Delsa provided such a good service she inspired me to write my first yelp review. My parents fridge broke down while they were out of town. The fridge was full of food and the freezer was full of meat. The fridge had been broken for about two weeks before we noticed it. Can you imagine what the inside looked like?! It was full of rotten food and covered in mold! I couldn't even bring myself to take a picture because it was so gross. The house was also a bit of a mess since my parents left in a bit of a hurry for their out of town trip. Needless to say the house required some deep deep cleaning. I needed the house cleaned asap! Delsa is fantastic! I am a teacher and I am beyond busy. I am very particular with the way I like my house cleaned. I like corner to corner cleaned ok so a little OCD. I have always had reservations about letting someone into my home, but Delsa made my family feel comfortable. We have wood floors and 3 dogs. She leaves my floors looking brand new. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed after reading all the great reviews. My family recently moved into the area and needed deep cleaning an EMPTY house. My wife found her on yelp so I called. These are the items she "forgot" to clean: 1) Ceiling fans (all 3) were still covered in dust. 2) Microwave was not cleaned as she promised. 3) Some parts of the tile floor was till covered in the dust 4) Closets weren't even swept or dusted 5) Bathrooms especially the toilets were not scrubbed. (I cleaned them and got rid of the grime she "couldn't" get out. 6) I even got her a step ladder from the neighbor so she could reach the hard to reach places and when i came home to check the chandelier which is 6 feet, it was covered in the dust. 7) Blinds were not dusted 8) So much more... Its hard for me to believe that she "forgot" or was unable to clean these things. Or maybe she didnt understand what "DEEP CLEANING" is? I truly believe she took advantage of the situation. We needed to move in and I wasn't home when she was cleaning. She was here 5 hours from 5PM - 10PM and I still had to spend the whole weekend picking up tons of things she didnt clean. She didnt even offer a revisit or a discount for future cleanings after I expressed how disappointed I was. On top of that, I had to leave to pick up my kid from daycare in downtown and I forgot his snack bag in the fridge. When I returned which was about 10min after i left, the AC was on full blast. She did not ask if she could turn it on. I wouldn't minded at all if she would've asked but her not asking and me having to find that out when I returned is just not trustworthy. And when I returned around 10PM she had the heater on full blast. Go figure. She works alone so if you need "DEEP" cleaning I highly highly suggest or implore you to hire a more reputable cleaner. She may do well on lighter cleaning duties like dusting or stacking magazines on a coffee table but as far as deep cleaning, terrible terrible terrible. read more
