This is a MUST try spot ! We have been coming here now for months, our very favorite dish is the Rigatoni Bolognese. We have had the fresh pasta with garlic and oil, great . The chicken parm dinner is exceptional. Our family is traveling in and we will be back for the calamari. Full bar, great wine selections. All the staff are great, very professional. The pizza is right up there with NY style. You will love it ! Last week we went for lunch and had the Calzone, great, not watery , cooked to perfection.

Great place for Italian American food. Wait staff is professional and totally custom friendly. Food is constant and really good.

Honestly! I don't know what it's like in person. But take out related- the portion for price was very small. I got penne alla vodka gluten free was like 35 bucks. No protein. And see pic!

We have eaten here before but was alarmed with what they charged me for a call brand old fashioned cocktail. I asked the bartender for Makers Mark as my choice of bourbon but she gave me a Bullitt brand instead when I got the bill. (See attached bill) They charged me $23.00 for this drink which is outrageous. I've never paid that much for this drink having paid no more than $15.00 in other restaurants. The bartender was only on the job for two days so we got the rookie for sure. We will not be going back there anytime soon.

Quick summary: Service is excellent, food is very good, and noise level is too high for table conversation. And now the details.... We haven't been to DeLuca's Italian Kitchen & Bar, and had heard good things about it, so we went for dinner on a Wednesday night. The restaurant wasn't crowded, but I suspect it will soon begin to fill up as the word spreads about the quality of the food and service. Our server, Arianna, was amazing. First of all, when we made reservations, she assured us that she could create separate checks for our group whereas another server had he couldn't do this. During dinner, she was positive, attentive, and anticipated our every need. When one person spilled some sauce on the tablecloth, she quickly placed a matching cloth napkin over the spill. Great service! The warm, crusty Italian bread was excellent. In addition to the pats of butter that were served with the bread, bottles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar were on the table for use with the bread and/or the salads. Note: a variety of large salads are available on the menu, but entrees do not come with a side salad. The food was generally quite good. I had the chicken marsala with pasta, which had a nice marsala sauce and delicious mushrooms. My wife had the DeLuca style chicken parmesan, which is made with a delightful vodka sauce in lieu of the regular tomato sauce. One person had an amazing octopus appetizer that was cooked perfectly and large enough to be an entree. Another couple split the eggplant rollatini, which is made with ricotta cheese and marinara sauce. It consisted of two large pieces of eggplant and was perfect for sharing. The menu has a large selection of homemade pastas. The lobster ravioli was very good, although it appeared to be drowning in an abundance of the pink brandy cream sauce. If I had ordered that meal, I would have been dipping the Italian bread in all that sauce! The chicken piccata, with a white wine, lemon and butter sauce, was also quite tasty but a bit too salty. The portion sizes were generally very generous, and several take-home boxes accompanied us out the door. We initially refused Arianna's offer of dessert until she mentioned the tartufo, which is ice cream in a chocolate shell. It came with either pistachio ice cream or a combination of vanilla & chocolate. Yes to both! So delicious! A refreshing way to finish off a nice meal. When we asked Arianna about DeLuca's happy hour, she mentioned that drinks are 1/2 off during happy hour (Mon - Fri 3 - 5 pm in the bar area) and select appetizers are 1/2 off. The biggest downside to our otherwise positive dining experience was the noise level. Even though we were seated at the back end of the dining room, the live music playing in the bar was too loud at times and disrupted our conversation. The music was good though. We will definitely be back ... and will be sure to request Arianna as our server. However, we will first check the music schedule.

All I can say is WOW!!!!!! I was so impressed with the quality of the food in this restaurant. I did not have a reservation I was seated immediately. My server Victor was very knowledgeable he brought out our drinks immediately and went over all the specials with us. He came over to the table several times to check in on us to make sure we were happy asking if we're happy with the food and if there was anything that we needed. We started out with Fried Calamari it was delicious!!!! We also started out with the Special "Mussels" it was in a garlic and wine sauce with a touch of tomato sauce. I have to say this was the best Mussels I have EVER eaten!!!! I couldn't stop scooping up the sauce with the fresh baked Italian bread. It was heavenly. We ordered the eggplant Parmesan for dinner. We ordered it with Rigatoni. The eggplant was breaded with a breadcrumb and Panko mixture. It was a huge amount, but it was not my favorite. I probably would not order it again. It was good, but I personally like it with egg and flour mixture. I just felt that the breadcrumb was a little too heavy for me. The rigatoni was cooked perfectly al dente. Overall food here is delicious. I give it 5 stars.all the way. My favorite dish was the muscles. I couldn't believe how delicious it was and I would've been happy with just eating that alone. The hostess came over to the table. Her name is Theresa, she spoke to us for quite a while. Wonderful woman, she gave us the history of the business and it was very pleasant speaking with her. this restaurant is very cozy family oriented and they also have music nights with live music. I will definitely be coming back here. I can't wait next time. I will bring my whole family. Thank you so much for a delightful experience.

In the mood for Italian cuisine, we decided to try DeLuca's Italian Kitchen, conveniently located on Jog Road right next to Publix. The location was easy to find, and upon arrival, our hostess seated us at a cozy table that offered both comfort and a touch of quiet, without feeling too isolated. Although I don't usually drink, I opted for an espresso martini--and I'm glad I did. It had the perfect balance of coffee and alcohol, making it a delightful way to start the meal. My sister and mom enjoyed glasses of Miemi Pinot Noir, which they both found superb. We started with warm fresh bread, followed by two appetizers: the Clams Oreganata, which were nicely seasoned, and a fresh cheese ball served with arugula salad and prosciutto, which was a flavorful and elegant dish. For our main course, my sister chose the Broccoli Rabe with Sausage served over pasta, while my mom and I shared the lasagna. The lasagna was rich and flavorful, though a touch on the salty side. The portions were extremely generous--plenty for sharing and even enough for leftovers. To finish, we indulged in the Arianna Butter Cake, named after our server, Arianna, who was outstanding throughout the evening. The cake was moist, buttery, and the perfect sweet ending to a very satisfying meal.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem tonight and are so excited that we found it. Luckily, we had Ariana as our server who is fun and full of information. The Bucatini carbonara was amazing! I had the special with gnocchi and fillet tips and it was fantastic. We also really enjoyed the stuffed artichoke and clams oreganata. Definitely will come back and definitely will ask for Ariana. Suggestion, make a reservation because we tried to walk in and they were full, but ended up sitting outside, which was delightful.

We had a very good lunch here. And good service from Arianna, as well. We'd been to this location before, but it was another restaurant. We were happy to see that they had a number of other customers on a Sunday afternoon. And even one guy at their large bar. We started with some very good crusty Italian bread. We had butter as well as oil. And my husband got a limoncello spritzer -- a light and refreshing cocktail. From the lunch menu, I ordered their chicken piccata. It came with a choice of pasta. I chose linguine with the same sauce. The portion was more than ample for lunch. The sauce was nice and lemony with capers. And the linguine was cooked perfectly. And I had part of it for dinner later that night. My husband got their (lunch) lasagna. He said it was very good. He liked the sauce as it wasn't overly acidic. He also took a portion of his lunch home for later. We did browse the dessert menu. The butter cane came highly recommended, but I just had a decaf cappuccino instead. It was delicious. We certainly will be back. Lunch prices are quite reasonable and our meal was very good. They will become very popular in this area...

Deluca's was a wonderful lunch experience for my wife and I. Service was great and our server Arianna, (like the Arianna Butter Cake dessert on the menu!), was very helpful in helping make our choices. I started with a Limoncello Spritzer which was refreshing and delicious. My Meat Lasagna was a very generous portion of authentic Italian cuisine! Great food and a great experience!

The vibe is super cool, cozy seating, great ambience, dim lighting that feels like a hidden gem. I sat on the comfy couch and ordered sushi from OKA, which was honestly better than ever. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The cocktails were delicious too; strong, creative, and exactly what I wanted for a chill night out. I was having a great time, enjoying my meal and drinks, when disaster struck right at the end. I had literally just finished eating when a huge roach crawled right by my feet on the couch area. It was massive and absolutely disgusting. I jumped out of my seat so fast, thankfully I was done with my food, or I probably would've lost it completely. I didn't scream (which is a miracle because I definitely would have at home), but it was such a gross turn-off. I get that this is Lake Worth and Florida has its bugs, but come on, a roach that big in a dining establishment? That's not okay. You really need to step up the pest control. Also, the bathrooms could use some serious help. They're outdated and feel neglected, definitely in need of an update or renovation to match the rest of the cool vibe. Overall, the sushi shines, the drinks are spot-on, and the atmosphere is fun... but that roach ruined the ending for me, and the bathrooms don't help. Fix those things, and this place could be amazing. Hoping it was just a one-off bad night!

It was hot AF so we walked in with every intention of a cold beer and in the cold AC, but sadly the noise level from multiple tables even surpassed the music coming from the bar and we were forced to seek respite outside under the chickee. The hive is apparently dog friendly and judging by the party with a laundry basket full of yapping , they don't care much if your dogs are well behaved or not. The food was passable, though barely. Onion rings and chicken wings were both crispy, but, ordering the wings 'medium' found them sitting in a barely pink spice free ooze. Fried fish fingers were perfectly cooked but the choice of Basa as a fish tells you all you need to know about the ingredient quality here, which is doubly surprising given how expensive this menu is for the offerings... Blackened chicken nachos tasted like someone poured the frozen bag of chicken right into the plate for heating. The unripe tomato & corn salsa wasn't even enough to bring these things up to par and we left 3/4 on the plate. Beer was cold but service was so slow as to be non existent, and when she was present there was no personality at all, meanwhile other tables had constant attention. It used to be a French restaurant for about 20 years and then kept changing hands with different types of cuisine. I am really hoping that is one of those restaurants that will make it. Our dinner experience here tonight was extremely pleasant. This is a huge restaurant with three rooms and a bar. There's a choice of about seven entrées and several salads and appetizers. We were a party of three and decided to try Pomona because we've never eaten there before. To start out with, I have got to give a shout out to our waiter Liam. I'm a senior citizen and I've eaten all over the world in many restaurants of every size and reputation, but I have never had a waiter as good as Liam. Even in Michelin five star restaurants in Europe . He was extremely pleasant, courteous, personable and ensured that we had a memorable dining experience. Let's face it. The food can be extraordinary, but if the weight staff sucks, then the experience is horrible. On the other hand of food could be mediocre, but if the service is outstanding, then you might overlook the mediocrity . It was the little things our waiter did like in between the appetizers and the salads and the main meal he came and gave us new napkins and changed all of our silverware. I have not even seen this in five star restaurants. He checked up on us frequently, which is something that waiters rarely do in any restaurant nowadays -- they usually take your order and that's the last you'll see of them until it's time for the check. But Liam checked on us frequently and make sure we had water and whatever we needed. Both my husband and I ordered the herb encrusted grouper. It was literally melt in your mouth grouper with some type of sauce that was made in heaven. The presentation was over orzo. I also had a Caesar salad. The third member of our party had the vodka penne. She loves Italian food and she said it was delicious. The portions were so huge that we had to take some home. Everyone in our party also had a Moscow Mule. For the quality of the food and the service this place was very reasonable --a party of three with cocktails, dinner, appetizers, and salad came to $155 before tax and tip. We will definitely return. And here is hoping that Pomona will last because we need a restaurant like this in downtown Lake Worth.

I still asked the waiter for a suggestion and to my surprise the espresso martini was the first offered which is what I decided on anyway. It was sooooo strong so I was able to sip it the entire time we were there. A side of fries and the salted pretzels were ordered for the table. The fries were crispy and delicious. The pretzel was just ok and definitely needed the beer cheese to make it taste better. I ordered the smash burger to go. The fries were still the better choice as the burger was pretty bland. Overall we had a great time and the staff were terrific. I would try the margarita if I ever came back here as if my picky coworker was content with it...must be a good drink.

We made our reservations for 4:30, thinking it was too early, we are glad we did that. It was small inside, has an open bar, and the ambiance and decor were nice. The kitchen is small so the waiter asked if we could put our full order in at once so in case they get busy, our order won't take super long. My wife and I agreed on sharing a Porterhouse steak but unfortunately, they ran out the night before. The Waiter told us their daily meat, fish, and starters. We ordered the Empanadas, Me So Crispy, Wedge Salad, 40oz New York Strip (daily meat special), Mac, and Fries. Way too much food for the 2 of us. They brought out a little free snack that's Curried Chicken Salad on a Tortilla chip. Absolutely delicious. Next was the Empanadas and Me So Crispy. The Empanadas with the chimichurri sauce was amazing. The best empanadas we've ever had. I'm not a big seafood fan, but the Spicy Tuna Tartare on the Crispy Rice was spectacular. That was my favorite starter. The Wedge salad came and that was delicious also, the egg was boiled perfectly. The service is amazing. Checking up on us throughout the time. They brought out steak knives from Argentina and we got to choose our weapons. The 40oz New York Strip with sauces, Mac, and fries came out and it was the best cut of meat I've ever had. We ordered it rare to medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. It had a great sear and crust on it, it cut super easily and was super tender. Mac was really good as well, and the fries were perfect. Didn't even need ketchup for them. After we were done, they brought out a free Madeleine and chocolate muffin. They also gave us free Champagne to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered Bread Pudding because why not and it was delicious too. My wife and I have been to quite a few fancy expensive restaurants where even one was 420$ a person. Nicholson Muir has turned to our number 1. We have zero complaints. They exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be back. Hopefully they have the Porterhouse in stock
