I got the iced Spanish latte with oat milk, and it was SO good. Spanish lattes are my go-to, and this one had the perfect hint of cinnamon without being overly sweet. Even as the ice melted, it still tasted great, which is rare. The Torrance location was just as good! Parking was easier, the space is bigger, and the service was still super friendly and fast. My husband got the cold brew "Nook way" and finished it in like 10 minutes. He said it tasted like Golden Grahams cereal. Highly recommend both locations and especially the Spanish latte. It's hard to get any work done since the WIFI isn't always working on, and that wouldn't be an issue but the area has the worse reception to hot spot as well.

The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit small, but that's a minor issue. This location is located behind the Wahoo's Fish Taco Overall, I really loved this place and will definitely be coming back to try their other drinks

They are also open to the public so you can go in to their shop in Fountain Valley and buy beans (or ground coffee) roasted that day for a super great deal. When I walked up to the cashier, I was greeted with good energies. After eating enough pretzels and beer to keep me full, I only came in for a cold brew to take as I drive home. The wall has their regular menu but if you look at the paper menu hung at eye level by the cashier, you will see their currents specialties. I ordered the hazelnut Kyoto cold brew and it was simply amazing- smooth, balanced and not too sweet. I will definitely be back if I am ever in the area.

You can definitely taste the coffee, but it's something about the thickness of the whipped cream that didn't quite mix well with the coffee even after a good mix, the coffee is on the thicker side, which I didn't love. I believe I'm more of a cloud top person that's more airy, which is easier to get mixed in than a thicker cream. maybe I'll love it if I get it hot so that way the cream melts into the hot coffee, but having it iced isn't for me. I'll come back when it starts to get cold outside.

Parking is somewhat limited, but once inside, there was plenty of seating and lots of natural light. It wasn't very busy when I visited, so I was able to order and receive everything pretty quickly. I ordered the Breakfast Sliders and Einspanner Matcha. If you're coming here hoping for a Community Goods alternative, I don't think it quite lives up to that comparison. The Einspanner Matcha was very milk and cream-forward. Even in the photo, you can see that most of the drink is milk and cream with a relatively small layer of matcha in between. It's unfortunate because the matcha itself actually had a good flavor, and I think a stronger ratio of matcha to milk and cream would have made the drink much better. The Breakfast Sliders had good flavor as well, but the buns were toasted far too much during my visit. The edges were so crispy that they practically fell apart as I ate them. The idea is definitely there, but I would have preferred a much softer and fluffier bun, especially for this style of breakfast slider. Community Goods is a pretty high standard for me, so I don't necessarily expect another cafe to replicate it. Even judging Inc Coffee Roasters on its own, though, neither item was particularly memorable for me. It's not a bad option if you're already in the area and want a quick drink or bite, but there are a few things I think could be improved before I'd go out of my way to come back.

They are located inside of Vici Salon, have their own space with Wi-Fi and tables with comfortable chairs where you can do work or hang out. They also sell lots of locally crafted goods and nice leather goods Parking is easy in the parking lot out front or in the back and the store has two entrances one directly to the coffee shop and one where you walk through the Salon.

They took it up a notch by adding the essence of orange cream liqueur. I had to give it a try, and it wasn't bad, but the orange cream flavor didn't hold up the way I wanted. It dissolved pretty quickly, so by the end, it felt more like I was just drinking cold brew with a hint of orange. I should had stuck with my usual and favorite Biscoff Pannna Coffee!!
