They take every precaution, like putting foam pads on the tile roof before they walk on it to prevent any further breakage of the tiles. I cannot tell you how many other roofing companies just walked on our roof without any regard to further damage, breaking tiles as they did their inspection and then billing me for the tiles that they broke.
