The first thing I noticed was a few uncleared tables and how short staffed they were on a Saturday morning. I almost left, but I watched the only visible server greet everyone and multi-task. There was no hostess. I went to the restroom and as soon as I came back to the podium she greeted me with a smile and welcomed me and offered assistance. I decided to stay. I am so glad I did. Not once did she complain, she just handled business. She sat at my table to take my order and I didn't blame her. She probably needed the quick rest off her feet. She answered my questions and I placed an order. Cinnamon roll pancakes were divine. I did scrap some of the icing off, though. My bacon was crispy and my eggs were scrambled like I asked. Great experience. I mentioned to her that I needed my receipt and she asked if I kept my receipts and I told her yes I do, I use Fetch. When she cashed me out she gave me two other receipts that had been discarded and said I hope that helps you out. Kindness costs nothing and I would return based off my experience. Another server showed up towards the end of my time, so hopefully the rest of her day went more smooth. Overall, the restaurant was clean. Just needed some tidying up, but I totally understood that first priority was serving the customers present.

Very nice service from a young lady. She has much respect and deserves a raise or a higher class job. Her conversation and communication skills are top notch. Wonderful food as well.

It's been 45 minutes since we submitted our order and it's still not done. Almost 11pm there is literally no customers nor has there been any customers since I ordered. I have stayed inside waiting since I ordered. Employees are out in the lobby sitting and others busy talking. We paid $40 for 2 meals for this type of service. I can't even tell you what the food is like because we haven't gotten it! We will definitely not be back! Only 2 employees have spoken to us the whole time we have been here. The whole atmosphere feels like a bunch of people who don't want to work.

Very, very nice staff. Busy on Friday and Saturday nights/early mornings, but by 6 AM it has calm down and the atmosphere is very quiet and relaxed. I definitely recommend stopping in for breakfast or dinner :-) read more

Ordered online- I canceled the order and was supposed to get a refund. I spoke with TWO managers, and to this day I have not been refunded for my order. One actually had an attitude when I called to follow up with my refund! Extremely unprofessional. I don't even understand how they're still in business. read more

Food was ok, but the service was AWFUL when the waitress calls my mother who is a senior "Honey" in a negative way NO WAY, Mom ordered a senior breakfast and and did not get the sausage, and when we asked if it was missing the server with an attitude says "Look Honey I didn't run your order so I don't know" Then she repeated this again in disgust! Very nasty attitude! Our drinks came after our meal. So look Honey you won the award for the lowest tip I have ever left in my life $2 bucks, and you didn't really even earn that! read more

I am a regular at this location and I have never had a bad experience with food or service, the food actually seems to get even better every time I go the portions are great and its my favorite place to go and love that its open 24hrs. I also go to the Brookpark location and they are 5 star as well read more

Stepped in and my friend asked how are you doing to the manager and I can't believe what I heard the guy say. "Shit - I been better". As if that wasn't enough. We were taken to a table that was dirty and the surrounding tables were dirty too! The manager managed to find a clean table. By then my company and I decided to depart. The manager seemed to lack a demonstration of satisfactory customer service! Disgusted pretty much. Didn't even want to take the risk of finding out the quality of the food that would have been served. It's no wonder there were only 2 people eating there. We had to walk out, just had to escape. It's sad. read more

They've always been quick to seat us, quick to serve. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal from them, it's always quite consistent. The servers are friendly and on top of it without being the hovering type. It's always clean and bright in there too. It's one of the best Denny's I've been to. Perfect place for late night food. read more

Terrible terrible terrible service. This is by far the absolutely worst dining experience I've had. The restaurant was not busy, but waited 5 minutes to be seated. After being seated, waited another 15 minutes and finally got up and left because no server came to our table to even give us water. Just awful. On top of that, they gave us attitude being seated and leaving. Just terrible. read more

Server was rude. When we got our food we didn't have utensils. We were missing toast. When I asked about the toast the server had an attitude. Server never checked back on us. Food was bland. Also mid meal there was a cockroach on the wall next to my booth. read more

My friends and I went out after youth service and we go to different places all the time so we went to Denny's. We got there and had to wait at least 10 minutes to be seated, it was really busy. We were seated and the employee was very friendly. She gave us extra time because none of us could decide what we wanted. Once we finally ordered the wait was very long, we sat for about an hour and 20 minutes before we got our food. We gave our thanks and dug in. I shared with my friend and it was so good we couldn't get over how good the food we got was. The only complaint I have was the wait time but everything else went smoothly. I would recommend this place, but you should try to find a time when it's not super packed read more

Service took forever. Hate to say it, but we were the only white people in the restaurant, and we were served last. Waited over half an hour just to order, which was followed by another hour wait for our food. Meanwhile, others were coming and getting their food and leaving. Very ticked off, and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

Had the worst experience ever last night. Went to this Denny's late like around midnight. It was packed! So me and my friend decided to order for take out. We asked could we place an order the waitress so very rudely told us that when someone is free, they would come and take our order. The waitress came and took our order and we sat for 30 minutes. My friend went to check our order and the waitress came over and told us they were out of mashed potatoes (my friend ordered pot roast). Then 10 minutes later the waitress came over and told us they were out of gravy so he changed his order and got a club sandwich. 10 minutes later he asked about the order and they hadn't even started it yet. So he said he didn't want it anymore and where was my veggie omelette and the cook said "What veggie omelette?" We just said never mind and left without any sort of apology or compensation for our time. We were starving because it was the only place open that late! Bad, bad, bad! read more

This is the worst place to go in the morning, first off they haven't had their iced cappuccino in 25 years, and everything I ordered was wrong. I preferred wheat bread they gave me white, I ordered steak and eggs I got vomit. The waitress was all over the place and not doing her job. read more

Our server was great. Very friendly and accommodating. We have 1 year old twins. The booster seats were all broken. The high chair straps weren't on and they were super dirty. Ok, we have wipes for that. I go io the bathroom and the floor was absolutely disgusting. I don't know why I go to any Denny's. I know I hate it, but this was exceptionally bad. read more

Exceptionally nice staff, great diner food, and the staff remembers you! I came here six months prior to this weeks visit. I noticed on all the name tags the staff retention is very good. They seem so relaxed and non stressed in that environment! Lots of smiles! See you in six weeks! read more

This place is horrible me my husband and son went for breakfast and it took forever to get our food then when it came it was greasy and cold. Will never go back again. I would not refer this place to anyone!Stay away go to Bob Evans which is right next door. And the floor was so nasty had food all over the floor it look like when they wioe the table if they do that they just swipe it on the floor! Yucky!!! read more

DO NOT EAT HERE, I ate here with my family and all 3 of us are sick to our stomach, the service sucks, we waited 10 minutes just to get seated when there was only 3 tables there, and another 10 minutes just to take our drinks, we didn't even get our drinks for even another 10 minutes and the food sat in the window for awhile so it was cold when we got it, the servers suck, they don't write down your order, they got us the wrong drinks and messed up our food, our server was sitting around on her butt not getting us our refills or taking our dirty plates, DO NOT EAT HERE read more

My friend stuck with her usual: the Banana & Bourbon Caramel Bread Pudding French Toast, topped with fresh bananas and their homemade bourbon caramel sauce, plus a side of pork belly. It looked incredible and, according to her, tasted just as good as it always does. We arrived just a few minutes after they opened at 8:00 and were seated right away. The service was friendly, attentive, and very prompt without feeling rushed. Scratch has such a great casual, local diner feel, but with a menu that's anything but ordinary. The portions are generous, the flavors are unique, and the quality is consistently excellent. Definitely a go-to spot for breakfast or brunch...you really can't go wrong here.

And the chipotle crema on top was just perfect. They have excellent diner coffee here as well. My service experience was immaculate the first time and just OK today. He was fine initially, but I feel like he kind of forgot about us after he checked on our food. We were stuck way in the back. Maybe he was on a break, which is fine. I spent time as a waiter in two different restaurants, so I'm sympathetic, but I did not get a drink refill, and I wanted one pretty badly. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots, and it feels like a hidden gem.

The potato salad and cole slaw were both good. Better choice. The corn beef actually looked smaller than usual. It was good but I thought it had been larger in the past. Maybe not anymore. Service was good. Food came out on time. This is a good place to go. Prices are a bit high but it's a deli. You can do what we did and split the sandwich. It enough food. Bar is nice. I would maybe try the short ribs next time we would go. The building is very rustic and decorative. The bathroom is upstairs; an elevator is present is needed. A very interesting place. Staff and kitchen very accommodating. The prices are high for the amount you're given. Would love some in house pasta that is gluten free with an in house sauce. I was there primarily for the company. Not my favorite spot. I would be willing to go again.

After another 5 mins he walked back over and asked was I cashing out, or picking up. I gave my name and he handed me the bag. He never apologized for the wait, or even thanked me for stopping in. I arrived 2:42p, I did not leave until 3:06p. The food was obviously cold when I got it, and my son's French fries in his chicken tender kids meal were, sparse and tough. I've never had an issue like this with Bob Evans before. I will never be back to this location, if at all. There are too many mom and pop places, to choose from.

There is plenty of parking in the plaza. My company used to frequently order catering from this location. And so, I decided to try something familiar while in the area. This was my first time at their physical location. Deli Feel: The deli has NYC deli feel - subway tiles and vintage deli art. Think a nice Italian elevated deli. It doesn't seem that there is A/C at this location or at least it's not running at its capacity. There were ceiling fans operating but on a hot summer day it was toasty. The restaurant offers tables and booths. I observed that most guests found themselves comfortable in booths. Around 1 PM on a weekday there was a steady crowd dining in and ordering takeout. Ordering: Your order is placed and picked up at the back counter. Signage is a bit disorienting. Think Penn Station type layout. You can also pre-order online. My order was ready quickly. I observed that other guests had to wait awhile. Orders were not called in the numerical order. If you have a large or complex order or are pressed for time, I recommend exploring online ordering. Menu: DiBella's menu is straightforward - subs, mini meals (5" small sub + side + drink), salads, drinks, sides and sweets. They conveniently highlight seasonal menu and top sellers on their menu. Best seller subs are Godfather, Turkey, and Cheesesteaks. DiBella's Subs are known for their old-fashioned submarines. They have in-house bakery, bake their own bread. They also market Grandma DiBella's cookies. While placing an order online or in person, you can choose your bread, cheese, and topping options. Gluten free menu items are available for all subs. My Order: I ordered 10" DiBella's BLT on sesame bread with American cheese for $11.39. The bread was very fresh and impressed me. The ingredients weren't notable - bacon was burned and clearly lower grade, cheese and veggies were just okay. I wouldn't say that the sandwich was heavy on fillings. The sub was fine, definitely not the best BLT in my lifetime. Customer Service: Customer service was condescending. The employee at checkout made visible unpleasant faces at customers. Questions were not well received from all customers during my visit. Questions were mainly order and menu related. Once it was my turn, I did not know where to look for bread and cheese options as a first timer. The menu was pointed out to me in a very impudent manner. It was really disappointing to witness interactions between customers and employees. Upon exit, I observed another employee returning to work looking very displeased. Hopefully bad service is not part of everyday culture. Catering: My company used to order catering from DiBella's. Orders were always efficient and right. Everyone considered the subs just alright. Bread wasn't as fresh as I've experienced at their location. Overall, it's a fine spot for a casual lunch if you're in the area. Good for catering if you want to treat your staff to something simple. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

i really can't think of a good thing that came from this place tonight. our server laid out her trauma before we got to order and topped it off by saying she's already pissed off. we waited over an hour for 6 pancakes and a country fried stake. our food set on the kitchen window for about 20 minutes after we waited an hour plus. our server was talking with the other waitress and cook while our food was right in front of her! even if our whole order wasn't ready you'd think she'd bring what is before it got cold. when we finally got our food it was not very good. almost everything was over cooked and not very warm. our server greeted us with negativity that stuck around, we waited forever for our food, and our food ended up poorly done. no thank you! read more

I have always loved coming here this Denny's employees are very family friendly. The food is great and the hospitality is wonderful. The ambiance is not too big and it's not too small and most of the time I could get a seat quickly. Lets not forget they're open all day 24/7. read more

This location is a disaster. Hire enough staff to run the restaurant effectively or close it! Doesn't matter when I stop here it's always a skeleton crew. Staff just stare at you like they wish you'd just turn around and go somewhere else. I won't be back. read more
