Love getting my nails done here. The owner Tina is wonderful and the prices are really reasonable. Steph was also really great at recreating a design I asked for. I usually pay about $90 or so for gel builder with designs. I believe it's around $60 if you get gel builder as just one solid color. It literally lasts over a month and has made my natural nails so strong and long. It just about never chips, and the only reason I come in for a new manicure is due to the new growth at the nail beds. Super convenient location in Kapolei next to Curry House and Foodland Farms. Lots of parking available. So glad I found a new nail salon that's relatively close to home, clean, and reasonably priced. read more

I sent my friend's teenage daughter to get acrylics. She told me her experience was awful. The nail tech who did her nails was careless and cut her skin and it bled. She said it was a painful experience. Upon leaving, the front desk lady insulted her by saying that her nails were boring because she didn't get designs on her nails. I am a salon owner in California and am shocked that they do not take any accountability and a "sorry but not sorry" attitude. She also mentioned that they nickel & dimed her. Found this new nail spot in Kapolei. Tina is the owner and we have the same name! She is very nice and offered me and my Mom water. We both got pedicures. I got the deluxe which came with a massage and sugar scrub with callus treatment. My pedicure was very good! The nail tech spent her time and was very detailed which I appreciated. The products smelled good and the space was clean and well organized. My Mom also got a deluxe pedi and she liked her pedicure. She also got a gel fill done, Tina did them herself and her nails came out really nice. She did an eyebrow wax too and her eyebrows came out nice. First experience here and I really wanted to like this place especially with how highly rated this nail salon is but I left completely disappointed in the work -- despite asking to get a few nails redone in the process and she just let out a big sigh... for them to look the exact same. I was about 36 weeks pregnant during that time and they treated me so well. She did an excellent job she even went out of her way and fixed my other daughter's nail polish on her toe that was messed up even though she wasn't the nail technician who did that pedicure. Everyone was super nice and easy to talk to , I came in about 3 weeks ago for vacation. They were very full but still willing to accommodate, I did end up being there for a few hours because of how busy they were but they still did my services we good quality and as fast as possible well keeping the quality. Even discounted one of my service because of how long I was there ! Honestly, this is the first shop that doesn't tell me what to do -- I actually get what I want. Service. I got Gel builder manicure and Gel deluxe pedicure. It was so nice! They really take care of you. I called in the morning and I was able to get appointment for me and my husband. Once I got there we were offered water and green tea, they took their time on our feet! We needed it! The sugar scrub was great, cooling gel, massage, callus removal, and hot towel -- top tier. They also give you a warm neck wrap......game changer, I was going to fall asleep. I got white toes with the chrome finish. For the manicure, I got the builder gel with a chrome finish. I have been going everywhere, I have not found anyone who does a gel builder -- then I came to Tina's, when I described to them what I was looking for, they knew exactly what I wanted. I love their gel builder line. My technician Rose, she took her time and you can tell she's a perfectionist. She asked me questions every step of the way -- just to make sure it was what I wanted. My husband and I came for pedicures. My 4 year old daughter got polish on Her hands and toes with a design on her big toe. Ken did my pedicure, it was the best pedicure I've gotten on the island! He took his time, and made sure he didn't miss anything. Tram did my husband's pedicure and he agrees that it was the best one he has received on the island as well! We were greeted at the door with a smile, and everyone was so friendly. As we sat down, we were offered water, and my daughter was given a cake pop... with permission of course. The atmosphere is really relaxing and everything was clean. The heated towels that were used around our legs smelled so fresh and clean! I truly thought this was going to be my nail salon for the long haul. I've referred people to this salon because I thought it was going well. I became discouraged when I booked an appt of week specifically with Tina who had suggested I come back and get a full set done by her. I booked for 9am on a Wednesday and upon my arrival she was working on someone else and I was placed with another nail artist without consulting me. I decided to go with it and initially I was okay bc they looked nice. I soon discovered that the quality was not great as 2 nails cracked immediately and I was off Island. I returned today, week later for repair of the 2 nails. The booking site does not offer repair appts to be scheduled so I did a walk-in to take advantage of their guarantee of free repair within 2 weeks of service date. I was told they did not have time to do a repair and asked me to come back at the end of the day. I explained that I was unable to come back later but offered to wait and told them I had 2 free hours available. They were not willing for me to wait but again offered me to come back at the end of the day when I was not available. I find it hard to accept that they so easily gave my appt time away but cannot uphold their service to fix repairs without requiring me to come back multiple times. I am a consistent and loyal customer but I can't accept poor customer service where my money is being spent. I will be searching for a new nail salon that values my time and my money spent. read more

Tina! The owner - I arrived a little early before they even opened their doors so I could get in first once they opened. Ruby let me sit inside and wait. Once Tina arrived, she got me started right away. I told her I had to get started Walt because I had a full day of errands because it was graduation weekend. She asked what I was getting done and already started thinking of the most efficient way to get my services done while offering the convenience of letting me choose. She did my brows first - she listened and she took care of my brows better than anyone has in a very long time. I have faded microblading and I asked her not to follow them because they're thinner than my actual brows. She did a wonderful job. She also asked if I wanted to have me get my pedicure and full set done at the same time so I'd be done sooner than later. Sone salons do this when they want to get to as many customers as possible in and out. I appreciated that she said if at any point during the dual service I was uncomfortable or wanted to take a break from one service, I had the option to choose. I stayed with both. They were able to get me out of the salon in less than two hours with excellent nails and even better service. Their service is true to making the customer feel heard and important. This was my second time going to Tina's and I'm officially making her salon my regular preferred salon. They do lashes too so I'm looking forward to that the next time I go! ROSE was very friendly and patient with my request to get the right color for my full set. I knew what I wanted, I just couldn't express it in words. Rose tried a few colors and styles to capture the look I wanted and she did not disappoint. I had Gel X nails and they were still in good shape after 3 weeks.
