Bell Products took $902, fixed nothing, and then tried to sell me a completely unnecessary $10,000 replacement. In my opinion, this is dishonest and unethical. This company appears far more interested in selling expensive new systems than repairing what can easily be fixed for a fraction of the cost. This experience caused me significant anxiety, and I would not recommend Bell Products to anyone. I am requesting a full refund of the $902 I was charged for a misdiagnosis and no repair. Charging for work that did not fix the problem and then pushing an unnecessary replacement raises serious concerns under consumer protection laws. I expect Bell Products to address this promptly and refund the charge.
