What's there to say about Denny's? It's Denny's, you don't go here cause it's the absolute best you go because it's cheap and fast. Food is decent. I always come here when I'm in town for the holidays to hang out with friends and catch up cause it's always open. I got the strawberry vanilla crepe this time and it was good and they made an extra one that was apple and bourbon and gave it to us on the house which was really nice. I never ended up receiving my order and when I called they told me that my order was for pick up even though I ordered for delivery and even added a tip so I asked them to cancel it and to refund me my money they said that they refunded me but I haven't received the money and it's been 4 days so I'm gonna have to call yelp and see what is going on. read more

The service was terrible it took at least 20 mins to get our drinks. The food was good but not the best. It wasn't hot I was just warm. We got our servers switched and he wasn't checking up on us at all. I had to call him over for a to-go plate and he forgot about us for another 15-20 mins. I went out to dinner after the county lifted some restrictions. We got our food and my family and I were eating and we noticed a baby bug on one of my sausages so they took it bad a replaced it, coo coo, but no my brother was eating and noticed another one on his biscuits and gravy, they wanted to give him another and he refused because we were all disgusted. It disgust me the most because I had my grandma with me and what if she ate one or any of my party ate one with out knowing. They said it was because the door was being opened and closed. Then I talked to the manager and he told me the same thing, but then added saying they were getting an exterminator for it. How are you going to control bugs if the door keeps on opening and closing with an exterminator??? Never going back to Denny's again in my life. read more

I would give a 1 due the manager Rick . I ordered a side of toast and a egg I asked for them to put mayonnaise on the toast and put the egg on the toast and they did and it was a good sandwich. When I got the bill I got charged for a moon over my hammy meal . When I asked why I was charged for a $10 meal when all I got was toast and a egg. He stated because we don't serve that here . I asked him you serve toast al a cart . He stated yes I asked you serve a egg al a cart he stated yes . I asked so by then putting the egg on toast adding mayonnaise that worth a $5 increase in the bill . He restated we don't sell a egg sandwich . I said that cool all pay it but I want the stuff that comes with the meal . ( Didn't want it I threw it away ) I told him I will leave u a review and contract you corporation and he shrugs his shoulders at me and say call him . I stated go ahead but all fix it for u I said you already pissed me off all pay the bill and you don't seem to care about your customers. Last two times I have been here, which were in the morning, service has been incredible! I don't know If I've just been lucky with my servers or they are actually trying to improve their customer service. Our server Justice was not only friendly but very attentive. Denny's has been around for years; however, they have gone down hill a lot. They never get their online orders right. Even though they are in a new location, the lobby area stinks. There were barely any people in the restaurant but they couldn't even address customers paying their tab and new people coming in. Morning staff is better but Denny's has gone down a lot even with the new building and all. read more

This place is the worst. The host says me I say I'm ready to order. She takes my order and walks away. Five minutes later I look up to see the host standing talking to the cooks and I have no drinks in front of me. I ask to speak with the manager and they send order a shift sup. When my food comes the order was 2eggs order of pancakes and well done hashbrows. And the hash browns were not done well. They remade them, while they do that I eat my pancakes with the bottle of cold syrup. By the time they bring me my hash browns my eggs are cold so they had to remake them. And to top it off I looked up and saw the host grab another female servers butts. That really pissed me off because it that was two guys the guy would have been fired. DO NOT EAT HERE. read more

Worst Denny's EVER, called to order my food over the phone and waited ten minutes cause the server who answered the phone forgot about me, so I go in to order my food, when I ordered it the server said it would be about 15 minute wait, 20 minutes later still no food I asked the server how much longer and she says let me go check for you, comes back and says to be honest with u u have a lot of orders in front u, I wasted my lunch break waiting for food I never got.
