Honestly I really wanted to love this place but I was unfortunately disappointed. I asked for cat eye nails and showed an inspo picture. My nail tech showed me the book of options and I loved one of the blue cat eye nails. When the paint went on my fingers it appeared to be just sparkly blue. The nail tech saw my disappointment and asked if I liked it and I expressed that it was not cat eye but more of a sparkly paint. I don't really like sparkly paint so I hated it. She asked if I wanted to change it and when I asked if it would be too difficult, she said yes because she already added a second layer. When I discussed it more she said that they don't have the right paint that matched the book of cat eye nails she showed me and I was thinking, then why didn't you tell me beforehand that you couldn't do the cat eye. So I felt stuck with it and left unhappy. I am also bothered with how thick the nail is. It's like a shell on top. read more

Only giving this a two star because the lady who did my nails took her time and it looked good. The lady who did my toes was hostile the entire time. Never felt uncomfortable doing my nails before. She didn't take her time and my toes weren't even fully covered with polish. Of course I'm going to tip but I didn't appreciate her pushing me to tip both of them when I'm paying I don't think it's professional to be pressuring for tips like that. Never been to a nail shop when they're demanding tips like that on top of the attitude the whole time. Will not be coming back. read more

Went in for a gel mani Pedi the day before Easter. Was helped pretty quick, the facility is very cute. The gal doing my nails talked me into doing dip which was $10 extra, told me it lasted longer than acrylic. It seemed like she over applied ad my polish looks bulky. 1 week and 1 day later, 2 nails are already chipped. Mind you I don't wash dishes so there's no way it was brought upon,ya know ? . I've been coming to this place on and off for quite a while, like close to a decade. I got my nails done here recently during a break, and it's my break from nursing school so this is a special treat for me to get my nails done as I haven't had them done in several years. I had a 3 week break and the nails didn't even last 2 weeks. I was literally laying in bed today when one broke, and all I did was grab my phone. I think it's likely due to the fact that the nails are flat like a board and have no apex. It's really sad that I came here to treat myself and couldn't even have my nails look nice for 14 days. Acrylic should be lasting a lot longer. I haven't even been typing or doing really anything with my hands at all since I've been on break from school so for it to break is really disappointing. The guy that did my nails did an excellent job, though I didn't catch his name. This is 10 days post manicure!! Unfortunately the first glittery color I picked was see through after he did them, but when he asked if I was happy with them I said I didn't know it would be opaque so he changed the color free of charge! I have been here 4 times for manicures. I have gotten a full set for my gender reveal they turned out fabulous. Since then I have returned to get dip nail color, and all those times I had positive experiences and was pleased with my nails. But my last experience was terrible. I've been nail tech was removing my previous color, she used the drill and then I was expecting her to soak my nails in acetone as they usually do. But I had gone past the usual two weeks and the color was starting to lift so the nail tech started to lift up the color using her nail cutting tool as well as a tip to lift off the color instead of soaking. I should've stopped her from doing it but I figured she knew best. I'm not a nail going pro...I don't go regularly so what do I know. Obviously not enough but now I do. As she was trying to tear off the color she tore my nail too. It hurt so bad. I told her that she cut me and broke my nail and she just "oh sorry" like it wasn't a big deal. I didn't get color or anything. I just had her finish my cuticles and I left. I should have made the owner come over. I was just so upset that my one chance to relax and get my nails done for my birthday week had been ruined; I only wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I almost wasn't going to even leave a review and just never go back but I feel others should be cautious. If they try to take short cuts don't let them. I made that mistake and lesson learned (a painful one at that). I see other reviews that are wonderful so I imagine if you request the right girl you'll have a good experience. I however did not. I do not recall the nail techs name. I was in such shock over the whole experience I just remember the shirt she was wearing was an 80's looking teal with neon dinosaur print and she had hot pink glitter nails. read more

I've been so torn between a 3 star and a 4 star.. I really wanted to like this nail salon, but they had a lot of good moments and moments that made me want to scream. The decor was really chic and everything was super clean. My friend and I both came in for a mani and pedi. My manicurist came over and kind of assumed the color I picked out for my toes were also going to be for my hands, which didn't make sense to me since my mani was going to be gel, not regular. I kept telling her no, I need to choose my gel color and I felt rushed and pressured to pick something right away. She came back a few minutes later and shoved a pillow on my lap which then knocked my purse flying out of the chair. My phone fell out and my screen protector was cracked. Not a big deal that it's the screen protector, but an apology would have been nice even though I mentioned what happened. I thought my pedicure was pretty good and everything was cleaned thoroughly. I wish I caught her name because she took her time and didn't cut me! Polish was also applied very evenly! Too bad I couldn't say the same about my friend's pedicure because her toes were filed unevenly throughout. My manicure looks good, but I got a few cuts. When I asked for my nails to be cut/filed down shorter, I was able to tell that the manicurist was not happy that she had to do more work. Prices were not too crazy either; $20 for a pedicure and $25 for gel manicure. Extra $1 if you're paying with card. read more

Went in as a walk-in. Luckily I was seated right away even though it was a Friday around 4:30pm. I was lookin for a nice nude color and they tried their best to use a color that matched what I was looking for, which I really appreciated. I got the regular pedicure. I thought I wouldn't get much done since there were options with a higher price range and more services but I was happy with the way she cleaned and massaged my feet. The finish result was nice. I also got gel manicure that didn't take long. My overall time there was quick but it didn't take away from the quality. I really like that I was able to get in and out with a nice set of nails/toes. I have not been able to find a good manicurist in awhile and while the salon isn't on the luxury modern side, the ladies do an excellent job with attention to cut, color, and customer service. I called this morning and got an appointment same day. I came in and showed them the color I wanted from the internet and they had it, and so many other options like chrome, and dips. After starting my manicure and picking the color Nancy asked me if I preferred this other similar color and she showed me what the difference looks like on a nail. I ended up going with the color she recommended and I loved it! I am so happy she decided to show me that she really paid attention to what color I envisioned. Such a happy customer! I had gel x on which it's usually removed by soak off, Nancy kept trying to pop them off with a plastic nail and kept hurting my real nail it's like she had no clue how to treat gel x which I find odd for being a "nail tech". Paid $45 for these ugly, shorts fat gel nails that started peeling 2 days later. I asked her for thin nails and she gave me the chunkiest nails ever, she kept adding coats of acrylic to even them out but made them so much worse. Added so many coats of acrylic that's why they began to peal it was just so bad.
