From the very beginning, Junior made the entire booking process effortless. Communication was outstanding through both text messages and email. Every question was answered quickly, confirmations were clear, and once I sent the deposit, everything was handled professionally. We even received a confirmation the day before the wedding, which gave us complete peace of mind. On the day of the wedding, our driver, Donnelle, arrived early and gave us a courtesy call before arriving. From the moment we met him, we knew we were in great hands. He was professional, personable, courteous, and took the time to explain how the day would go so everyone felt comfortable. He made loading the van incredibly easy by parking in the perfect location and even helped us load several wedding items. Throughout the day, his driving was smooth, safe, and punctual. He navigated between multiple locations without any issues and always dropped us off exactly where we needed to be. During our photo session, the park rangers asked him to move from the drop-off area, but Donnelle handled everything perfectly. He kept in communication with us, let us know where he would be parked, and when we realized we needed something from the van, he immediately drove it back to us before returning to park. That level of service and attention to detail meant so much on a day that already has enough going on. From there, he took us to the church, dropped us off right at the entrance, stayed in communication throughout the ceremony, and then transported us to the reception venue. While we celebrated, he let us know he'd be nearby and available whenever we needed him. At the end of the evening, he was there waiting for us and gave us a relaxing ride home to end a perfect day. Once inside, the AC wasn't working and it was hot (it was working when I checked it out a few weeks prior), the sound system sounded horrible, almost as if a speaker was blown out/super staticky, and the driver didn't even open the door for us to get in. I had to open the door for my wife and I as the driver just stood by watching. During our reception, I received a few calls from the owner asking me why I didn't tip his driver. I explained to him that the AC wasn't working, the sound system was busted, and the driver didn't even open our door to get in. The owner ignored my explanation, totally negated what I just told him, and kept on insisting I give him an answer as to why I didn't tip his driver. I told the owner if he was so concerned about the driver's tip, that he should tip him using the extra hour I paid for (which we didn't even use). In my opinion, there are better limo companies out there. Seems like this business just wants your money for subpar services.

Karl picked us up in a very nice clean bus on time and with a great smile, attitude. We all started popping off the bottles and drank on the way to very exclusive clubs in LA. Once we parked outside of Supperclub, Karl walks us all right in at 11pm prime time with huge lines outside. All of the bouncers treated him like the true Gangster that he is. After an hour or two there, we agree to head out because we wanted a more asian crowd. We all gather on the bus and head out to Metro and again, huge crowds and Karl walks us all in. Towards the end of the night, we all hop back into the bus and one of my drunk girlfriends starts some shit with some random beezy outside the club and they start fighting each other (oh god). But then all of a sudden, its seriously like a mob fight, dudes get in there and everything. Next thing you know, this huge ass dude gets me a headlock *frown face*, 2 seconds later.... #BOOOOOOOOOOOMMM....... KARL GETS OUT OF THE BUS AND JUST KNOCKS ON ALL THE DUDES ON THE OPPOSING SIDE LIKE A NINJA TURTLE MELEE VIDEO GAME!!! He picks up a few of us and puts us all back in the van and makes sure we are all accounted for before we take off. It's almost Terminator 4 status. After all the rukkas we are in the van tending to our wounds and next thing you know, we are home safely. Serpentine Limo is the only limo service I'd ever call again.
