Glenn spoke to us on the phone to see if there was anything we could diagnose beforehand, and then coordinated towing for us. Glenn did everything to make sure we could get back on the road as soon as possible, and kept us informed every step of the way. He explained the nature of the issue and the necessary repairs in a way that made sense and helped us to get our bearings in the situation. We stayed in the shop for a bit while they were inspecting the vehicle, and every single member of the staff was so friendly and respectful: we were probably offered a water or Gatorade by 3 or 4 different staff members in the time we were there. Glenn managed to get the repairs completed even earlier than we had initially anticipated, so we were back on the road in time not to miss our family. He even provided us notes and pictures of the issue so that we could take them back to the shop which had done previous work on our car and had it covered under warranty. Using the information he provided, we were able to get the repair covered by that warranty. The quality of service Glenn and his team provided is some of the best I have seen in the business, and they do it for a very reasonable price. If you find yourself in a nightmare situation, they're the people for the job.
