I ordered a T-bone steak but asked if I could get the topping from the beef steak which was onions and mushrooms and a sauce, the waitress should have told me it would be extra. then the steak came out well done and I asked for medium rare. I was so hungry I ate the mashed potatoes and the greasy vegetable while I waited for the second steak, that one wasn't much different. I think Dennys should just stick to breakfast items. I complained and I got $2 off, what a joke! I'm not eating at Dennys ever again! read more

This Denny's in Eloy was probably the best Denny's I have ever been to, the food was great and the service was outstanding. The manager on duty that night was great came around asking if everything was good, we said yes and that the server was the best we have seen for a long time, she came back off and on asking if we needed anything else and how the food was, we didn't even need to ask for refills on drinks she just brought new ones without asking because she saw that it was low. That's great service. I recommend this restaurant highly. read more

Incredibly slow service. Over 30 minutes for 2 salads. Other patrons who arrived after we did got served before us. They weren't busy, and plenty of servers. My complaints were met with a lot of excuses, but evaded the real issue at hand. The one positive part is that the service staff was very friendly, but seemed a bit lost in the efficiency department. The food was good, standard Denny's. Likely would not return. Not a place to stop if you're in a hurry. read more

Our experience today at Dennys in Eloy was delightful from start to finish. Very efficient, attentive and friendly crew. Minimal waits for ordering and food was served piping hot quicker than expected. Coffee cups kept full. Keep up the good work! We will be back! read more

Manager sat us, we there then completely ignored for over 20 minutes while the server walked by 6 times. We complained to the manager who then begrudgingly took our drink order and subsequently our food order. Before knowing he was the manager, I thought he was a new hire with a no can do attitude, not portraying a leader at all. waiting for our food now. We are hoping the rest of the meal is better... we come here almost weekly on our routes from north to south and it doesn't seem to get any better. read more

Worst food I ever ate. Ordered club sandwich and fries. Fries were cold and half cooked. Bacon on sandwich was ice cold and raw. Meat had a fowl, nasty taste. Didn't eat but for a few bites. Waitress never checked on me or brought bill and I wanted to talk to her. . Had to go to cashier and ask for the bill and tell her about it. Iced tea had 4 little ice cubes in it and was not cold. There was only 2 other customers and no excuse for the poor service. Will never go back to. Denny's again. read more

We stopped for brunch on our drive Saturday to Tucson. As it was between traditional breakfast and lunch times, it was pretty empty; there were only a few tables taken. There seemed to be plenty of servers at work, but for some reason service was incredibly slow. It seems they're trying to make a show of cleanliness because of COVID19, but they're being really sloppy about it. We were seated at a table with a little sign on it which said "This table has been disinfected for your safety. Enjoy your meal." Unfortunately the sign was sitting in a bunch of spilled sugar. The rest of the table wasn't much better. At my spot, there were lots of crumbs and something sticky. I had to use my own napkin to clean it off. A table near us also had that sign on it, and we could see the streak marks where someone had wiped back and forth once and then skipped the rest of the table. Gross. Throughout our whole meal, there was a table in the corner which was empty but still hadn't been cleared from the last customers. Finally, as we were ready to leave, someone quickly picked up the dishes, ran a rag quickly over part of the table, put the little sanitized sign on it, and brought a customer over to be seated there. I ordered the green smoothie. She was going to bring it to me, but then mentioned that they were out of the green apples they use, but they could use apple juice in it instead. She didn't seem to think that was an illogical substitution. The service was just bad. The server just came wandering over to us, no urgency or efficiency at all. It took us a really long time to have our order taken, but then once that was done, our food was there within a half hour. We again waited a long time to be given our check. This place is just a mess. And nobody working there seems to care at all. read more

I ordered the veggie skillet to go. Wait time was reasonable. Staff professional and friendly. My order for the most part was delicious the egg whites however were slightly burned. Overall not a bad place to eat. read more

I recently had a job here, the 3 servers that was going to train me, only 1 of them ever tried to direct me in the right way... the first trainer was to busy talking and on her phone. The second trainer was the only person who made me feel welcomed. And I over heard the 3rd trainer questioning, the general manager, about having to train, which made me feel uncomfortable. The place was dirty, unorganized, and chaotic. read more

I placed my order at about 8:34 am and was told pick up time would be 9:04 am, so I left my house in enough time to be there close to that time. I get my food, get home which us only about 3 minutes away, and the buns on my burger was super soggy, like they'd been soaked in water and then put on the burger. Yes I understand that I ordered a burger called bourbon bacon, but still if my burger had not been made approximately 20 minutes prior to my advised pick up time. The food was good but my eating experience was not pleasant do to the fact if the over soggy bunsmy suggestion is that if you give a determined time to pick food up, especially something with this amount if liquid on bread, you make it about 10 minutes to given pick up time. Because the time I was told us actually on the store receipt as well so the cook should be able to determine when to start cooking the food for the best product. And to be clear I do and have worked in a Denny's type restaurant, so I know that the cooks are amazing at timing read more

I visited this location when an old friend parked his truck at the Flying J truck stop. This Denny's is located at the truck stop which is convenient. Service was A+ as was the food. I ordered off of the 55+ menu and saved a bundle! Great place to eat! read more
