All the food was good and came out nice and hot. Surprisingly the milkshake was delicious - looking forward to trying other flavors. Upgraded my Cali burrito to a meal and was able to pick between either fries or breadsticks as a side. P. While the wings were great, my dad and I were very disappointed with how one of the staff members spoke to us during our visit. We had placed a to-go order, and the female employee who helped us was very kind and informed us it would take about 20 minutes. We then went next door to pick up a cake and returned to wait. While waiting, my dad needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, there was a code required and one of the two restrooms was marked "Out of Order." My dad approached the front counter to ask if he could have the code for the other restroom. The male employee who responded told him, "You can't use it, it's out of order," but the tone and delivery were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. When the female employee who originally helped us came back out, we explained what had happened. As I was speaking, another staff member visibly rolled their eyes, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. I told them that while I understand certain things may be out of their control, there is an appropriate and respectful way to communicate with customers. The way my dad was spoken to was not acceptable. The female employee apologized again for what occurred, and we picked up our food and left. While we appreciated her professionalism, the overall interaction left us feeling disrespected. read more

We had cravings of eating their world famous buffalo fries. After being stuck in traffic we were able to make it and they did not disappoint with our delicious meal. I love the food and I always order delivery but I decided to go eat at the restaurant. While I was enjoying my meal I saw plenty of delivery drivers come in and out. The crazy thing is that the Buffalo Spot employees kept making the delivery drivers pour all the drinks ! Delivery drivers don't have food handlers certifications and none of them washed their hands before pouring drinks!! I've been having drinks poured by my drivers for ages now. They were small and not plump at all. I think it's important for wing places to have even number of Flats vs. Drums. Especially since flats will cost more at the grocery store.
