I demolished this panclocky today. And it was delightful. Imagine a sleepy Asian boy who has been driving for hours and hasn't eaten breakfast for months because budget. After a long work event and not getting enough sleep, he just wants some sort of comfort So he pulls up to a Denny's, orders a pancake with FRUITS (luxury), but not just that. There were scrambled eggs, hash browns, and coffee?! HEAVEN. It was a spiritual and out of body experience. Seriously this meal made my day and it made me feel like a king. Thank you Denny's. Came in the other night for some fixins and boy were we so happy we did! Hubby and I split the Chicken Fried Steak and eggs a Prime Rib Cobb Salad and some onion rings and mmmMmmm! Hit the spot! I have been going to Dennys for a lot of years, it's usually good. But there's always one or two things that just don't hit right. This is the first time, and the first Dennys that I have been to the food was cooked perfectly. The restaurant was clean. The wait staff were awesome! Erica could not have been better or nicer. Service was not great. Our waiter was mean and rude. The food was not good. Food prep took 1 hour even though all we got was pancake.

So, my family and I were passing by the area on Sunday July 19th from Chicago, and my dad decided to have breakfast at that Denny's location. It's next to a gas station, it was a rainy day, some people were wearing masks, it's not a mandate like for Indianapolis. The Denny's wasn't packed, there was enough spacing along other customers, our Server was doing a lot by herself from maintaining her tables, running her own food out, and including bringing drinks out. My family ordered breakfast Grand Slams,and I had the cheeseburger meal. I know my mom had wanted some butter for her pancakes, and the server accidentally bought out Mayo instead which my mom didn't realize it until she put it on her pancakes. I found a hair in my choconana pancake, all my friends at the table had watched me pull it from the mix of banana and melted chocolate chips on top, and pushed their plates away. We asked that it be taken from the order. 10/10 will be driving the other direction from this Denny's. read more

As far as Denny's goes hooray!! Morning Ms Talks a lot ( Jennifer) kept remembering lemon in Every glass of iced tea for the Bf!! I had the elcheap o $4 biscuits n gravy with eggs n hash browns crispy. Poached eggs great. Coffee and tea were never Mt either!! Bf had Lumberjack breaky with pancakes. We both didn't finish some food. It was actually a lot!! Didn't get pix cause we thought we were hungry lol. But one thing... we are full and satisfied with food and service. Our experience was not good. At all. What we ordered versus what we got was part of the issue. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, got really dry grilled chicken. My daughter ordered the 5 pepper burger, and the meat tasted old and smelled bad too. The manager was nice and removed the burger, but this is the worst Denny's we've ever been to. read more

Random stop on the way back from Eastern Indiana. One of the cleanest Dennys I've ever been to, which is consistent with the truck stop its attached to. Food met expectations. Service was not bad, but took some time for someone to take my payment. Servers were a little less than enthusiastic, but not unfriendly towards the customers specifically. Bottom line: Not a bad place to stop while taking a travel break, but not worth going out of the way for. read more

covid time for an update that's been over a year. this is strictly for the Denny's not the Flying J pilot. I've been stopping here for quite a while many years this is probably one of the better run Flying J Denny's. excellent management runs a team look close to a great job of preparing the staff is very professional. this is my first covid review after eating many meals here during the time. social distancing is very much enforced when you first walk in you have to have a mask on to be seated if you don't they will give you a mask because there are some that still come in without them but that's for another story and another time anyway. this Denny's has a very strong Wi-Fi which I like to use to get a lot of stuff done. they do a very good job on keeping everything sanitized and clean once somebody leaves they are promptly on it cleaning and sanitizing the table. there's also cardboard separators which allows for more seating however they still do a really good job of making sure that you're socially distanced ....today I came in for some breakfast/lunch noonish so it was brunch time.. decided to have one I don't need too much because it's not great for you but I opted for the country fried steak and eggs breakfast with soft scrambled eggs white toast and an extra side of gravy for the hash browns and eggs. I was bored out quite promptly everything tasted very good quality was excellent the presentation was very good too. so I'm still not changing my review as far as the Stars they're staying a salad four stars the only thing sometimes every now and then you may have to wait a little longer because sometimes they do get a little busy with calling orders and it just happens I just wish they'd bring back the spaghetti and meatballs but they're gone for now maybe they will just like to say they're going to bring back the waffle one of my favorites to the waffle slam. but all in all this is definitely a Denny's it's a Flying J with a lot of truck parking which is why I like to pull in here a lot because you can usually find spaces especially at night too it's a large large parking lot originally built as a Petro Pilot Flying J took it over back early in the decade of the tens. but every time I've come in here I've been treated very well and this is definitely just a good place and a really good Denny's some are not as great but this one definitely keeps bringing me back. read more

Came in here after working night shift. Wasnt too busy and food was great. Ran into Kelly who waited on me & she was a super nice lady. We chatted about our kids, great service. Not much to choose from in Hebron other than fast food or Denny's. I tried the new Baja Quesadilla Burger at the latter which was a good-sized hamburger between two tortillas with salsa, lettuce and tomatoes. It was hardly a diet offering because the two tortillas had been grilled with oil, but it was tasty. It came with warm chips and salsa, all for $4.00. Then seniors got 50 cents off everything, so the tab was a little over $3. Can't believe they made any money on me. Denny's is not my restaurant of choice, but if it's all there is, the menu gives plenty of choices. read more

Dining area is open and ordered the T bone steak n eggs and it was fabulous the servers were very friendly and attentive.

Our server made fun of my special needs friend, she yelled at us in front of the whole restaurant because she was "overwhelmed". You could hear her complain about him being too "slow" while she was in the kitchen. Horrible management and service. read more

Dennys made my girlfriends food wrong. She asked for a SlamBurger with no queso sauce and a side bowl of gravy for her fries, she recieved gravy and queso on her burger. She wasnt that upset and the amazing waitress took care of it and got her a new burger pretty quickly. Aside from that hiccup this Denny's seems to be cool. read more

Jen, Megan and the crew did a great job! We ended up stranded here on Jan 5th-6th 2014 during a crazy blizzard and I-65 was shut down. All said the staff was up and serving for a full day and a half and always checked on us to see how we were doing and did a great job making sure everyone was fed. The management here is rude and loud.. overheard girls talking and Denny's is now writing up their servers If they don't sell enough drinks or appetizers and desserts and after so many write ups these girls who only make $2.13 an hour will be terminated!!!! How is that fair? I've seen these girls bust their butts every weekend and I've seen their Main manager be rude and another one with big eyes screams nonstop... be a nice place if they had better leadership...it's really gone down in the years... always out of food every time we go ... Me and a couple friends came after our work shift at McDonald's. We came in and forgot our mask and were told to get our mask which I highly respect. It isn't anything to be taken lightly we are in a pandemic. But as we were going to get our mask one of the waitresses made a very rude comment that made us think about not going in again. We decided to ignore the comment and just go in since we were very hungry. The same waitress who said the rude comment sat us to our table. When we order our drinks she sat our drinks and threw the straws onto the table. Well throughout our meal the food was great but it was the service that made me lose my appetite. Then eventually the bill came so I chose to pay for us all and since I was already disturbed by the service I didn't have a high tip. One other waitress said that we should know to tip a waitress higher than we did and looked at us with disgust. At this point we had to get out of this place. read more
