She said they did, and that she could have a tech to me in less than an hour!! Unfortunately, it broke down shortly after purchase due to a major issue. When I reached out to resolve the problem, they refused to replace it and offered an unreasonable buy-back instead. After only a few months, being left with a non-working appliance and no real support is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress of going back and forth with this business. You're better off buying something new and paying a little more for a warranty than dealing with this experience.
