Me and a few friend of mine came here Sunday morning around 12:00am and the service and food was horrible. There was only one waiter so I thought. It would take this waiter almost an hour or two just to get our drinks and another one hour or two to get our food. Every time we would see him he would be flirting with all the girls that were there. Once we received our food. Our food would be undercooked cold and soggy. We asked for the check and he took 30 minutes and we had to tell him again to give our check. The security guard was as well telling us where to sit which I kind of found odd. read more

Not too sweet and the strawberries were fresh and not mushy at all. My husband had the country fried steak and everything. Really happy with this Denny's! My family has been coming to this location for years. The service and the food have always been great. Fresh and made to order. This time around I saw the tow truck 3 times. The first time picking up a car. Yes they have signs in the parking lot, but the waitresses would go around and ask if we were driving a certain car and then they would speak to someone and later the car would be towed. When I was paying a young man came inside saying my car was towed. Honestly I didn't eat comfortably because I had to keep looking outside the window just in case the tow truck would repo my car. Came with six people around 2 a.m. on Saturday, November 11th. All six of us ordered food. I asked the manager for ranch. He said it would be additional charge. Told him we're spending about $60 and can't one Ranch. He said no, that's their policy. Considering how many places have that as a policy but will bend the rules considering the circumstance or amount of money being spent, he said if I was unhappy with it I didn't have to tip him. Pretty off-putting to be a manager. Could have just left it at it's the policy. I'm a business owner and also have policies but under certain circumstances would take a small loss to gain the benefit of more business. I come to Denny's probably once every quarter with a party of 25+ at 5am. Even though they have 2 waitresses and 1 chef on staff, They work well to get food rolling out as quickly as they can while maintaining friendly service. - My go-to order is the Country Fried Steak on the value menu. While it is always way too oily, I love the flavor of the potatoes, meat, and gravy. - - The sunny side up egg always comes out perfectly cooked. - The ribeye SUCKS! I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt but it clearly is very low quality and not worth the price. The texture is as if the meat has been freezer burning for years. read more

This is the worst experience I am deeply disappointed by the treatment my party and I received at Denny's. We were valid customers dining in the restaurant when our car was towed. Despite our attempts to resolve the situation with the manager, we were met with hostility and baseless accusations. Details: On Friday, February 23, my party and I discovered our car had been towed, so we went to Hamilton's Towing to retrieve it and attempted to dispute the charges. We showed our time-stamped receipts as proof that we were dining at Denny's at the time of the towing. When we called the restaurant to speak with the manager, she claimed she had asked around the diner to identify whose car it was. However, we were never approached or questioned during our meal. Manager's Response: When I mentioned this to the manager over the phone, she accused us of picking up our receipts off the ground, despite not knowing what we look like. She spoke to us in a disrespectful manner and refused to acknowledge our valid patronage, even though our bank statements and receipts clearly show we paid for our meal. After I asked for her name I was hung up on. Conclusion: Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We simply wanted confirmation from the manager that we were indeed patrons of Denny's so we could dispute the tow. Instead, we were met with unprofessional behavior and unjust accusations. I hope the management at Denny's takes steps to ensure this kind of treatment is not repeated in the future. read more

The service here is horrible. I do not recommend anyone to come here find another dennys to go to. When we first walked in we waited 10 minutes for anyone to even talk to us and get us seated even though they clearly saw us there. When we got seated our server Brenda was being rude to us and when we wanted to order she just walked away and when we called her over she just laughed. As one of my friends was paying for his food she proceeded to say a racist comment in spanish thinking we wouldn't understand but we actually did. This behavior is unacceptable because right as she said that the manager laughed. Something needs to be done about this as this behavior should never be tolerated and accepted by anyone. And the vibes in here are horrible just don't come here there's so many better locations with actual nice people who aren't racist and make rude comments about their customers. It is 6/21/28 around 10pm we literally just left from here after placing an order of 2 dinners 1 appetizer and 1 kids meal (mac n cheese to go with 1 of the dinners). Waiter comes back to tell us his "BOSS" told him he couldn't put in that order for the mac n cheese because its a kids meal. So, he asked if we'd like to speak to the manager and we said yes(because this makes no sense). We spoke with the manager and he let us know dennys rule is that we couldnt purchase a kids meal unless we are 10 & under. Im paying for this meal and this makes no type of sense to me. As of now we are sitting at dennys in moval and they with no hesitation allowed us to place that order. It's a ridiculous rule if u ask me!!! read more

Usually I love Dennys. This is the first location where the staff has been so bad that I can't enjoy the experience. Sabbdu, the night manager(name might be spelled wrong), is an awful host and seems to treat people differently based on his preferences. On one visit, we walked in to see open tables but were refused an immediate seat. I assumed they might need to clean a table or something so we sat down to wait, but then I watched at least 3 groups walk in behind us and be seated immediately. We still were not seated, and eventually seated ourselves. The manager hid away from us the rest of our stay as the poor waitress tried to apologize. On another occasion, it was a different waitress who hurt the experience. I made sure to go at a time when the Sabbdu wouldn't be in, but again I faced uninterested and rude staff. I used to go to Dennys often, so I know what the menu looks like. When I was brought the wrong item, I asked for a correction to which she replied that it was the correct dish and that's just how it comes. I didn't even bother to argue this time because I worried they'd do something to the food. Not worth trying to go anymore. read more

We came to celebrate a graduation today and this has been the worst customer service we've ever experience. The server with the ponytail and tattoos was extremely rude and had horrible customer service towards us. The restaurant made us wait almost 2 hours for our meal to be served and we asked for updates, the staff was extremely rude. Also, their machine forced my husband to leave a mandatory 15% tip, despite receiving horrendous customer service. Definitely won't be coming back. A tip should be earned based on the level of service. It is unethical to force consumers to leave mandatory tips of 15%. read more

I went there this evening and again ordered the dinner. to my surprise, they changed it again. it would have been better if they actually served me cardboard. I was so disappointed at its quality.
