I think that as with most places, it's all about the staff. I no longer come thru JAX so often but was back in town, to connect thru ATL during the most recent storms and my afternoon flight was pushed back over 2 hours, and knew l'd miss my connecting flight. Ms Thea at the front desk was so helpful. She too realized immediately that I'd miss the connection then pointed out that the next morning's flight had already bn cancelled so I'd hv to go out 24 hours later. Ms Thea tried to mk sure my check-in would come off the plane at ATL so could avail of its contents. And she printed out all that was needed. This is a small lounge and with all the delays, it was pretty full, but I found a spot. Let me say: the chicken noodle soup hit the spot. Excellent flavor, like a warm hug heading into the second big winter storm of 2026 Ms Melva as always is a delight; she scans all the rooms with an eagle eye. Sweet lady And I got to meet Diego. He's new here But so good at this, constantly scanning, asking if anyone needs anything, if he can clear items off a table. Its nice to relax and have a nice coffee and the usual breakfast fare before an early flight. With all the changes Delta has made limiting annual visits I have to ration my use of the Sky Club, unfortunately. The staff here are fabulous. And the new furniture is nice. The first time we had been in this sky lounge in a bit as we have not flown as much since the "political" disease. The club is small but everyone was very nice. My issue is the dogs. I'm sorry but I can't take these dogs in hotels, airplanes, etc. We had dogs our whole life and we hired dog sitters that we trusted and kept them in our home. I don't believe dogs are happier to go on planes and such. I'm sure I'll get comments, but consider those of us who don't want to travel with "your dogs". This is sky lounge in terminal 2. It's much smaller in comparison to terminal 4, they're only a shuttle ride apart. Positive with the size is less congestion, and ease with finding seats. The food today was relatively tasty. It changes weekly, breakfast lunch and dinner offers different meals. Also has open bar, I'm not drinker so i can't say much to that. But i love the lounge especially when you have to be in the airport for a long time. The WiFi is amazing also. read more

Super friendly staff. Comfortable seating areas to relax or do business. Great natural lighting pours into the room. Had a cape cod and sat down to decide on whether I'd have the chicken salad or soup. I started with the tomato soup then had a some cheese and crackers with a bite of the pasta and chicken salad on my dates plate. All good. If you are a member and would like to bring a guest, it's $29.00. Drinks, snacks and food for $29.00 is a great value at an airport if you ask me. :) Two large televisions in the front room. Fox news on one and CNN on the other. lol Restrooms were clean and spacious. 4 stars instead of 5 because the area by the food, snacks and small tables needed a little more attention. Nothing an extra wipe down, replenishing of pots, and some additional clean glasses couldn't fix. read more

Beautiful airport but horrible sky lounge. I am in utter disbelief at the reception from the staff at this lounge. Delta is supposed to have great customer service and this lounge was completely EMPTY. The ladies there asked for my boarding pass and said that I was not permitted in the club because I was not flying Delta. I became a sky club member last month on a flight to New York and was told that I could use the sky club at any airport regardless of what airline I was flying. These ladies are now saying that this "no admission unless on Delta" rule has been in effect since January. I am waiting on a call back from Delta because if that is the case I need to get a COMPLETE refund of my "membership" fees. This is a horrible way to start a morning. I am sooo aggravated with them. They literally are turning EVERYONE AWAY. Shame on you JAX SKY LOUNGE! I will make sure everyone knows not to join this SCAM! The BBB WILL HEAR FROM ME. read more

Great experience while waiting for my flight. Staff was very nice and they had lots of fresh and light food offerings along with snacks and cookies. There was plenty of seating available when I was there, but I'm sure it gets busy from time to time like any other lounge. Good selection of beer/wine/cocktails. These are hands down the friendliest people at any sky club that I've visited! The front desk staff are always so energetic, even very early in the morning. They make up for what the club lacks in terms of amenities. Jax is a small airport so the club is proportionate in size. The food offerings are not as creative as some of the other clubs in larger cities but they are always well-stocked and the food area is clean. Seating is not usually an issue. There is a seating area up front with a TV, a small business center, and a quiet seating area in the back. The restrooms are clean and convenient. read more

The sky club was very clean and the employees very friendly and courteous. The food for breakfast was excellent. I recommend the the southwest breakfast burrito, it was delicious. This is definitely a smaller sky club but then again the JAX airport is small also. read more

Really impressed with this cozy sky club in JAX! What better way to spend my time pre-flight. Plenty of seating options, comfortable chairs and even desks if you are working. Outlets to charge at each chair. Bar is tended by employees who serve a stiff drink, tips welcomed of course if you enjoyed your drink. A very nice salad and snack bar with some healthy options such as veggies, soups, even salads. Some coffee/teas. A nice bathroom. Location of this sky club is right behind chili's and the nail salon. I really like this quaint little lounge. It's not like my favorite B Lounge in Atlanta, but it's close (maybe because it's my home airport). The food is mainly cold-item snacks with a soup. I do enjoy the little pre-cooked omelets they make in the mornings as well as the cottage cheese. I try to not eat carbs so that is a nice option in the morning. There is always somewhere to sit. *Note: if you do not see seats in the front there is a computer station in the middle with four inner (semi private) desks and two more without the partitions, I believe. There is also a third section behind that middle area so make sure you look there if you do not find seats in the front. I didn't even know there was a back area to this lounge until I had been there a couple times. Bathrooms are very nice. There are only two stalls, but this lounge is usually not crowded so it's fine. Yes, it's small.. but it is quaint and the staff is so friendly. They always thank you for your level ("thank you for being a silver medallion member", etc). I love the one lady I see all the time with the southern accent. I need to get her name in a few days when I'm there again :) She makes me feel so welcome. What can you say.. Pretty good lounge for a small airport. The decor is nice and the customer service is great. The food selection is decent as well. There were 2 soups available, spicy Thai chicken and rice, and a veggie soup. There was also chicken salad along with celery, carrots, tortilla chips, popcorn and even more snacks. Warning on the popcorn, if it's been sitting there awhile it will probably taste stale. On this visit I enjoyed some veggies, hummus and chicken salad with a mimosa. The chicken salad was not fancy but it hit the spot. I think my favorite part of this lounge is that it's never busy. read more

We had things planned and meetings to all go to and we had this flight and trip planned for over a couple months now. All the other things said to pick a flight to go onto and now your telling me I have to go onto 2 different flights and do 2 different lay overs and not get to NYC until like 5pm! tomorrow May 30th, 2019. WHAT! our original flight was 6am-8am a nonstop 2 hour and a half flight. But now it's turning out to be an all day trip. I will not stand for this and to be quite honest is absurd. Nice place. Sure, it is a little small, but it is still a quality place to sit and wait for your flight when you accidentally calculate time wrong and end up at the airport too early for your flight. So busy you can't even find a seat. Food offering was below expectations (soup, a couple veggies, crackers ect). I'm not sure how they could justify $50 entry fee for this lounge. The area is very small and nothing about it is private or relaxing. I'd probably skip this location unless it's a freebie with your ticket or credit card. read more

At first I was skeptical of the grits in the cauldron & roaring toaster oven which proved too intimidating for me, but I persevered compiling a lovely smorgasbord of regional breakfast favorites. I'm also mightily impressed with the Starbucks machine. Bravo, Delta. And as always, the ladies at the front desk were such a pleasure after the tumult of sojourning through the TSA experience. I arrived at the airport in Jacksonville Florida 2 1/2 hours earlier than my flight was to take off just so I could relax in Jacksonville's Delta sky club lounge. There is a bar area, a complementary food and beverage area, a large area where people can use their devices, and what Delta calls The Quiet Room which was off by itself where, by the way, I spent most of my time. The employees in the lounge were extremely courteous and friendly. Delta knows how to do it up right. A big five stars from me! read more
