This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had with at ANY dinner. I truly do not understand how any employee thinks it's okay to blast music and sing while working to the point where the patrons cannot even speak to each other. Music was not only loud but some of it was disgustingly vulgar rap music with cursing, after I requested from the waitress that the music be lowered, he kindly changed the genre to 80's pop music (Foreigner, Michael Jackson, The Police). The food was also not enjoyable, the fries were incredibly burnt, it was a party of 4, and we were both sharing a meal they did not bother giving us extra plates. Overall, a horrible experience, which is unfortunate because we have been to this exact Denny's multiple times and never had any issues. I have videos but they don't seem to be uploading. The cooks name was D'Andre...

$3.29 for 2 pieces of sour dough bread & $4.80 for fries & macncheese?

I've never rated a restaurant before but our experience was so bad I wanted to let folks know. We arrived around 12:30, there were only 3 other booths with people. 3 men were right behind counter and as i stood there we were ignored, not a "hello welcome to Denny's" or "we'll be right with you. (Around 3 min) our booth seats and table were overly damp so we wiped them down. I ordered what I thought was a "breakfast meal" of 2 eggs, toast & bacon. (Usually a platter right?) My friend ordered a platter of chicken fingers which came with garlic toast & 2 sides. I asked for the list of sides and she picked mac n cheese & French fries. Our bad for not noticing those sides were "upscale" seriously, for a small bowl of M&C and fries, which she wanted "just fries" not higher priced seasoned fries. I asked for a large plate & chef acted like I was asking for something extreme. Each item was on a separate plate and I was billed for "ala cart" the food was "meh" and everything was super salty. A woman at booth next to us had been listening and said "talk to manager & don't come back" I did talk to waiter who showed me how the sides were premium. We'll take her advice, not going back. So disappointed overall. We find have a good time there but it was 2 years ago.

This and all Denny's will always be okay with me. It is comfort food in the sense that you know what you are going to get. If your expectations aren't too high, then any given Denny's anywhere in the country will be the okay experience you settle for. The servers are consistently effective and pleasant. The food is simple (I still think they suffer from too many items, makes it hard to be really good at any one set of dishes). This location is along the average off the highway four lane drag through the not nicest part of town. The shopping center is sprawling and a little worse for wear. In the daylight (we went at lunch) it's just fine. I suspect their weekend late nights can get a little dicey. The resturant itself was clean, but surely has seen better days. It looked and felt dated, and a bit dingy. That is almost what you should expect from a chain diner on the not quite best part of town. Would definelty come here again if traveling through the area and took this exit. There is nothing wrong with average food, done by decent people, in a slightly shady part of town.

Best customer service ever had food came out and we were on full for the rest of the night

The cold onion rings were the only thing worth eating. We had a total of six onion rings in our order.

I ordered food from Uber Eats at this restaurant when my food arrived. It was so cold we could not eat it. I spent close to $50 for terrible food. I called the restaurant spoke to the manager. She was very rude and basically told me that once they make the food whenever Uber comes and gets it, that's when it's delivered to me, I'd like to think people would take pride in their work and they would've remade our food that we placed the order at 8:15 PM and received it at 9:45 PM but I guess that's what you get when you're so close to Route 40 trash

Breakfast was quick and good. Service was excellent since the Resturant was very crowded on a Sunday morning.

They are next level tasty. My fav main is the Steak & Eggs: homefries, 2 sunnyside eggs and toast. Lots of food and lots of flavor. Steak always comes as ordered (in my case med rare) and perfectly seasoned. Misc: atmosphere is a relaxed family vibe. We wanted a memorable place to mark the occasion and chose Showroom. I even noted both celebrations when making our reservation a week in advance. The hostess was friendly and kind, although clearer direction on where to wait would have helped. The front entrance was congested, and we felt like we were in everyone's way. Unfortunately, the service never matched the occasion. Our server never introduced themselves or acknowledged either celebration. They began taking orders without any engagement, and throughout the meal we were repeatedly unable to get their attention. I understand Sunday brunch is busy, but I work in a concierge-driven environment and was genuinely disappointed by the lack of hospitality. The food was mixed. The chicken and waffles and the omelet were good. My husband's steak was cold and the portion was very small. He ordered French fries but received unseasoned potatoes that lacked any flavor. My fish and chips were fine but also lacked seasoning, lemon, or any attention to detail. I specifically requested fries without Old Bay but received fries heavily coated in it. We also ordered a steak and eggs meal to go, which took about 30 minutes. When it was opened later, it contained only three small slices of steak. My brother-in-law genuinely thought he had been given someone's leftovers because the portion was so disappointing. My husband quietly paid the $300 bill while I still hoped someone might acknowledge the birthday or retirement with a simple mention, smile, or thank you. It never happened. We were never even offered a desert menu. We left without a goodbye or any acknowledgment from the staff. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how we felt. We had many options in Frederick but chose Showroom because we expected a special experience. I could tell my family didn't want to complain because I had spoken so highly of the restaurant, but they were equally underwhelmed. Please do better.

I had driven two hours and was hungry, but I was also committed to making good decisions. Or at least mostly good decisions... The hostess offered me a seat at the second-floor bar rather than the quoted 25-30 minute wait. Great! Solo diners love surprise upgrades. Unfortunately, when I got upstairs, the one "available" seat had apparently been claimed by a diaper bag and a giant straw sunhat belonging to the woman sitting next to it holding a too-little-to-walk baby sitting at the bar. Uhhh...this isn't going to work. Back downstairs I went. I gave them my name and number, found a shady spot outside, and settled in for what I assumed would be a long wait. Five minutes later, my table was ready. Thank you, Universe! My server greeted me with water immediately, explained the QR code menu situation, and told me not to order through the app because she'd be right back. No worries, friend. I'd already done my homework. I knew exactly what I wanted. One Martha Stewart's Prison Pizza ($22), please. (Sausage, broccoli, ricotta, Calabrian chili peppers, lemon oil, and sea salt.) I asked for the chili peppers on the side because I know myself. I like adventure. I don't enjoy possibly setting my mouth on fire. And a Diet Pepsi ($3.50), because balance. While I waited, I people-watched, which is one of my favorite hobbies. White Rabbit was PACKED. The patio was full. The downstairs bar was full. Upstairs was full. Couples, groups of girlfriends, older folks, younger folks, families, solo diners...everyone seemed happy to be there. The place itself is pretty small, which explains the wait. Six tables downstairs, maybe eight bar seats, more seating upstairs, and a constant dance of servers carrying food through the same front door customers use. Add the "please wait to be seated" crowd gathering in the narrow hallway and I'd describe things as organized chaos. But once I was seated, I was perfectly comfortable and out of the traffic pattern. One cool touch I noticed: outlets and USB ports built right into the front of the bar. Maybe that's common and I've somehow missed it all these years, but I thought it was pretty neat. Then my pizza arrived. Oh good lawd. OH. GOOD. LAWD. This pizza was SO GOOD! I knew from the first bite that I was in trouble. There was no sauce, which surprised me at first, but after approximately three seconds I no longer cared. The sausage was plentiful. The broccoli added texture. The ricotta was creamy and rich. And that lemon oil?! That lemon oil set it off! Everything just worked together perfectly. The Calabrian peppers arrived on the side exactly as requested. I bravely sampled a very small amount on my fork before desecrating my pizza and quickly determined that folks with stronger heat tolerance than me will absolutely love them. They were just a little too spicy for my delicate tastebuds. Thankfully, the pizza was incredible without them. And those slices? MONSTERS. I ate one and seriously contemplated a second before reminding myself that I had dessert plans elsewhere. A box was requested. Self-control was exercised. Barely. As a solo diner, I also want to give White Rabbit extra points. Multiple staff members checked on me throughout the meal. I never felt forgotten, rushed, or weird sitting by myself. Everyone was warm, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable. I really appreciated that. My total bill came to $32.44 including tip which felt really reasonable given the amount of pizza I consumed and brought home. Worth every penny. I'm already scheming my next two-hour drive back. Maybe a smashburger. Maybe those Brussels sprouts everyone keeps raving about. Maybe another pizza. Maybe all of it! I highly recommend checking out White Rabbit. Make it a destination, not just a stop while you're in the area. Don't let the size of the place or the wait scare you off. It's totally worth it. PRO TIP: If you park in the Church Street Parking Garage, look for the staircase labeled "STAIR 3." White Rabbit is literally right outside the door at the bottom. No hide-and-seek required!

The ambiance is cozy, and our server was friendly and welcoming. She made sure we understood the menu and checked on us regularly. The mimosa was made with fresh orange juice, which was also a nice touch. Since our coffee and mimosas arrived pretty quickly, we assumed the food would follow shortly. However, we ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes for our food and easily finished our drinks while waiting. My Eggs Benedict had good flavor and nicely runny eggs, but the Canadian bacon was way overcooked and rock hard. I could barely cut or chew it. The English muffin was also overcooked and difficult to cut through. The coleslaw was served warm, which gave it a strange texture. The chicken was crispy but under-seasoned, while the waffle was dense and dry. The small side of succotash was the highlight--it was well-seasoned and enjoyable. I was pretty disappointed by the experience, especially considering the price and many good reviews. There are plenty of other places in the area I'd rather try next time.
