Me and my family went to Denny's for Father's Day. The waitress at the front told us a waiting time of 10 to 15 minutes. We waited around 30 minutes just to be seated. Once seated, we waited about ANOTHER 30 minutes just for a waitress to come and ask us for our order. She did not seem very nice and seemed like she was mad at us or tired from her job. We gave her our order and she came back 3 to 5 minutes later with our drinks BUT mine. It took about another 30 minutes to get my drink. Eventually we had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes just for our food. They might have been short staffed that day but it does not make sense that they get to completely ignore our table specifically. I say this because people were coming in close to our table and being served before us. Please fix your service. read more

This Dennys is a joke the food is so bad we couldn't eat it and left we have been to several in Az. and they were amazing! This place needs to hire better cooks don't waste your money, we will never be back have it 2 try's to see if it was just an off day for them but nope it was still HORRIBLE. read more

I'm a big burger fan whenever somebody says go try this burger go try that burger I always do but I'm a go out on a limb and say that I think Denny's cheeseburgers are probably some of the best burgers in town. We stopped here at this Dennys... we came in the cashier with BLUE HAIR was at the register ringing a customer up she did not acknowledge us THE WHOLE 10 MINUTES WE WERE STANDING IN LINE. A Hispanic male came out only spanish speaker asked us how many. My mom responded back FOR TWO in English he looked at the cashier they spoke Spanish and he walked away... we are waiting. Waiting. One of the worst and mismanaged Denny's in the area. My self and wife visited this location on 3 separate occasions and in all visits there were issues. When entering there is usually no one there to welcome and sit you. On our last visit we actually had to call some one in order to get seated. The waitresses are slow to come out and take your order. Once you order it takes an unusual amount of time for your order to be received Stay away from this location there better ones here in El Paso. read more

First the waiter let 2 ladies skip me in line and I had been waiting to order for 5 mins . Second , after leaving and coming back to place my order they still managed to screw up my order . I stopped here to get something to eat after driving all day long. I asked what they could serve without soy in it. Denny's should do a better job of educating their managers. The manager on duty tried to tell me that the raw chicken they cook has soy in it instead of the oil they use. I asked for my check twice for my coffee so I could go somewhere else and she stood there and argued with me. She actually called the general manager so she could argue with me on the phone. I have never had such horrible service at a Denny's anywhere in the United States. This place sucks! read more

I've eaten here several times over the last couple years and I've seen the place decline badly. So bad that I felt the need to write this review. It's a Sunday afternoon, I'm guessing after a morning rush had been long over, and I can't help but notice the entire staff seems annoyed with all the customers. The hosts look tired and disheveled and the waiters are ignoring a lot of the guests completely. As we sat and waited to order I overheard a table complaining that they've been sitting there a while and no one has greeted them. A lady by herself next to us ordered but never got her food. After an hour she got up and left and said thanks for adding an hour to my long road trip. Or order was messed up and came back still not right but at this point I wanted to just eat and leave, so I didn't complain again. Guessing by all the yelling and loud laughing in the kitchen I'm assuming the entire staff decided the remaining customers were not worth their attention and probably wasn't a manager or supervisor on hand to tame the chaos. Ordered strawberry puppies and they were so black... that they lost most of the strawberry taste, old oil and/or hadn't been filtered in a long time. Ordered pancakes and sirloin well done... well pancakes a bit burnt and sirloin steak RAW you could see blood dripping!!! And server still says, can you cut it to make sure, really!!! I showed her and she took it back to have it recooked... my eggs, hash browns and bacon were barely warmth, coffee as well and it took forever to get refills, the last one was actually hot... I heard servers looking for the pot of coffee and they made a new one which was the one I actually got hot!!! We had just gotten out of the hospital and were hungry, we usually go to the one on montwood and George dieter but didn't feel like driving... next time I'll just skip dennys at all if I don't feel like driving. US Army Veteran with a Service Dog, with stage 4 colon cancer and a host of other issues. Why am I telling you this? Because the staff at this Dennys Location doesnt care about the needs of disabled customers apparently. I asked to be seated at a booth in the back away from people because a lot of noise causes me problems sometimes. Young male takes me to the back but sits me right next to a guy talking loudly on his phone that would have been facing me. Kid(18) walks off without asking if it was an okay spot for me. I picked up the menus and moved a couple tables further down away from the loud guy. Young female comes up, doesnt bother to say hello or be courteous in any way. In one of the most mean highschool girl attitudes I have ever experienced, tells me I have to move that this section is closed. Mind you, its the same section loud mouth is in, and where I was originally sat. She proceeds to tell me that if I dont move she wont serve me.....Really, because 5 feet away is to far for your prissy ass to walk? Thouroughly irritated at this point I decide to just leave. On the way out the young man proceeds to try and be snotty with me as well by saying good riddance, WHAT!!! OKAY now Im pissed. Turns out this little turd is the manager at 18, you gotta be kidding me. I wanted to break him in half but walked away. We waited 15 minutes to be seated. 5/7 of us ordered the same thing and received maybe half of our order after 40 minutes, and hash browns weren't fully cooked, looked like barely any egg on each plate. The meal supposed to come with 2 bacon 2 sausage we received only one of each. everyone got their pancakes before the actual meal. And still 2 orders were missing and our pancakes weren't cooked all the way through. They did take it off our bill but it was complete bs and inexcusable who ever is in that kitchen isn't right in the head. read more

I had never visited this Dennys in Horizon and I liked the temperature in the restaurant and had a very pleasant and attentive male server with a smile on his face at all time. Menu has a variety to pick from but I got the build your own Grand slam and my over medium eggs were cooked perfect, along with hashbrowns, and pancakes. I ordered mixed fruit and was freshly cut up wity bananas, strawberries, and green apple slices. It was very appetizing and I will come back again this week with my friend and family as well. Very disappointed. After a long shift on the road I stopped by for some dinner around 10pm. Ordered a steak with mashed potatoes. Steak was good had 2 bites only because when I reached for the potatoes i noticed something inside the potatoes some kind of pink peace of plastic inside the plate of the mashed potatoes.
