Newly renovated space since it's been a while since I visited and I love it!! Also a definitely a plus that they don't charge extra for alternative milk for matcha latte.
I was unfortunately not impressed, I ordered a cold brew and I found it to be very lacking in taste. The worker I was interacting with was very nice and the order was ready quickly. I hear such good things about this place that I imagine my experience was a fluke. I look forward to stopping by again to see if some of their other offerings are more impressive but based on this experience alone, this was a 3.5
I stopped by for a blueberry matcha, and it was really good. The drink was smooth, refreshing, and had a nice balance of blueberry and matcha without being overly sweet. The café has a clean, modern vibe, and I'd definitely stop by again to try more of their drinks.
wifi password: spanishlatte the cafe is conveniently located near two supermarkets so very ample parking. the service was very friendly and there are several 2 person tables across the wall. only downside is that there are little to no outlets (writing this with only 3% on my laptop). the space itself is not too sterile and still has warm woody tones across the seating area. they also have a selection of different beans for sale alongside various coffee accessories? kinda overheard a conversation the cashier was having w the customer and recommended the orange cardamom iced espresso, which seemed like such a very intriguing and unique drink. the no outlets part is the biggest downside but i will try to salvage the most of my time here... also overheard they make their syrups in house, which i can taste within the blueberry matcha latte.

The menu is straightforward and this month's seasons drink was a coffee cream latte. We spent some time looking at the menu before a barista took our order. She was very kind! We were able to receive 10% off our recipe because my brother was a first responder. We ordered the pistachio latte, the biscoff, and Angie's signature espresso. The pistachio cream was nice and smooth. The signature espresso had a heavy amount of vanilla coconut, but it wasn't bad (my fiancé isn't a fan of coconut, but thought it would be subtle). Meanwhile, my brother ordered the biscoff and said it was perfection. We sat down for photos and then decided to leave because it was getting a bit crowded. It was a fun experience! I'd love to come back to see what other seasonal drinks they will create. Can't wait to try the beans I bought.
Oh man, if this place was any closer I'd be in trouble. We went in and tried things we wouldn't typical order. We got the mango cold brew, tiramisu seasonal special and blueberry matcha. We got everything a little less sweet-- and it was all perfect. We were shocked by the mango cold brew because it sounded like such an odd combo. It surprisingly worked really well and the cold foam was perfection. The tiramisu we were worried was going to be overly sweet and it was actually really well balanced. We love matcha-- and most places you know aren't using quality matcha. But here-- it was so good! I think I even saw you can buy matcha powder to take home! It's a cute little shop with some seating-- not a lot. But the staff was friendly and gave great recommendations. I wish I caught his name, but he is a newer employee as he was learning how to be barista/was being trained. He's attitude was so positive and he was eager to learn. Kiddos to him!
Service was good. The girls here today were nice and helpful. Location is very clean and presentable. Coffee was very tasty. Coffee taste 8.5/10 . Experience overall 10/10
I came here on a weekday afternoon for some coffee and a pastry. It's located in a large plaza so there seems to be plenty of parking. It's owned by the same folks as Flat White and Cortado, two other coffee shops in the area. I was confused at first when my coffee cup had "Cortado" on it, but then figured out the connection. I ordered a hot Madagascar Vanilla Latte. It was served in a to-go cup. The pastry case had sparse offerings, just a couple of choices, but it was later in the day so it was not surprising. I picked the almond croissant. The interior lacks any decor and there are half a dozen small tables to sit at. Most were empty but not clean so I sat at one of the least dirty ones. The almond croissant was dry (again, not surprising since it was afternoon) and the frangipane filling was practically nonexistent. Truly one of the worst almond croissants I've come across. The latte was very smooth and obviously made with quality espresso. I liked it a lot even though the vanilla flavor just wasn't coming through. It was slightly sweet though. I don't think they were at the top of their game this day.
This place is so unassuming but delivers pure joy in every cup. There are certain foods that are owned by a region. Blueberry's are a personal favorite and nobody until now was able to deliver outside of Maine. That changed this morning when I was transported back to place like Bal Harbor or Mrs. Bean's legendary blueberry turnover. Then came a fresh made on premises Almond croissant. That right they don't serve warmed up mass produced anything they deliver quality. The butter latte to the pistachio latte were equally done and finish with a clean taste. This place deserves your business and you will keep coming back for more. Who doesn't appreciate a joyful start to their day!!!
Pretty busy most of the time but pretty good. One of my favorite places to get coffee. Limited seating because it is a smaller shop. Clean inside. I love the einspanner drinks. Reward loyalty program is a bonus.

They have good pastries. Banana Nutella muffin has lots of Nuttela stuffing inside. Spinach and kale pastry was nice savoury breakfast.
I read that Long Black Coffee is the sister shop of Cortado. They both have the same minimalistic decor and for the most part, identical menu. We got the oksusu corn latte and Dirty London Fog which has earl grey tea and espresso. Both tastes like the description. Corn latte was sweet while the London Fog had more of an espresso taste. I really liked the corn and hope they keep it on as a permanent item on the menu. We came too early and they were still sitting up the pastry display.

Really liked Long Black Coffee! I got the Biscoff Coffee and it was so good. It had the perfect amount of sweetness and that Biscoff flavor came through really well without being too much. The coffee itself was smooth and tasted really good, and I'd definitely get it again. The service was great too. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Definitely a spot I'd come back to, especially for the Biscoff Coffee! read more

such a long overdue review! not only is this THE best coffee shop in the game, but it's also the most consistent. the coffee is delicious every. single. time. their espresso is bold and rich but not bitter. their variety from coffee to matcha to tea is unmatched. their einspanner will forever remain the star of the show, but their seasonal drinks are *always* delicious. everyone is always chasing the best banana coffee. LB by far has done it better than everyone else. it's seasonal though, so try it before it's gone! the staff deserves more stars than offered in this review. they even greet me by name but even when there's tons of people & chaos inside, they're always calm, collected, patient & kind. i'd like to think i've tried most if not all coffee shops locally, and you're truly not going to find better than LBC! read more
Another weekend, another coffee fix needed. Long Black Coffee was on my list for quite some time so I was excited to give it a try. It's located in a large plaza that contains a supermarket. I went at around 11 AM and it was busy. There was a wait for ordering and many seating was already taken. For future reference, there is an option to order online for pickup. American Express is accepted here. I wasn't sure what to order at the time. With a recommendation, the staff said biscoff cookie butter latte was good option for those with a sugar craving. Looking at the menu again, I saw they had a pistachio cream latte. Absolutely loved the drink; cream top wasn't too sweet and paired well with the espresso. Despite being busy, it only took a few minutes for them to make the drink. They also sold coffee beans, which I grabbed as well. Appreciated that they have different pricing for later roasted dates. I was able to grab a spot as someone was leaving. It's a decent spot to sit and get some work done. However, it could be a bit nosy. If not a working spot, definitely for picking up quality coffee drinks! Looking forward to trying out other items in the next visit. read more

Seriously some of the best matcha and coffee ever! I love all of their menu items, and their signature limited drinks also. It's small inside only has seating for about 10 people. They have mobile ordering available. Plenty of parking in the lot right out front. The staff are friendly and know how to make good drinks. read more
A lovely minimalist cafe for your caffeine pick me up! I decided on the mango cold brew and it was a pleasant surprise how much i enjoyed it! It didn't taste artificial and it wasn't overly sweet either which i loved. The coffee was strong and gave me exactly what I wanted from a cold brew!My mom was in love with the einspanner and it is known here for great reason. This spot was a great find! I sincerely appreciate the staff for going the extra mile to accommodate my allergy to hazelnut, it was very appreciated and goes to show what an incredible cafe it is! read more
I LOVEEE their matcha series. Please bring back your double matcha.. it was SOOOOO GOOD. I'll settle for the matcha einspanner though. Matcha flavor is good. The cream is good. I enjoy their einspanner either in the original or the matcha form. Very delicious. Their menu is always evolving and adapting to the seasonal flavors. Always something unique and flavorful. But really bring back your double matcha please.. it was SOOOO GOOD They have online ordering and that's a plus! read more

The space was small but with a good amount of seating, mostly against the wall. I got the matcha eispanner with oat milk and light ice. The drink came out quickly and the cream is very good, and they give you lots of it. The matcha was also good, strong enough but not too overpowering. However, the cup is on the small side, considering the price $6.50 w/o tax. Plenty of parking as the shop is in a large plaza. read more

Why the oat milk is $1 upcharge is beyond me. This place is 3.5 stars but rounding DOWN for the ridiculous charge to sub oat milk. I got the Pistachio Cream Latte with oat milk which was delicious. The pistachio cream was a little bit sweet but helped balance out the bitterness of the coffee. They are very generous with their cream so if you're not into that, I'd say don't get this drink. Overall, it's good but wouldn't spend $7.50 on it regularly. read more

Stopped by Long Coffee after a few months away and noticed the menu has really expanded (unless I didn't look before). I decided to try something new this time: the Double Matcha (which is leaving the menu soon. Apparently, manager wants to scale menu down). Normally I go for my cold weather favorite, the hot matcha latte with whole milk, unsweetened, but I decided to try the limited special Double Matcha. The Double Matcha was a nice refreshing treat for a hot day. And I asked for less sugar, which makes easier to finish. It was creamy but not too rich, with a milder matcha flavor than I expected. The matcha foam had a light, slightly nutty taste (interesting in a positive way) but not rich enough to be my favorite, , but not rich enough to be my favorite; however, it was still enjoyable. Not my number one, but it's definitely in my top three matcha drinks for now. Also got the cold brew for my bf who enjoys it every time:) Friendly barista and great service!! Ordered the Einspänner latte and it was very sweet, I should have asked what was sweet and what wasn't. I would have reduced the sweetness, but I was in a hurry and forgot. The coffee flavor was decent, the house cream was super sweet and the coffee to cream ratio wasn't great. It seemed like it was mostly cream and not a lot of coffee. Kinda felt like it was skimpy on quantity of coffee. read more

I always miss the pastries every time I come, granted I always arrive much later in the day. It's gotta be so good it sells out! I come here for their Einspanner! This time, i ordered their Cookie butter latte with Einspanner creme topping 1000/10. Personally have gone to many coffee shops to try their Einspanners, and by far this establishment really has perfected their craft. The richness of the coffee itself melts perfectly with the creme topping. Other places, the topping disappears so fast along with its flavor. But Long Black Coffee's Einspanner , absolutely worth it! It's a quiet and open space, could do some work on your laptop or read a book! The baristas were kind & friendly! Love this place and will always come back for the drinks! Hopefully earlier next time for their pastries haha! read more
I stopped by Long Black Coffee this weekend since I needed to get some work done, and wanted to stay out of the mini heatwave. I've driven past this place a few times on the way to the freeway (it's conveniently located next to the 405) - so figured I'd check it out. Service was great - I was greeted right away upon stepping foot into the cafe. I shared that I'd never been there before, so the barista (?) suggested some items based on their most popular drinks, as well as my preference for "something iced/cold". The menu is simple - one page - mostly a variety of drinks - coffee, tea, hot and iced. I opted for the Iced Matcha Einspanner. My drink took about 5 minutes - minimal wait - and came with a nice, thick, layer of cream on top of the matcha. The cream was great - awesome consistency, and rather than stir it up, I just sipped at it during my visit. The matcha could definitely be stronger - I barely tasted it - although I imagine it was due to my sipping it. Even after I inserted a straw and sipped more of the bottom of the cup where the matcha appeared to be more dense - the flavor didn't stand out. That said, environment is great. There's plenty of tables to work/study - the wifi is fast and stable. Restrooms are clean, plenty of parking. It shares a massive lot with Aldi and CVS - I've never seen this lot packed - even today, on a weekend, I was able to park at practically the first row. Anyway, I'll probably come back again during the week. Maybe their Matcha Einspanner was off today. There's a few other drinks on their menu I'd like to check out, so enough reason to give them another shot. My quest continues for Orange County's best matcha einspanner! read more
One of my favorite coffees shops that I make a point to visit if I'm in the area! Their einspanner latte with oat milk is my favorite. It's perfectly balanced, and I love how smooth their espresso is! It does get pretty busy on the weekends, but my line moves fast and you can order ahead. It's a pretty small location, so I usually grab and go. There isn't a lot of seating to chat with friends. read more
I was on a mission in the neighborhood and when I was done, I needed a drink. Pulled up the Yelp and found Long Black. It is located in a large community shopping center. Decor is minimalist and modern. The menu is large and I had a tough time deciding. I went with the matcha with almond milk and matcha foam. The drink was absolutely delicious. I've never had the combo before, yes it's shocking. With the almond milk it was almost $8.00 and the cup is rather small so this drink is on the pricey side. The matcha is premixed and I feel like I didn't get value out of my almond milk upcharge. It would have been fine with regular milk. You can order ahead on clover. Parking was a bit difficult for me on this Wednesday afternoon as there are a lot of stores in the center. Good service. Casual. Please come and create your own adventure. read more

Their matcha einspanner is SOOO addicting! It's honestly very sweet, but the earthy matcha flavor still punches through perfectly, satisfying that matcha craving but also acting like a delectable sweet treat! Even before mixing in the cream top, the oatmilk has a nice thickness and consistency, but the addition of the cream is what makes this matcha so delicious! It's clear why it's their most popular drink. As for the cafe itself, the interior is small but doesn't feel cramped and has a good amount of seating. The service is fast, super friendly, and makes each drink with care. This is definitely a hidden gem for matcha, but you HAVE to give it a try!! It's some of the best I've had in a while! read more

Wow! This may be the creamiest & thickiest cream top I have everrrrr had. Other places I'm always asking for more cream top & this place delivered. The coffee is strong & pairs well with the cream & flavors. We got the pistachio cream latte which the pistachio flavor didn't come through as strongly as I would've liked. The iced einspanner had hazelnut which was nutty from the hazelnut & bittersweet from the coffee paired with the cream top. Overall I really like this place! read more
Service was fast and easy. The blueberry matcha was amazing, the blueberry was perfect and not too sour and the matcha tasted just bitter enough to balance out the drink. Sadly couldn't try the mango cold brew since I dropped it :( this place is always busy during the weekends but easy to get a table during the week. read more

Yes, as far as I recall. They also have tea and drinks for kids that my daughter enjoyed there.

Yes, they do have Wi-Fi. However, there aren't any outlets.

Not necessarily. This coffee shop brews Onyx Coffee Lab specialty coffee beans. From time to time there will be an organic variety, but specialty coffee varies seasonally. You can be sure, however, the beans are responsibly sourced.
