It was a Friday evening, 7:30pm, peak dinner rush. We wanted to come sooner, but kids will affect that. Thankfully, the host sat us as soon as she could, and even sat us at the same booth as last time. We waited for a bit in the booth before I got up to ask for menus. The hostess seem flustered and overwhelmed bc there wasn't a waitlist. She just kept seating every party as they came. Our server arrived very prompt and sweet. I told her it was my bday and asked if I could use 2 promos: free chips and salsa and free bday dessert. She said yes, and if they had a problem, she'd take care of it. It made me feel reassured and special. We ordered the chips and salsa and the kids' meal: 6pc chicken crispers with fries and Mac n Cheese. I highly recommend that for the kids bc their Kid's Menu Mac n Cheese is dry (trash). It was enough to feed the 2 kids and for us to nibble on while we waited for our meals. We ordered the Original Trio (protein) fajitas and the Triple Dipper: Nashville Hot Mozz, Bone-in wings with sweet Asian zing sauce, and chicken crispers with honey Chipotle sauce. We also ordered 2 Dos Equis drafts (~$13 for both, the large is only $0.80 more) and a Flamingo Freeze Margarita ($12)?! Customer service was great, but not excellent. It started of fine until small details happened. The kids' sauces were supposed have BBQ sauce, but we got buffalo sauce. We asked for the BBQ later. We noticed our food was taking awhile, but we chalked it to to bring busy. But our fajitas didn't sizzle lie usual, so it must've sat longer than it should. My Nashville Hot Mozz weren't as hot and crispy like last time, so it was lackluster, and I got BoneLESS wings instead of Bone-IN. But the server did replace it with 8pc, which was nice. The chocolate chip cookie and vanilla ice cream dessert was ok. It was really hard to eat bc it was brittle, dry and dense, but the ice cream helped. When it was time to pay, it took awhile bc the system wouldn't let me use both promos as promised, so I had to wait awhile to get it fixed so I could pay. I'm the end it worked out, but I was losing steam at the end of it. My kids were ready to go home. But I appreciated the server trying her best to fix the mistakes. We got extra chips and salsa and had lots of leftovers. I still recommend this Chili's, but probably not at peak time.

It's been a minute since I've found myself getting some Chilis. You know I'll be honest I'm kinda in between a love and hate relationship with fast food right now. Sure it tastes good but the prices McDonald's and the even Taco Bell are charging these days. I'm finding myself opting for more restaurant restaurants such as chilis because for the quality of the food and the value it's just too hard turn away. Chilis is offering right now a pretty hefty Smash Burger that comes with your choice of a size, an appetizer, and a drink all for $11! Taking the first bite of the burger I have to say I was not disappointed. The fries were meh probably because I took it to go and waited to eat it til I got home. I bet they'd tasted better at the restaurant. For the appetizer I chose the enchilada soup. Boy was I surprised when I opened the lid to discover practically an enchilada in a cup lol. I will say it was very appetizing. I'm sorry to say it but fast food y'all are out! The prices have become too hard to justify let alone dealing with the possibility of not getting your order right half the time. It's just not worth it anymore. Thank you chilis for looking out and delivering a tasty meal for the best bang for your buck! I'll definitely be returning!

Chain restaurants are not my fave. The best thing about lunch today was our server Lauren. I got the bottomless soup, salad and salsa/chips. The loaded baked potato soup was amazing. The chips were crispy and salsa tasty. The Caesar salad had black spots on the lettuce so Lauren took it back. It came back with black again. I didn't finish it. My daughter enjoyed her burger and the triple play appetizer my friends shared seemed good. Just the salad was nasty.

Our server was there promptly as we were seated taking our drink order and finding out we were first timers, pointed out common favorites as suggestions. We shared a biscuit and gravy breakfast plate, which the restaurant was kind enough to split for us in the kitchen. The menu stated they used sausage gravy and photos from here on Yelp supported that; we however got gravy with zero sausage. It wasn't even a creamy country gravy. It was so thin. The taste was good but still disappointing. The potatoes were excellent. Well seasoned with crispy bits. The egg was perfect for us. Over easy order=whites solid with runny yolk. The egg was so good I ate most of it before I remembered to take a picture. The food I'd give 3.5 stars but the service pulled my rating up to 4. We do plan on returning for their amazing looking pancakes, waffle plates and or French toast. When we left the restaurant at 10:10 AM the waitlist had started. All benches by the entrance were full. A very popular restaurant!

I'm hoping it was because they were so busy. We had to leave 10 minutes after getting our salads so I had to take most of it home which was disappointing. On a good note, the salads were amazing. They were the best salads I've ever tasted which I why I'm giving three stars instead of less. My mom ordered the 505 Cobb and they forgot her chicken which was frustrating after waiting for nearly an hour. However, they did make up for it by making her extra chicken! And their chicken was absolutely delicious!! I ordered Persephone's Lunch which was outstanding. I added chicken to it which made it nearly $20 for a bowl salad. The seating is open and you order and sit down wherever you can find. The seating is hard on your backside and uncomfortable, especially when waiting for so long. The salads and fresh ingredients are delectable. If I ever return, it will be a to go order that is put in very early. Cheers!

The area looks old and poor, but near the restaurant, we didn't see anything sketchy. When we were leaving, we did see some homeless people at the main intersection, but we didn't see anything we'd describe as sketchy. We did notice there is a mobile home park behind the restaurant, but there is a wall between the mobile home park and the restaurant parking lot. Even if there were police surrounding the mobile home park, we'd still venture inside to eat. The food is that good. We shared the cowboy breakfast burrito and the Santa Fe pancakes. Both were filling and ridiculously good. The Santa Fe pancakes made with blue corn, roasted piñons, green chili, and cheddar jack cheese were different than anything else we've ever had. I'll admit I didn't love my first bite or two, but the more I ate, the more I wanted. The pancakes are dry, but if you drizzle some syrup, it's the perfect match. The accompanying eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. The cowboy breakfast burrito is massive, filling, and worth every calorie. Even though we were stuffed, we had to get the peach with green chile turnover. We asked if the turnover is served warm and our waitress replied that she could warm it up for is. I'm not sure that it is normally served warm, but I highly recommend it. The turnover flaky, the glaze was silky once warmed up and the peach with green chile was unique and delicious. Five star service and food. I highly recommend Vick's Vittles and hope that I'm in the area again so I can try more of this delicious food.

Two minutes later the manager came over to inform us that we were being rude to her server and that she would be taking over our service. After some discussion my wife said, "this is ridiculous, guess we won't be coming here again" the manager said "well I'll cancel your order and you can leave now". Crispy Brussels sprouts had great flavor but way too much cayenne pepper (which adds nothing but heat) my husband ate them but said he would prefer less heat. I had 2 bites and gave up. Baked brie was amazing I loved the granny Smith apples! My husband loved them too. We also got the hummus duo which has dates on it and I used a date in the brie that was fantastic! I'll ask for that next time! It was the bomb. Hummus duo was good the watermelon radish was beautiful on the plate but gave both hummus a bitter flavor. Shrimp and grits. We live in Alabama currently and this was our least favorite dish of the day. Shrimp were cooked well and so were the grits but there was just something else it needed. Parmesan cheese and some onions maybe. Greek salad delicious. The flash fried chick peas made it. We needed more dressing and the wait staff was prompt and sweet about it. Spicy Lime Ceasar was ok till he requested more dressing then it was amazing. I was afraid of ordering it but the dressing wasn't too spicy . White sangria I had was disappointing it was more of a 1995 wine spritzer than a wine infused with citrus which is the very essence of sangria. It was ok and had I ordered a wine spritzer I would say yummo but I ordered sangria. Pork Belly flat bread was the winner of the night the tomato jam made that dish. I had read so many positive reviews and was genuinely excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, we walked out without ever being served. While we sat there, multiple staff members walked past our table without acknowledging us. No greeting. No water. No "someone will be right with you." Nothing. Then another couple arrived after us and was seated in the same small patio area. They were promptly greeted, given water, and attended to by a waiter who seemed more than happy to serve them. Meanwhile, we were still sitting there trying to figure out whether anyone planned to acknowledge our table. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was looking around and realizing there were no other Black or Brown patrons in the establishment at the time. I cannot definitively say race played a role in how we were treated, but given the stark difference in service between our table and the couple seated after us, I would be dishonest if I said the thought didn't cross my mind. We eventually got up and left. Good food reviews mean very little if certain guests can sit at a table while staff repeatedly walk past them as though they aren't there. Whether this was discrimination, poor training, or simply terrible service, the experience was unacceptable and left us feeling completely unwelcome. We came prepared to spend our money and enjoy dinner. Instead, Sixty Six Acres made it very easy for us to take our business elsewhere.
