After quite awhile of trial drives, trade in appraisals, and normal negotiations, I received a "great" offer sheet. The problem was that the information they used was not the information I gave to them. Luckily, I decided to think about the deal, promised I would call later that day. After calling and pointing out the error, my lease price went up $50. They said it was a mistake, but would do nothing about it, and if I changed my mind to call them. Not happening. read more

I bought A 2016 Buick Cascada Feb of 2016 - the salesman was great ( I understand he is no longer there ) It took over 3 months to receive my tags ( they were working with a wrong Vin # I think. I kept calling to no avail and calling General Motors was a joke - they did nothing. I went a week without being able to even use the car for lack of plates. I tried to talk to some one in management - but NO ONE called me back, The latest incident was a service problem - my car did sit in my driveway in Florida and my brakes froze up ( only in the front ) I had to go along with paying $845 ,because I had to drive home to NJ. Nowhere in the manual does it say not to park you car for a leant of time in Florida. I talked to GM and of course they did nothing to explain why it happened ( a supervisor was supposed to call me back ( of course no one did ). My wife called to take to a manager at Delray - no surprise they did not call us. I have to bring my car to Florida in Nov. and leave it for a month - don't know what will happen to brakes. Service rating. Had an appointment for an oil change for 8:45. Dropped the vehicle the night before. Fully expected a call when it was done. By 11, no call. Called them and left a number with receptionist for a call back. By 12 noon, called again and said we had called earlier, receptionist says there is nothing she can do but take a message again, "she is JUST the receptionist ". Management needs to empower their staff to resolve issues and not just pass the buck. Service needs to recognize communication is important to retain customers. Unprofessional business people. We thought with the Buick/GMC brand on the dealership we can expect some integrity.. but none to be found. We put a down payment hold on a vehicle that we were interested in buying, the next day, at our pre scheduled time, when we get there, Leon tells us someone came in and is currently purchasing.. and turned us away with no explanation. so don't bother giving your credit card to hold a vehicle because they do not honor it. I gave the General Manager a chance to call me so we don't have to air dirty laundry on internet, but haven't heard a thing, just goes to show how unprofessional this dealership is. read more

I was in a parking lot near a construction site and ran over a screw, and my tire was flat. I opened my trunk to get the donut tire, jack & the key lock for the tire. Well I was scared out of my mind when I opened my truck and there was no donut, or jack!!! I called the dealer Buick Pre-owned since my car was a "dealer car." I talked to the man that i delt with and discovered that it turns out since my car is a 2019 Buick hybrid it does not come with a spare, but a portable air compresure and a gel or cream to flow with the are to seal the whole but like the donut it is only temporary. Well that was get news until I asked the sales man where do i find it. He said he wasn't sure but asked me to send pictures & he would talk to the maintence dept and get back to me. Well he went home!!! I called and talked to the Pre-owed Manager and he said he would talk to the department and get back to me... He never did and finally after 24 hours I was able to get the flat tire kit! Thankfully I was home and could wait the time, but what if I was on the side of the road. The Manager never returned my call after I notified him that I still didn't have the equipment @ 10 am the next day after me flat. He sounded so conserence but nerever call me back. Never happened and I texted the sales man again at 3pm and told me that he finally got the kit. I am happy I was home what if i was no the side of the road at night on 95??? I bought the car, but I was never told about this new change in a flat tire process. First they should have made sure the device was their and tell me how to use it, but No! Seriously it took OVER 24 hours to get the air pressure and gel device! read more

The work the body shop did, Jason, was top notch. The service that provided Dennis was stellar. The delivery of my vehicle by Mike, prompt and polite. The experience was beyond expectation up until I got home and discovered that someone among their service crew STOLE 100 dollars from the place I had it buried. Now i would accept it as a loss had I of left it somewhere out in the open, but said scumbag dug through my things where they had no business being. Delray Buick GMC needs to more scrutinizing about who has access to these vehicles. I am embarrassed for all those individuals that would have other wise made mine a memorable experience. After spending a couple of weeks working with a salesman "Greg", who was Great, referred by the internet Mgr, I Was ready to make the hour plus drive to the dealership to purchase a new truck. Then I got a call from a person claiming to be a manager, I think I caught his name as "Tony" In a 30 second telephone conversation he blew the deal. I believe he went even further after I informed Greg of the conversation, and sabotaged any possibility of a future deal. I give them ZERO STARS! Started out fine with the purchase because I told them if they can meet my price they can call me. Easiest thing for them as all they have to do is decide if they want to let the car go. The rest is an absolute DISASTER. They sold me an extended warranty (a must purchase for these poorly made Enclaves) that was supposed to be bumper to bumper from the date of purchase up to 100k miles. I specifically said ten times this isn't my first rodeo. don't sell me the warranty that kicks in when the car first hit the road. They assured me up and down I had the correct one and Lo and behold....the second something went wrong they told me that my warranted is expired. Too long a story made short, they stole from my family, they tried to weasel me into a lesser car and scam me again to try and "make it right." Place is filled with liars. One lady had the stones to say she heard my wife say something that my wife would never say to back their low life GM. PLACE IS FILLED WITH SCAMMERS. Had a bad experience dealing with this dealership. I bought a '14 GMC Sierra about 7 months ago. Within the first week I noticed a lug nut was missing, the front tire was leaking air and the Stabiltytrac system was malfunctioning. I turned it in twice to be fixed and they did not resolve the issue. Literally the worst dealership I've dealt with. In the end I had to resolve all the issues myself. $400 later all the problems have been fixed at my expense. read more

We purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave with 3,000+ miles on it from Delray Buick on March 18th. The car had a couple of nicks they promised to have fixed at DeVoe Buick near our home so we took it there on May 10th. It is now July 16th and DeVoe has not been paid by Delray Buick. At this point Delray will not answer their emails or take their calls. DeVoe has never had any dealership not bend over backwards for a fellow dealer. We now regret going to the East Coast to buy our car. read more

Made appointment and took car to dealer for shift linkage recall service only. I was told by service adviser that the car needed "fuel induction system" and "fuel injector" cleaning, also "mold removal" from A/C. I agreed to the 2 fuel system cleaning services, and declined the A/C service. I agreed to the quote for these 2 separate procedures. Less than an hour later, all service was "complete", but my bill was higher than originally quoted, as the bill included a "misc supplies" charge. I also noticed, that each procedure included it's own separate hourly rate charge (total of 2 hours) even though both procedures were completed in less than 1 hour. The two procedures involved cleaning kits, no parts were replaced or additional "misc supplies" used, not even a fuel filter (part of a "fuel induction system"), nothing was lubricated, and no additional fluids were used. Later that day, I inspected the engine compartment to find that the air cleaner box had sand and leaves, and the top engine cover (including the air intake manifold) had not been completely installed, and the hose clamps loose! Which meant my car was driven, after leaving this dealership, without air intake filtration! I also had to spend my time to properly install and secure these assemblies, and clean out the sand and leaves. The next day I met with the service manager (Daniel Fielder) to discuss these issues, and was refunded $90.10 of my $300 total bill. TRUST CANNOT BE BOUGHT! I will NOT return to this dealership, nor will I recommend this dealership to any acquaintance. read more

Our family was very impressed with Jeff's professionalism and the way he cut through so much of the typical nonsense. He expedited the process and provided excellent advice as we finalized the configuration of the 2017 Denali truck we purchased. They found the truck at another Dealership and expedited delivery so we basically were able to pick up the truck the next day. They stated they would take over my old lease if I got another buick and then refused to pay even after I gave them my car three months early.
