Came in on a Sunday and got a table almost immediately. Service was really friendly and quick. The food is what you would expect from any breakfast place, warm, hearty, and delicious! My only critique would have to be the home-fries, they were quite dry and lacked flavour. However, we did come in an hour before closing, so we may have just gotten unlucky and got the leftovers.

Wake up a bit too late for an all out breakfast? Stacked is just the place for brunch time and man was it hard to pick between going for breakfast or lunch! Our server guided us well through the menu and even suggested us to consider all the tasty options. With a friendly atmosphere and warming decor our experience was excellent through and through. You will have a tough time picking through the many tasty options so expect a breakfast review next time we are here in town!

My sister had a hankering for pancakes so we tried Stacked today. From the comments here, it seems to get divergent ratings depending on whether it's super busy or not. I'm guessing with Costco so nearby, they must get high traffic at times, but it wasn't very busy when we went, so there was no line, no wait (fist pump!) . The service fast and friendly, our waitress patiently answered multiple questions (eg "what IS peameal?" etc). Our orders arrived quickly as well. Overall it was pretty good. The only negative was that the carpeted walkway inside looked like it really needed to be vacuumed (it was reasonably early, so not sure why) the glass dividers were noticeably streaky as were the banquette ends. I removed a star (almost 2) for that reason. My Shaved Ham, Eggs & Cheese sammy on rye was very tasty. The bread was grilled to a nice crunch and it had a nice amount of melty mozzarella inside. My sister enjoyed her pancakes and fruit. And my niece really liked her Cinnabon pancakes, though they were too sweet for my liking (so just like Cinnabon in other words). Overall, not bad at all.

This place opens at 7 which was pretty great for us. Awesome pancake decor vibes and music. Server was also so sweet to us! I got the classic Benny and was SHOOK completely shocked by the cheddar cheese!! Is this typical from Ontario?? -Regardless- it actually passed because I LOVED IT! The banana Nutella white chocolate pancake stack.... sheesh let me tell you i had it there loved it.. ate some for later cold and somehow it was even better??! Haha miss it every day. 10/10. go here. live your best life.

Good morning Yelpers! So lovely breakfast places opened up, unsure when though. It is located north of QEW where BestBuy, Tim Horton and Laz-Z-Boy are. Plenty of parking space. Upon entering you are greeted with lovely staff that will converse if you start the conversation. As for food..I ordered the EXPRESS which is usually $7.99 I think? But if you go there during the early bird hours it is only $4.99. Being on a budget myself, I opted for the early bird deal haha. So you get two eggs to your choice, home fries, sausage, bacon or something else, sorry I forgot. I opted for the sausage. Let me tell you it tasted better than the previous breakfast joint I visited in Burlington. It actually tasted like meat. The fries though... pretty good. I love my potatoes crisp so for them to have them cut into small wedges and crispy was delicious. Maybe add some salt and pepper for seasoning. In addition to that meal I also ordered blueberry banana pancakes. In my mind there are bananas and blueberries in the pancakes. Not the case. They are on top of the pancakes. The pancakes tasted very wheat-ty? Is that even a word? Lol. But like definitely not fluffy. Not impressed. As for the drink, good ol' coffee. I drank it dark. No complaints. Tasted bland but oh well. Need the caffeine for the drive home. Would I go back? Sure. I'd try something else. Maybe their hash dishes or an omelette. I wouldn't go for a waffle just because of the pancake breakfast quality. Hope y'all enjoy this place much more than I did. Till next time Yelpers!

Having just moved to Burlington, every so often I would pass Stacked Pancakes and see a long line and both my wife and I just felt it was time we found out what all the hype was about. So yes, be ready for a long line. Especially if your party consists of 4 or more ... they have a couple spots with 3 chair sittings. (Well when we were in there) The place is packed, not just of people but if space. It's cramped, so if need to go to the washroom, be ready to be apologetic as you pass others. As it is packed and popular, the staff, we felt were very friendly but overwhelmed. I think they need more waiters, took them quite a bit to come to us and even ask what we wanted for a beverage. We just ordered our food at the same time, knowing they would take a while to be back. And then it took even longer to get our actual beverage. But again, no major fault of the waitress, I really do think the location is overly staffed or there are too many tables in general. I say, take out some of the tables and chairs, have the lines wait and provide a better environment for the customers and staff. Now off of the wait... the food is worth it. :) No really. It is. We ordered an omelette, a waffle and a side of back bacon. All of it was well made, everything tasted great. Wasn't overly salted or seasoned, didn't seemed rushed, nor did it seem as if it had been sitting for a while to be picked up. So come for the food, but be ready for a wait. If you are in a hurry or don't like long lines, I wouldn't recommend this place to ya.

Not bad. My fourth visit it's always good. Food is fine nothing really knocks my socks off but it is good. I always have had good experience with the service, only thing I don't like is booths with tables that don't move, my fat rear don't enjoy that lol.

    Nutella Oreo waffles to go!!!

We went to the Hamilton Location. Pure Awesomeness!!! Great service with exceptional food!!! We definitely found our new breakfast spot... Lexii our server topped off our 1st time visit. We'll be back!

What a delight this breakfast gem was for my husband and I on our little anniversary adventure over to Niagara on the Lake. Lovely ladies serving from the counter to our table were all polite, friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be serving us. Food was good, coffee was strong and restaurant was clean ( especially with current situation). Highly recommend stopping at this fabulous spot. Hoping the chain ( even though it didn't feel like one) comes closer to home soon!

This rating is based mostly on wait time and service provided to us when we stopped in for breakfast. After being seated and ordering our food, we waited over 45 minutes for our food to come out and had to ask to have our waters refilled. Service was very slow. For my breakfast I ordered the poutine and while it was good, the ratio of gravy to the rest of the food was far too much. I would have liked it more with a third of the gravy. Overall a good place to eat just be prepared to wait.

Having been back here close to a dozen times over the last decade, I can firmly say this place is the perfect combination of gastro-ingenuity and traditional staples done right. The vibe is "industrial chic," which is essentially code for "I'm feeling something fancy, but still want to be able to visit in my Kirkland shorts." The food has a heavy focus on local ingredients, with flavors that are incredibly tight and well-balanced. The steak frites are so tender I'm pretty sure they were cut with a polite suggestion rather than a knife. The scallops are meaty and perfectly cooked. And of course the burger is absolutely mouthwatering and make it the tempting default option during each visit. The appetizers are all fantastic, Kat and the Korean cauliflower takes the cake! For desert, their house cheesecake is phenomenal, and their in house amber ale is full and flavourful. Our server was on the ball; the water was never empty, and the check ins were always at the right time. Verdict: 10/10. If you want western food with a fun twist and high quality ingredients, this is one spot you must check out!

We sat to order our breakfast along with some of the pastries for dessert. The smoked salmon Benedict was perfectly cooked and spectacular! Those frites that accompanied them were equally delicious. My friend ordered the croissant sandwich with salmon, cream cheese, and cranberries. For dessert we had the coconut cream tart which reminded me of a coconut cream pie elevated to a decadent tart. We also had an almond croissant that was so crispy and delicious that I had to order another one to go. My cappuccino was perfectly prepared. The food here is amazing and the service is equally exceptional. Our server checked on us often and was a delight! I can't say enough about this place that would do it justice. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Toronto.

(a) Simon Says - Bacon, ham and sausage mix omelette with 3 cheese blend, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and fine herb mayonnaise. It was served on a soft brioche bun. The fine herb mayonnaise created a creamy balance with the 3 cheese blend which complemented the bacon, ham and sausage mix omelette very well. The breakfast poutine is a must try. (b) Chicken & Waffle - Crispy Chicken Breast with BBQ sauce served with waffles and pur & simple potatoes. The chicken was crispy and seasoned well. The waffles were buttery and soft. Their pur & simple potatoes had a crispy crust which was great. I was quite disappointed with the portion as there was only one piece of chicken breast in this dish. The chicken was definitely not enough as I only got to eat with barely 1/2 of the serving of the waffles. It was 80% carbohydrates and 20% protein. Overall, the dishes were delicious. I'd love to come back and try their other breakfast dishes.

They were incredibly fresh, a great size, and absolutely delicious. At $4 each they're definitely on the pricey side, but if you're planning a visit, Wednesday after 5 p.m. is the best time to go for their half-price oyster special. We also ordered the burrata paired with their focaccia bread, which was very good. While it wasn't the best burrata I've ever had, it was still a solid 4/5 and worth ordering. The bread alone was very tasty and fresh. The truffle parmesan fries were a bit of a letdown (3/5). They came topped with a very thick, mayo-based sauce that wasn't the most appetizing. I think I'd have enjoyed them much more if the sauce had been served on the side for dipping, but that's just my personal preference. The cocktails were a mixed bag. The Sunset Skies was easily our favourite and one I'd happily order again. Unfortunately, the High Noon wasn't for me--it had a very floral flavour that I found unpalatable. What really made the experience exceptional was the service. Our server was incredibly attentive and noticed that I hadn't touched my High Noon cocktail. Without hesitation, they offered to replace it with another drink of my choice and removed the original cocktail from our bill. That level of attentiveness and customer service really stood out. Overall, the food was enjoyable, the cocktails had a standout winner, and the service was outstanding. I'd definitely return, especially for the oysters on Wednesday evenings. Service was a 5/5.
