    You know what's better than breakfast? It's breakfast for dinner. Denny's is the trifecta of awesomeness, great food, great atmosphere and great service. The charm of the restaurant is how friendly and caring each of the staff members are. Denny's is open 24 hours. The menu includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert options.

    It's back folks. Those $10 grand slams. Yum!

    My guess and I went ahead and ordered the macaroni brisket with barbecue and onions on top. We went ahead and grabbed two cups of coffee, some water, and a couple of side salads. But you know me, especially at these type of joints it's the customer service that's going to make or break the outing. This is where CSA customer service All Star Paolo (pictured) came through big time. Would you believe this guy was not only the host, but our server as well? In short, he did double duty and pulled it off like a true magician. All in all good time was had is this was the first time ever for my guest and I at this particular Denny's. Will be back!

    Arrived at this establishment to have breakfast with my Mom and Brother, there was a bit of a wait, which is usual on a Sunday morning. Once we were seated, we ordered, they had some new Bettlejuice menu items and the hubster did not hesitate to jump on them. Our waitress Iris was wonderful. The kitchen was running behind, but surprisingly to us the family next to us got their food and we were still waiting for our food.. iris our wonderful waitress asked us if we wanted to see the Manger Ilis . Ilis came to our table with a weak excuse for the kitchen, but offered no solution. I pointed out that the family next to us had their food and we were still waiting. The Managers response was " I can offer you a glass a water complementary ", what the heck.. Ok, let me eat my food a bounce out of here....

    I arrived and it was super packed but still got seated within 10 mins. Once I got seated i waited 15 mins for a waiter to come take my drink order and I had to ask who was my waiter because no one had come around. Kathya I think her name was, helped us out. She was very nice and ended up serving us since the waitress that was responsible for my area never came to my table. 10/10 for her service but 6/10 in the experience having breakfast here.

    Host taking order of family that came after us

    We visited this Denny's on Christmas. Upon arrival, the host seated us. I noticed there was only one server working, which I understood given the holiday. We sat down, decided what we wanted to order, and waited for approximately 30 minutes. During that time, two parties seated ahead of us were greeted, given drinks, and served within about 10-15 minutes, while we were never greeted or offered drinks. The host continued seating new guests in the front of the restaurant while we were the only two guests seated in the back, as shown in the photos attached. Eventually, a waiting lobby formed, yet we were not acknowledged or given any information about wait times. After waiting, the host then took the order of a family that arrived after us, and at that point we decided to leave. The only staff member who spoke to us was the busboy, who suggested we move closer due to having only one server. No similar communication came from the host or server. We were also seated next to an emergency exit that emitted a constant beeping sound throughout the wait. Suggestion for management: On understaffed or holiday shifts, guests should be informed of wait times before being seated. Hosts should coordinate seating with server capacity and ensure all tables are acknowledged and offered drinks, even if there will be a delay. Clear communication would have significantly improved this experience. Based on this experience, I would not return.

    I am going to try to put a picture of the actual receipt because I was beside myself when I looked at the price of two adults eating two regular plates with two coffees. What cost the exuberant price tag was the mere fact that we added avocados they charged us for the eggs of course but extra also and well I'll let you guys decide for yourselves when you see the receipt. Needless to say I will not be venturing there again and that's probably why it's dying as far as food chains go there are so many better restaurants that you can go to that are not going to charge you an arm and a leg.

To be fair, the coffee was decent, and even though I didn't order them, the scrambled eggs were soft and cooked well. But getting the order wrong and feeling overlooked the entire time overshadowed any positives. The waitress seemed far more focused on regular customers and had a very cold demeanor toward anyone new. I understand taking care of regulars, but basic courtesy and attention should apply to everyone. Overall, a disappointing experience. I won't be returning.

I was dining on the patio with a friend and my service dog. At the time, there were only a couple of other occupied tables, so the restaurant was not busy. Our server, Allison, was repeatedly distracted by a young child from another table instead of attending to her customers. I even have video showing her spending significant time playing with and following the child around while we waited for service. When our food finally arrived, it was brought by another employee and my order was incorrect. I sent it back twice, and after waiting with no follow-up from Allison, I eventually had to go inside the restaurant myself to ask for assistance because she had not checked on us. When Allison finally came outside, I simply asked to have my meal boxed to go because the experience had already been so disappointing. What happened next was completely unacceptable. A man who was not our server--and who I later learned was apparently the husband of another waitress--came outside and began verbally attacking us. He yelled at us, threw wads of money at us, and told us to leave. He even made comments implying that no one wanted us there because we had a dog and were seated on the patio. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially by someone who wasn't even serving the table. Angel, the assistant manager, tried to help, but unfortunately the situation had already escalated far beyond what should ever happen in a restaurant. I seriously considered calling the police because of how aggressive the confrontation became. After leaving, I called the restaurant and spoke with Angel. I requested that the general manager contact me about the incident. That call was recorded, and despite being told someone would follow up, I never received a call. Everyone can have a bad night, but this went far beyond poor service. It involved incorrect food, inattentive service, an aggressive confrontation by someone who should never have been involved, and a complete lack of follow-up from management. I sincerely hope Marmalade Cafe reviews its customer service standards and its policies regarding who is permitted to confront guests. No customer should ever leave feeling humiliated or verbally attacked after simply trying to have dinner.
