Six days ago, I made an online order and paid for two turkey dinners at Denny's in Los Lunas NM for our Thanksgiving meal. We are older and have forgone visits due to Covid-19 and cooking a big meal for the two of us didn't make sense. I was pleased when I got an email verification of our order. However, when we arrived to pick up the order, we were told the kitchen was closed due to "scheduled maintenance" and besides, they didn't have any turkey dinners left anyway. I am so angry at this treatment! Had they been on the ball they could have made sure we had our meals or at least called us with enough notice to make other plans. All I can say about Denny's in Los Lunas is NEVER EAT THERE. They worthless. read more

Where to begin. Waitress got both of our orders wrong. The hash browns were burnt, eggs were severely over salted, mushrooms in my veggie omelet weren't cooked at all, both of our dishes were cold when they came out. Waitress didn't refill our drinks until we were completely done eating. We figured eating at a chain would have some basic cooking standards, but that certainly didn't happen. When me and my family came to eat they had an employee handing out food to customers without a mask! We also seen multiple people inside the restaurant with no mask while waiting in the waiting area. None of the employees told the customers anything. Considering that people are dying and so many life's are at risk, you would think that the employees would have some decency to ask these people to put a mask on. We visited your Los Lunas, NM location around 7:30pm on 05/28/2018. Absolutely the WORST restaurant experience we have EVER had. Server was good it was her first night on the floor without a trainer. The restaurant had maybe 3 or 4 other tables besides us. First of all the food was awful the cooks didn't even make our oldest daughters meal at all and it was entered according to the server. Second, I ordered the avocado chicken caesar salad and the cooks sent it out without chicken. Third, we got 2 orders of wings in buffalo sauce and server said she also entered that, the cooks tossed them in bbq sauce and on the second one the buffalo sauce was supposed to be on the side and instead they sent out bbq sauce as well. Fourth, our 3 year old daughters burger was very obviously microwaved and her mashed potatoes were cold like they were just pulled out of a fridge. Fifth, my husbands side of squash was cold and hard like it had sat on the counter all day. Sixth, my sister in laws meat was waaaaayy overcooked and they put fries instead of mashed potatoes like the plate is supposed to come with and she had asked for. When my husband asked for the manager, Samantha, she was nowhere to be found and when she finally did appear out of her office with cell phone in hand, he let her know the issues that we were having and especially #1 our kids food still hadn't come out to her and the server let us know the cook messed up and had to remake them and our youngests burger was very obviously microwaved. She did nothing to fix the issue or go make sure it got sent out correctly or anything. After another 20-30 minutes we said forget it and we left. As we were leaving she just smilled and waved sarcastically and the experienced servers all stood there with her doing the same. I've NEVER in all the times I've been there to that location had a bad experience until tonight. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! To top it all off when we got home our 3 year old puked up the burger before we even got out of the car and then had diarrhea shortly after. My sister in law is also having symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea as well after eating a few bites. I've heard awful things about Colin the General Manager from people who've had similar experiences so instead of contacting him I will be calling corporate first thing tomorrow morning. Obviously they need to start over completely on their Monday night crew because they're too worried about talking to each other and playing on their phones rather than doing their jobs. I feel horrible for our poor server starting off her first day out of training dealing with such horribly behaved coworkers. The worst Dennys ever.My family and I were leaving Albuquerque going back home.As we were heading towards Los Lunes decided to stop for breakfast at Dennys.The place was empty so we got a booth right away.But no one would come over and give us a menu.Finally we told a server that kept passing by can we get a menu.She was very rude and hardly said anything took our drinks and took at least 15 minutes to bring them to us.Then another 10 min to take our order.Then another 30 minutes to bring the food out.All all,we ordered was breakfast why,so long.The pancakes were burnt.found a hair in my eggs.she didn't even bring us our food out all together.she would bring the pancakes then wait 5 minutes for the eggs.it was terrible.horrible service and food.never again. read more

Thought I would share my horrible dining experience at Denny's in Los Lunas. Ordered my eggs over medium. This is where the white is cooked and the yellow flows. Had to send them back 3 times. Finally had them scrambled hard. And they were burnt. Asked that the blueberries be stirred in my pancakes. So my pancakes were over cooked and the blueberries were lumped together. Cook was either incompetent or unable to understand how to cook a simple meal. read more
