Just had the worse experience ever. Usually I go here and it's not the best but it's ok. Today it was so bad. She rushed my pedicure, didn't even cut my cuticles and when I took a pic up close my nails looked like it was painted by a 5 year old. I told her and she fixed one nail then I went back and showed her the others then she said sit I'll fix for you but I was already upset so I left. The place is not clean and despite the lady saying she had been there several years she acted like it was her first day. She could not locate anything and left me sitting in between each process. Clip nails... look for file, find file look for buffer etc. she even left me sitting while she spoke to a "friend " at the counter who randomly popped in. Literally took an extra half hour due to her constant confusion. I wouldn't go back. Completely unprofessional. read more

Deluxe nails has done it again. I rarely get my nails done, but both times I've come back in the last month has been amazing. I came in at the beginning of April with my daughter and they made her feel so special. We got a pedicure and she was beyond excited. She said she felt like a princess. I came in again about a week ago to fill in my nails and the outcome was 10/10. I asked my nail tech to re-shape my nails, I had originally done "rounded" but it still didn't sit right and that's when she said I'm thinking of "almond". Will definitely be back. read more

7/18/19 : Dropped in today and found out it is under new owners. They added more massage chairs, reconfigured the stations to accommodate more people. They also extended the back room to accommodate facials and waxing. Very friendly. Mimi is still there. I actually preferred the Vietnamese music but that's just me. I got a mani pedi with gel. However a week later my gel polish which I feel should last a couple weeks started to peel off less than a week. This is what my nails look like now. My daughter and I went last week. I came to get a pedi and manicure. The device was shitty. The lady doing my my pedicure didn't talk to me or ask me anything. The other workers there didn't say anything either. I got here at 10am and is only leaving now at 12:10 pm. I had to wait for someone else to paint my toes and the job was rushed. He didn't even do a good job. There is nail polish all over my toes. Then he did my manicure that was so not worth it. Took him 10 mins and I feel what I was paying for my mani I could of just paid a child. I should of just drove to Kapolei. Would not recommend them at all. This is the worst mani pedi I've ever gotten. I paid $110 and I didn't get no acrylic so not worth it. I wish I could give them a negative one star read more

Walk-in on Friday afternoon for a deluxe pedicure regular paint. I was able to be accommodated right away. Staff was nice and nails came out good as well. The only issue was that it took nearly 2 hours to be done. Nothing extra was added to prolong the time. Luckily I didn't have plans afterwards or else I'd have to walk out. Horrible business etiquette. I've had my lashes filled here once prior. The lady doing so was texting the entire time she was doing my lashes and also left in the MIDDLE of me actually getting my lashes refilled- to go speak to someone for about 3-5mins. Whatever. I was only using her for a filler for when I couldn't get into my usual lady "lashesonfleek_byteeetz" since she was on vacation. However this time I scheduled with her on Wednesday for that upcoming Sunday. The staff here are amazing. I treated my sister-in-law and myself to a spa day. I was able to get acrylic toenails and fingernails to match. The staff took their time and were very thorough. This review is only for the acrylic nail male tech who sits directly to the left when you walk in. Horrible, he PEELS acrylic nail off instead of soaking it. He literally peeled layers of my nails off. Then I decide to gel instead, he does not file or shape my nail, instead he leaves it ugly and squared! Terrible, in a rush & does not care about clients nail health. I hope he will read this & start removing the nails the PROPER WAY! The pedicure is amazing, but I will not be returning here. My advice is take the drive to Kapolei, they care about your nails! read more

I yelp only when I'm really happy or service is really bad because basically I'm lazy. My husband and I walked in with luckily no wait. He did a pedi and I had a gel mani and pedicure. I was impressed on the cleanliness of the place first and foremost. No acetone smell and they are constantly tidying up. They took time w/our pedis. At most places I feel rushed and seems like they just want to get as many done in as little time, not here. They have good attention to hygiene and asks what the customer wants. Pleased w/the pedi outcome, on to the gel manicure. I wanted a natural look and my expectations were exceeded. Very natural, not thick in areas and thin in others. I asked for a Deluxe pedicure, but I ended up getting the basic. I thought the girl didn't hear me saying I wanted a deluxe so I didn't say anything when she 1. didn't remove my callous 2. didn't give me a choice of which lotions I wanted and 3. gave a MINIMAL foot/leg massage. When it was time to pay, she charged me for the deluxe and when I said I only received the basic the guy got involved and tried to intimidate me by saying your feet didn't need it. Well then, they should have said that and given me the basic pedicure. I paid for it and I wanted it, besides the fact that I did need to have the callous removed.
