Atmosphere - I have never seen a Denny's attached to a truck stop, but it makes sense. They had a big picture of an old Denny's attached to truck stop in the dining area. The place is filled with a bunch of booths, tables, and a counter maybe for 6 to 7 people, I did not count the spots. Food Drinks - Coffee. Breakfast - Peanut butter cream pancakes breakfast. The pancakes are great but I have to remember to tell them to go light on the cream frosting. So rich I can feel my teeth falling out just looking at it. I pretty much scraped all of it off to leave a thin coating. For me that is the perfect amount. I would say I had four large tablespoons with after removing it. This location feels like it's struggling. Menu staples are constantly out of stock, and service is declining sharply as everything from order consistency to the credit card machine working or no one knowing how to use it to find receipts to cash out diners becomes more and more painfully common. When you get your food is it good? Yes. What kind of stuff is out of stock often? Popular soda flavors, appetizers, and newer advertised menu items. Usual ticket time: 30min Service: hit & miss. Some waitstaff is outstanding. Others seem to be checked out. Ambiance: the place looks awesome & is always clean. In conclusion, this is sad. I have dined here for years and loved it. My husband and I were attending a music festival at Darien Lake and went to get dinner at the DENNYS. It was quiet and a little under staffed however our server named Kathy. (Kat). seated us and took our order right away. She was most friendly, had a wonderful smile, but above all she was like that with everyone, it seemed to get a little busy, but she was taking care of everyone and making sure she came back to do refills in a timely manner, and then her help arrived She never complained. She never lost a step and saw to people's needs and she represents DENNYS so well . She's an outstanding person and we enjoyed our dining experience because of her. Wow what a fantastic experience from my waitress Francesca to the absolutely delicious food all the way down to the cleanliness of the restaurant! Fran was seriously amazing! She was fast and helpful and so attentive! This is the type of waitress that all wait staff should strive to be. My food was fresh and hot and made perfectly! The table was stocked with all the things it should be even a full ketchup which is hard to find at most other restaurants. It's a typical Dennys, at 2 in the morning when you've been driving all night, and you just need a little something to make it the last 100 miles to the next stop. The place was rather dirty, typical at that hour, but the service was okay. The food.. well.. the food wasn't anything special, greasy, the eggs were a bit undercooked, the pancakes were rubbery like they'd been nuked in the microwave, cooled and re-nuked. Do yourself a favor and do not get the blueberry pancakes... I can't say for sure what the blue dots in them were... but I can say they most definitely were not actual blueberries. But... to be perfectly honest, that is exactly what one expects from Dennys at 2 am, so, No complaints here. Good food most of the time, sometimes it can be (not the best. SERVERS & HOST not very nice or attentive, it is rare for me to walk into a Denny's and be welcomed or even feel welcomed. I am glad that most Denny's are open 24/7. Lighting there is mostly natural, they usually don't have that many lights on if I am being completely honest, but hey I'm not complaining because at least it's not pitch black in there lol. read more

This Denny's in Corfu is a joke. Your night manager is a real asshole a young guy. The waitress argues with him in front people. She disgusted. The food is terrible they where undercooked and completely soggy. I got two double cheeseburgers for my Friend and I. It was 9:30 at night on Tuesday August 27/2024. So apparently they ran out the fries that comes with the burgers at $14.99 each. So they charged additional $1.19 each for season fries and onion rings. So I brought it up to manager upon paying the bill. To take that charge off the bill. As did say comes with the fries. He did nothing. Claiming that the waitress told us before hand they where out. We felt like we were not wanted in there as everyone had a pissy attitude that night. Corrupt needs to step in and look more at this location as this business is going down hill quickly. read more

A nice truck stop. It's a Dennys, good food. Placed my order on line and it was ready on time, packed up nice. I had the pot roast bowl, very nice and tasty. After getting stranded in the blizzard on Dec. 23, we made it off the highway and were lucky to find this place was still open. When we got there, the General Manager, Juanitta, greeted us smiling and told us we were welcome to stay as long as we needed because she and the other Manager, Jeni, were riding out the storm to help anyone who was stranded. These women are ICONS and literally saved our lives and dozens of others. For 48+ hours, Juanitta and Jeni were on their feet taking care of everyone, taking food orders, cooking everything, busing tables (and refusing help from the customers who offered), always with a smile on their faces and joke to cheer you up. Getting up before everyone at 6am, going to bed after everyone at 12am. Juanitta and Jeni did everything seamlessly and with such a sense of purpose. Not because it was their job, but because they genuinely wanted everyone to be safe, warm, and well fed until it was safe to leave. Thank you Juanitta and Jeni! I arrived at 705pm ordered at 715pm and still don't have my food.. it's 830pm.. i was near starvation and i asked many times where my food was. i had spent the day in the sun and really counted on my meal. time went on and me along with the whole dining are currently losing our patience. a man had left his food on the table and walked out due to irritation..and everyone in the dining room ate off the abandoned plate,, per orders of the crying waitress.. the only reason i give 1 star is because i met a really nice truck driver named lance and we trauma bonded over the experience. this is not a joke either. They should change the name to Mennys because there are so Menny of them. I've only eaten at this Denny's twice, and it wasn't too different to any other Denny's. Which means awful food and unpredictable service. Decent prices and the taste of chemicals and frozen cookie cutter meals. Awful. However the reason I pick on this Denny's in particular is because it took over from one of my fave restaurants. And the reason I've been here twice since then, is that I have friends who like Denny's and I like their company, and this is the closest Denny's to our houses. I was last here about 3 months ago. I got the Two Moons and we also shared some biscuits and gravy. I was very disappointed when coming to the Country Kitchen to get my usual Steak & Salmon, to find it was gone forever :( It had been replaced by a Denny's of all things. I can't stand Denny's, but I came in anyway and tried to order the drink I like (Pineapple Dream) which they did not carry anymore, and so the first time I came here I settled for sharing a breakfast with my dinner companion... although for me sharing meant nibbling a few bites of it and then saying "no more for me" because it was so indescribably bland and awful. read more

This place clearly sees a lot if traffic bc of it's immediate location off the turnpike. And I get that but honestly somebody PLEASE take a water tank of bleach & dump it all over the exterior of this rest stop. It needs a major scrub down! (sidewalks & entire parking lot). This place is one of grossest truck stops ON THE OUTSIDE I have ever been in. The stench was enough to make me hold my breath from my car into Denny's. I didn't dine inside Denny's but it looks a bit threadbare & grotty. It could really use an entire renovation/overhaul. I don't even recommend it for gas bc the smell is so rank outside. Pretty average meal for a Denny's - our waitress was super nice and friendly, keeping our drinks full and asking about our day. My meal was just okay; if I could I'd give a 3.5 star. I ordered the Santa Fe skillet which was potatoes and veggies with two eggs on top. The taste was decent but it was a bit greasy which left me feeling bleh after. Hubby ordered the moons over my hammy breakfast sandwich, which had eggs, ham and Swiss cheese on it - he said no complaints on his sandwich. Overall, a decent meal. read more

Ok, putting this out there. What would you do if you worked a 10-hour shift. And wanted to go to dinner and get served a fried country steak when you asked for breaded chicken. Then they take you plate away and bring it back with just the fries and vegetables . Then, 10 minutes later, they bring you the chicken burnt. This is what happened to me tonight in Dennys in Batavia. All I have to say is WTF. Kind of service is this. Never again will I eat there. read more

Update: They updated this place it's pretty nice but the food is just tossed together like they don't care. Every time we come here we find that the plates and silverware are covered in slime and old food. The drink glasses are filthy and scratched they are plastic so I can just think of the amount of bacteria that is living in that. I'm done giving this dump a try. My update I spoke with others that have been here and seen the same with filthy dishes so on and so forth if you can't see that all of the dishes are filthy then you must be discusting yourself but what do you expect for a trashy truck stop read more

Juanita and Jenni were very helpful and were there for us truck drivers being stranded.

On our way to visit family for Christmas we found ourselves stuck in the snowstorm with strong winds, no visibility and closed highways. We pulled into the Denny's and found ourselves amongst 50 other people in the same situation. We sat down for lunch and we're greeted immediately even though it was completely full. Juanitta and Jenni have kept us all fed and in good spirits all day. The food was wonderful, perfect to warm us up during this crazy storm. They worked tirelessly all day to make sure everyone got their orders (most for both lunch and dinner) We cannot thank them enough - true heroes! read more

Arrived here around 8:10 a.m. What's seated within a minute. Ordered two eggs and a slice of bacon. Server it was very polite. The complaints of dirty slang silver and old cracked chipped glasses I did not see on my table. Should be naughty location for May 28th on my birthday. Now that's the question is the food good? The eggs appear to be reasonable texture and the bacon appears to be as I ordered. The eggs were not seasoned as I asked. Very disappointed with this Dennys. My bar was already very low since this is a Dennys and all, but food took nearly 30 minutes from order to table. To make it worse the food was only lukewarm (pancakes/burger) and our fries were cold. When we mentioned this the waitress only said, "Well everything just came out." Offered to reheat our fries. For a Denny's, this place is great. Fast service, good food, and clean. I ordered the veggie skillet, and it was delicious. Admittedly, I hadn't eaten anything for 12 hours that day, since I was on the road. But the skillet wasn't bad. Not perfect, but not bad either. Great for satiating my hunger fast. I wouldn't mind stopping by here again in the future when I go on a road trip. read more
