Came here after a trip to Disneyland. It was probably around 11:30PM. There was about probably 3 groups inside. We walked in & no one was around. We stood there awkwardly until a guy came up, took a few menus and walked away. We weren't sure if we were suppose to follow him - until he looked at us and waved us over.. We sat down and he seemed like he was in a rush to take our order. - We asked for a moment and when he came back - he was very eager to take our order. The food came shortly - tasted fine. Yes, I agree with other yelpers here about the lack of server. The management should stop being cheap here. Even on weekend there's like only one server after 10p. There's one time around 3am on Sat, the only server there have to cover like 6-7 tables. That server also have to make drinks, salads and etc,. So can't really blame the server if your order come to slow. It's management's fault. But service is still good despite of there only once server. The food here is always consistent & good. I come here pretty often because their discount offer in the email from time to time. If you like faster service, you should come before 10p. The crowd can be pretty "interesting" if you come late at night, I guess because it's the only place that opens 24/7 around the area. Maybe all those people coming after clubbing & raving? I've seen a lot crazy stuffs happen here late at nite, lol. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here alone late at nite. read more

Honestly I've only been here late at night. I remember the good ol days where this place ruled breakfast time. Having a grand slam with awesome OJ, now it is just a place I go to when I am drunk late at night. The service is standard but I've started become disappointed at the amount of food served here. The portions seem to be less and less, like my sorry 2 teaspoons full of hash browns. All and all this place is kinda dead, but I hope one day the night service will be as great at the morning. read more

The courtesy of your halls have lessened of late, King Denny. But I have released you from your spell. Long has it been since I've traveled into the Shire, but the cooks of the Golden Hall were able to replicate a Hobbit meal to nearly full accuracy with exception of portion! The waiters and waitresses were as amiable as the long departed elves of Rivendell (Imladris was it called, and Mithrandir t'was I), and all in all my dining experience here was just as good as a stop in the Green Dragon. Denny certainly deserves more stars than that Barliman Butterbur character--by the Valar did I have to restrain myself from burning down the Prancing Pony because of his ineptitude! But alas, despite the elvish quality of service rendered, the food quality and quantity to cost of coin ratio prevents me from proffering this establishment with the last most beloved star, the Light of Eärendil. Still, let it be known that King Denny's halls (or at least this one, for the Lord of Breakfast holds many halls throughout the realm) are blessed with four of Ebereth's shimmering stars. read more

***3.5 stars*** stopped by for a quick dinner since it was on the way to our destination and conveniently located right off the freeway. i ordered the chicken avocado sandwich ($8.29), which was a grilled chicken breast with diced avocado on a toasted whole wheat bun. this was one of their "fit fare" options, so it was meant to be light and healthy. the taste was average, not much taste in the chicken, but definitely healthy since it wasn't fried or greasy. the avocado slices were fresh, and the bun was toasted just right. this came with a side of raw veggies (carrots, cucumbers, celery) with ranch dipping sauce. the service was very good as our waiter was very attentive and quick to address any of our needs. we were in and out in about 30 minutes which was great. read more

Ordered the house salad and Mediterranean grill.. 1st let me say my house salad looked more yellow n white with a hint of brown the grilled chicken was tasty though that's what allowed me to tolerate the rest but I wasn't planning on being that customer today.. the Mediterranean chicken however the first few bites were delicious UNTIL you got to the middle it was UNCOOKED I think the chewy gave us a hint to dissect the chicken, so we told the waiter he said he would tell the manager and redo the meal.. food came back but the hunger was gone and we were ready to go.. the manager didn't once go and check if the food was cooked properly or any customer service follow up (fail) while paying there's a game/machine that took my daughters dollar so we brought that up and cashiers response is we're not responsible for the machine but yet there's a BIG DENNYS sticker on it, take your sticker off if your not going to take responsibility.. the manager stood there quiet while counting money at the register not once looking up to acknowledge anything being said.. another FAIL hence the big 1 Star review!!! read more

First OFF, I rated this establishment 3 stars- simply cause their MANAGEMENT here is GREAT! *Their staff is decent. I've been here only twice, and those two times I've had male servers, the first gentleman was very attentive. the second was not so much, probably cause it was busier and he had 3 tables to service? he made my mixed pucker drink really syrupy and without the little clear stake prop w/lime in there, which made the drink look cheap and lazy. (Not a big deal, but I'm the type of person who is particular about things like that) Well, the food here is not great, the toast was CRUNCHY. and toast is not supposed to taste chips. it is late so bare with me here while i try to recollect what I've ordered before.. it is some type of sizzler plate with eggs on top? it came out hot but only on the inside. the outside was cold. so i knew that had been sittin out under the lap before it was brought out. it was OK cause the meal was hot(on the inside). bacon pieces were not crispy, but more on the hard side. *I dined in around 10pm on a Saturday night, Not busy and not slow. i asked to change my drink cause of they syrupy taste. *the server agreed with no hesitation. *I decided to have a coke instead, after 3, 4 sips of it i notice in my ice cube was some sort of white hard piece that would NOT fall off. so i take my spoon, dig it in my drink and scoop that half cube out. so WHEN I posted my photo on here i did not know what that was, so disregard the shrimp comment.. cause really in person it looked like raw shrimp!!! so my boyfriend asked to talk to the manager, and he comes and we ask what is on the ice ? not only that but other pieces of it was floating in my drink. he immediately calls on it. "Its from the straw, by the color i can tell" SO we show him our straw wrapper, IN PRISTINE condition, then he says it may be from someone accidentally dropping it in the ice maker. SO he doesn't charge for the drinks, offers us a substitute, and is really apologetic. which personally is great management which aside from the less than average food is a huge plus for them. -we order the same drinks and then we see another chunk of paper, or whatever floating in the drinks.. -we just go to the register and pay for our meals, and we then tell him again that there is still debris in there.. he was stunned, asked if we wanted a drink with NO ICE to go. so we agreed. HE immediately tells one of his employees to remove all the ice, and clean it out.. in front of us. i felt bad cause the guy was looked at us while he was grabbing a bucket, but hey.. i saved ya guys from drinkin' pieces of unknown droppings! all-in-all 2 Hours later, I AM STILL HUNGRY. I had a late-night craving for breakfast and tried to place a phone order for take-out but nobody answered the phone. I then decided to place an online order for pick-up.
