They then pair it with a house made lemon butter sauce which was truly next level. I wish I could've bottled it to have for later. lol. The coleslaw was light and delicious. It stood strong on its own, though it paired so well with the halibut and the lemon butter sauce I would consider it as a personal must with therir halibut. The service was absolutely amazing. My server was super kind, attentive, and had friendly banter. They kitchen is open and you can see everything being prepared which was super cool. What made the situation more concerning was that our party included a pregnant mother and young children, who by any standard needed a little extra attention and comfort in that heat. Our waiter was very polite and attentive, but one of the plates was forgotten and arrived about 20 minutes after everyone else had been served. We then ordered pancakes after meals, which took another 40 minutes to arrive after checking on them twice!!! By that time, everyone was extremely hot and uncomfortable, and we couldn't even stay to enjoy them--which was the main reason we had to come here. Unfortunately, no apology was offered for the mess up, delays or the uncomfortable seating situation. We sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. We still like this restaurant and have recommended it for years, but this visit fell far below our expectations. Better accommodations during extreme summer heat and more timely food service would have made a big difference.

The sound system is fantastic, every TV is tuned to the same game with the live match audio, and no matter where you sit, you have a great view of multiple screens. Turk's receives three stars because drinks are basic and limited, bartenders are intentionally a little bit surly, and if you choose to eat here the food is just so-so. But if you're out and about in the harbor late at night or after some group excursions, it doesn't suck to stop at Turks.
