We love our neighborhood Denny's! Been coming here for years... and as long as Lola is managing, we will continue to come back. She is always so welcoming and she pays special attention to our daughter, Chanel! Chanel loves going to see her and at two years old, she comes to think of the staff at Denny's as family.

Ate breakfast here. Ordered the Crepes breakfast. It was delicious! This place was the best Dennys I've been to. Gilberte was a great server!

Beware of the Eggs Benedict! It tastes like a sour cheese sauce not Holandaise that you're usually used to!!

At any given time you're going to see Garrett, Dario, Chelsea, Becca, Luis or Amber amongst others. We enjoy going back to see what's new with them. Tons of TVs to watch sports. Food: their lemon pepper dry rub wings are to DIE FOR! First time I have not needed ranch or blue cheese. However, their blue cheese is one of my favorites, get it to literally put on anything! We also love the sliders, Mac & cheese bites, and buffalo quesadilla. Hopefully the bring back their fried pickles one day ;) Beer: Llama blueberry... if you know, you know! Also the Single in Havana by Barrel of Monks. My boyfriend loves IPAs and enjoys the Hazy little thing. Save money: join their rewards program to get coupons for money off, free pretzels, and also ways to earn entries for trips! There was also plenty of people there to watch the game since its World Cup season but they kept to themselves. The food was very average and nothing spectacular but we came more for trivia than the actual food. The food seems to come with no flavor the times I have came to eat lunch. The actual trivia took forever since the host would give 2-3 songs to answers so trivia ended up being over 3 hours which is not normal especially on a week night. I would suggest they find a new host ASAP.

They had a couple appealing blackboard specials including a crab bisque soup. We both wound up getting some of this soup. It was thick and very good! My husband got the half sandwich and soup. For his sandwich choice he got roast beef with tomato and onion on rye bread. Except for the edges of the bread being a little tough, he really liked the roast beef. And he liked the crab bisque so much that he got a bowl to go. After my cup of soup, I had their "lazy wings" -- basically chicken tenders. Five large breaded pieces to the order, I got them with teriyaki sauce. They were a bit sticky with a sprinkling of sesame seeds, but very good. For my side I got the veggies (celery and carrots) instead of fries. I wound up taking three of the tenders home. We are already planning what to order next time we come...

There was a healthy crowd, but we were seated immediately and the service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is clean, bright and contemporary. We started with Bloody Marys and passion fruit mimosas--all excellent. (Although they don't salt the cocktail rims, so sodium enthusiasts beware.) Breakfast and lunch are served all day, and pretty much everything on the menu sounded good. We went with the oxtail and grits, biscuits and gravy, and avocado toast, plus breakfast potatoes, sausage links and hash brown casserole. Exceptional. All of it. The oxtail was fall-apart tender, with a rich gravy over creamy, flavorful grits that had exactly the right consistency. The biscuits were huge and fluffy with a good crumble. And the avocado toast wasn't some sad little schmear of avocado--it came piled high with avocado, tomato and onion. Actually, everything was generously portioned. Come hungry and be prepared to roll out the door. One thing I especially appreciated: they were working on improvements to the menu that day and asking customers to try and give feedback on a potential new corned beef hash dish. There's something great about a locally owned restaurant actively engaging its customers and always looking for ways to get even better. I got the 'itis, but managed to churn out this review before the nap kicks in--because everybody should know about this wonderful little gem in Boynton Beach. My husband had one of their breakfast specials, while I had something from the lunch side of their menu. He got their "Georgia Breakfast". It had two biscuits with sausage and cheese topped with sausage gravy along with two over easy eggs and grits. He said the biscuits were wonderful -- nice and soft inside. We were surprised to learn they were not house made, but from a food service company, Cheney Brothers. I got their crispy chicken club sandwich. The all white meat chicken was breaded and fried. It was very good. Came with a few strips of bacon, a large slice of red tomato, and a lettuce leaf. The bacon could have been a tad more well done. And the bun -- called a Kaiser roll on the menu -- was more like a hamburger bun. I didn't eat the bread. Got potato salad as my side. It was eggy and slightly sweet from the pickle relish. Good, but not my favorite. I had to get a biscuit to go -- just to try one -- and ate it in the car with the provided butter as my "dessert". Glad we got to try this place. Definitely a good option for breakfast. Although their pot roast special of the day looked appealing, too .

We were given drink tickets that could not be used at the bar, which I understand, but without sufficient and attentive wait staff, it can be a nightmare waiting for drink orders to be taken or for them to even return. I did not receive my last drink because by the time they made the announcement for last call, our waitress was unable to get back to our table before the tab was closed, and we were out of luck. I ended up having strawberry margaritas but unfortunately found a piece of plastic in my first drink. They were also oddly out of regular straws that day and could only offer kids' straws. Food quality was also a miss for me that day. We had three food options to choose from: 10 wings and fries, a Cobb salad, or a mahi sandwich. Most people at my table ordered the wings or the salad. I was the only one to choose buffalo-flavored wings, and when I tell you the presentation was TERRIBLE, I was honestly surprised. There was so much buffalo sauce drowning the entire plate that I could barely enjoy my fries because they were drenched and soggy. With the length of the wait times and the nature of the event, I found no use in complaining or asking for fries to be remade, so I made do. I'll stick to the Village location.
