We thought it was going to be better once it was under new management but every time we go back, there is something that goes wrong. Sadly, the servers rarely check up on us every time. Today was okay for once but it even took over 30 min just to get our check on top of waiting for 45 min for food just for portions to small. We watched other people sit down after us, get their food, and leave before us. We didn't complain at all but it's just disappointing every time when it happens consistently. They reopened this location right before new years and it's we've gone back several time (too many to count) and it just gets worse every time. Since December we've seen: -Lack of service & attentiveness -Unhelpful cashiers (what's the point of a reward program if your systems don't allow our points? They say they take rewards, say our points/rewards are disqualified and just give us student discount which doesn't equate to what we were trying to use...so points/rewards go to wasted because "we've redeemed them for in-store use to only find out they can't redeem it!?) -portions are decreasing every time but prices stay the same? Idk how that works or they just simply don't care -will continue to ask if you want dessert but won't bring the check -This location is extremely bright so if you're sensitive to migraines or light in general, best to avoid. -sensitive to music or sounds especially if music is inconstant, avoid. They music is always breaking up and the sound system can be very inconsistent so it's best to avoid for those who have misophonia like myself, neurodivergent, and have specific disabilities that will be triggered. Want a better location to go to that's consistent? Go to the on in MoVal on sunnymead. They have not disappointed us thus far. read more

Food was good. As expected for Denny's menu and options. Service was fine. Staff are friendly but just very busy so being patient is a plus. There are 2 areas I felt compelled to write a reviews on. The first is the game machines that are much to take in. Very tempting for young ones. I spent $20 for my granddaughter to play and they pretty much are rigged. It was fun but seriously very hard to win anything. She was disappointed but we talked through it. The second area of concern was the soda machine. We sat at a table within eye view of the machine. It was disgustingly dirty with a lot of build up. It seemed it could be cleaned but hadn't in a while, not just wear and tear. She brought refills without having to be asked, and our biggest pet peeve we always alwaysbhave to ask for extra napkins, but Linda brought them and that made all the difference. They say there under new management so to Start off I was standing at door for way to long while the lady at the register was talking to a man then I seated myself tired of waiting then I order club on sourdough what happened to the days when the Cubs sandwich came as a triple-decker not at Denny's it comes like a regular sandwich. Well, put it this way. It wasn't very good. I will never order it again. Be surprised if I ever come here again I had to wait on soda. I had to wait to sit down. My club was made on the wrong bread. They indicated they were "transitioning" into a reward program but no details were given. As the program had not started, it would have been reasonable to continue the AARP program. Ordered 55 Salmon with broccoli and red potatoes. Served on a small plate. The Salmon hanging off the side of the plate. Broccoli was four small pieces. No greetings by anybody, couldn't hear or understand my server. Told the cook had rules to follow and couldn't give any more broccoli. Food was fine came out quick and what we ordered but dang terrible service from our waitress Liz, we started with ordering coffee and before we can ask for iced water she was walking away, zoom. so we waited when she brought the coffee we asked can we have water ? She says iced water? As she's walking away, zoom. So we get our water and food comes a little later and then our coffee runs low so we need coffee and cream. There was an issue at the checkout thing with some people but it's whatever we wait. She finishes and is zooming by, Excuse me? Can we have more coffee? Recently went here to pick up an online order and as I was walking in one of the male workers was arguing with his girlfriend outside the restaurant. They continued their argument which was getting shouty and a little physical into the restaurant where the worker went into the bathroom and his girlfriend followed. She was crying and yelling at him which is when he responded with slapping her multiple times as she continued to cry and scream. I called the cops and told management what happened which is when I was told that they "needed" him to work because the were short staffed even after knowing what he'd done. I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. My boyfriend and I came in very early in the morning to order takeout so we could go home and watch a movie. Instead, we waited a long time and left with no food. When we arrived, we were told we had to wait to place our order because the employee was outside in her car. After finally ordering, the employee (Michelle) told us the system was down but said it would be back up in a few minutes so we could pay. We waited a long time, our food was ready, and the system was still down. She then mentioned that this "happens every day," which was never disclosed before we ordered. She wanted us to continue waiting to pay while our food got cold, even though another party had already been waiting a long time as well. She then asked if we could Zelle her directly so she could "take care of it later," which felt very unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. I have never experienced anything like that at a Denny's before. When I decided to leave, she snapped at me as if I was talking to her while I was speaking to my boyfriend. She's truly needs to be re trained and treat people better. Meanwhile, there was a man at the front cussing and making inappropriate comments to people coming in, and nothing was done about it. When I asked to speak to a manager, she seemed unwilling to provide that information. Why would a business keep taking orders knowing there's no way for the customer to pay and then you want to hold everyone hostage till your system reboots . ? Wanted breakfast before work and this was the closest option. The food was ok but extremely over priced. The service was quick and efficient. The parking lot was just redone so the lines are crisp but the parking really seems close together. Placed a to-go order so didn't really observe the ambiance. I order the brioche French toast slam with hash browns and a large orange juice.
