the staff to the owner, everyone there is cracking a smile and a joke, and are super accommodating. My gf and I were in vacation in NY, and we had lunch there every morning, and had an energetic yummy breakfast (eggs, bacon and hash browns, or french toast and pancakes) that got us through the whole day so we could explore the city. Paul is the owner and he was there every single time managing everything and greeting customers. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone. But maybe I'm biased for great service, great experience, and great food.

I owe Delmonico's an upgrade to 4 stars! This place has become a regular favorite of mine for breakfast and lunch. Every new coworker that I introduce this place to, loves it! For breakfast, I frequent the buffet bar for the Egg Whites with Vegetables, Crispy Bacon, and Hash Browns. On days that I am preparing for war at work, I opt for their fresh omelettes, where they make it right in front of you. You can choose a protein like bacon and whatever greens or cheese you want on them. It comes with home fries and toast. Big portion and it is very filling! For lunch, the omelette station becomes the pasta station! Great because I love pasta! You can choose a sauce, protein, and unlimited vegetables and cheese to create your own pasta. My favorite creations include the Penne Alla Vodka with Spicy Shrimp or Sausage and I like to add mushrooms, spinach, zucchini, and mozzarella balls. This does take a little bit of a time so come early to beat the crowd! If you work around the area, you must check it out!!!

We came here as a pit stop to get some breakfast before ice skating and this place offers a convenient location to grab a quick cheap bite and a place to dine in. There was a sandwich/ bagel area, salad, coffee, and omelet. I'm not sure if it's because we came too early in the morning or because of COVID, but there was no pre-made food where you scoop into a box and pay per weight. We decided to go with the stall where you can create your own omelet for $7.95 ($8.66 after tax). It includes 3 egg omelet with home fries and toast. For protein, you can choose ham/ turkey bacon, sausage, roasted turkey and bacon, with $1 extra if you want more portion. Vegetables for the omelet includes broccoli florets, peppers, scallions, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, onions. And cheese, they have feta, american, cheddar and monterey jack. They make it in front of you and we got our order in less than 10 minutes. Then you pay at the counter and that's also where they check your COVID vaccination status before allowing you to dine in. There's also restroom for people to use, which is always a plus! For about $9, it's a very sizable omelet with fries and toast. There were barely any seasoning in the omelet and fries, but I guess that's better than they make it too salty. They provide the small packs of salt and black peppers, so you can season them to your liking, which is good. There were a lot of people at the sandwich/ bagel place, so we're definitely going to check it out next time. They also have other food options where you can grab-and-go like pre-cut fruits, yogurt with granola, cakes, and pastries. Again, I think we either came too early where they didn't have all the food ready and available (like the Asian corner and sushi) or they had to take them away because of COVID.

So far I've gotten their breakfast sandwiches and hero's and they are the bomb dot com. Also their hot food is 50% after 4pm everydyay

My friends and I were able to sit down, have a conversation, and not feel rushed--almost unheard of at lunch in Midtown.

We ducked here to grab some nourishment before I became to hangry. Ordering takes place at the counter then grab a table. I had a 1/2 bowl of their "famous chicken soup" and 1/2 pastrami sandwich. Had good flavor and was enough to warm me up on this brisk morning. My niece did a bagel, and after trying all week she finally got one exactly how she wanted it made. We ate and chilled for a bit, no plans for the day other than making it to the airport to go home. Was able to people watch and catch up without feeling rushed to leave. Saw locals come through, so you know it is a place worth stopping. The staff were nice and even apologized for not being able to give me the soup I wanted in a half order. Though things can often get overlooked and passed by in the hustle and bustle of the city...stop in and relax while you grab a bite to eat.

Date of visit: April 14, 2026…read more Our friend wanted to go to a real New York deli during her first trip to the city and this is the one in the vicinity of Times Square and our evening show that was the highest rated according to my fellow Yelpers, but I am not quite sure why based on our experience. Things did start out great, with Boudjema being very friendly and helpful as we placed our order. And once we got seated, we were able to fully appreciate the vibe, both in the primarily 70s playlist, but also the mirror and brass touches across the restaurant. Food-wise, however, there were some definite opportunities. My Roasted Turkey sandwich did come on quite possibly the best rye bread I have ever had, warm and flavorful. But while the gravy was also good, the turkey was cold. This odd temperature mismatch made it hard to appreciate the generous portion of meat on the sandwich. We also ordered some tater tots and those were quite good. While it definitely could have been worse--and I've had worse in New York City--this also could have been so much better.
