Had to stop by this Denny's before an event and it was perfect! My food was very good and hot! I ordered the multigrain pancake grand slam per usual and just a water. The service was great!! Our server Ciello was very nice and made sure our order was correct! Plus she had a very good personality! The ambiance was cool. Very clean inside and located a few miles from the strip. I'll definitely come back to this location when I'm back in Vegas and need a fast meal that will do me right.

    Vegas sign in the back

Ambience This Denny's has the familiar, cozy feel you'd expect, but with a fun Las Vegas twist. When you walk in, you first see the usual check-in area where the host greets you. Then, if you head to the left side of the dining area, there's a big Las Vegas-style sign with lights on the wall. We sat right under it, which made the meal feel even more "Vegas." There's also wallpaper of the Las Vegas Strip in one of the dining sections. Overall, it feels like a regular Denny's, but the décor adds a nice local touch. Inside was cool and fresh, which was perfect since it was such a hot day outside. Service The service here was excellent. Even though it was kind of full when we arrived, they seated us right away. Our server was very friendly and always checked up on us, which made the whole experience better. He was quick to answer questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely one of the highlights of this visit. Menu & Prices We asked about the classic "2-4-6-8" value menu, but they no longer have that. Instead, they offer another affordable menu with items around $8.99-$9.99. Our server brought those menus to us, and it was nice to see there are still budget-friendly options available. Food The food was what you expect from Denny's--good, filling, and consistent. Nothing out of the ordinary, but that's part of the comfort of going to Denny's. You know what you're getting, and it delivers. Parking Like most Denny's, this location has its own parking lot, which makes it easy and convenient. Overall This Denny's in Las Vegas is a solid spot if you're looking for the familiar Denny's experience with a little Vegas flair. The service was especially great, and the unique décor makes it a fun stop compared to other locations.

    A SuperBird

Service was extremely slow and several people helped wait on me. I was alone... I think one was the manager or assistant manager. I ordered the SuperBird with onion rings. Granted, this is not my go to food but I love to dip it in thousand island dressing. I can't believe they don't have thousand island dressing . What restaurant doesn't have that kind of dressing? The sandwich was good but I had to ask for napkins. I'm used to excellent service but this is a Denny's...

Bug after we just wiped off the table

If you're into eating bugs, this is a place for you. We got served our food, grabbed the syrup for the pancakes. There is all kinds of little bugs in and outside of the syrup bottle. picked up the bottle with a napkin to take to the manager Bug scattered from all underneath it. walked up to the cashier she took it threw it away. when the manager came I showed her the pictures she said I can't tell if there's bugs. How convenient they took the bottle and the napkin put in the trash, and the manager is not gonna look for it. I told her I was not going to pay for it. They wanted to move me to us to another table. I insisted on not paying for bugs. She never said don't worry about it. We'll take care of it. I had to keep insisting I'm not paying for it. All she said was you can go now.

A friend recommended we stop here for breakfast or lunch on our way to Zion, Utah. We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel. In summary, a well-earned 5 oink review is deserving because their food is that darn good. "Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives.
