Regular smegular place to get a good steak. Nothing fancy about Texas Roadhouse at all. It's busy, loud, with a bar in the middle of the floor. I ventured here for dinner with my coworkers. They ordered drinks which I presume tasted good. We ordered multiple apps - blooming onion and combo app with tater skins, boneless wings and fried pickles. For entrees, my boss ordered a salad - I don't think he was all the impressed. Don't recall what my other coworker ordered but I ordered the ribeye and ribs combo. Baby when I tell you I barely had any ribs. I asked the waiter where are the ribs? I even told a mgr when he walked around asking how the meal was. Chile I was not playing. Now the little ribs, steak and baked potato was good (I ate most of it the next day). People love TRH bread but I'm not a big fan of the sweet bread/butter. read more

We came here today for my Dad's birthday. The Wednesday special is also really good it's like 8oz sirloin and two sides for 16 or 17$ The 8oz sirloin here is much better than the 6oz especially if you're wanting it rare. They cooked the steaks just the way we asked today which was so nice. Server Brooke went out of her way to be super sweet and attentive. We really liked Brooke and of course it's always good vibes here but today they did a great job. I would like to see Texas Roadhouse with more of a rewards program, coupons or perks. Something called the "early dine" is also a great value. We really don't like the ziosk checkout screens that make it impossible for a child to not start buying games. We think TR and all restaurants should give up on Ziosk and just bring a check. We usually get the sweet potato, baked potato, Cesar salad, and house salad with a side of Italian and blue cheese. The Italian dressing is to die for and the sides here are amazing. My favorite thing is the peach tea and I drink it competitively to get my 4$ worth but I do always appreciate the restaurants that do a kids size for only 1$. That's a great deal. read more

You honestly can't go wrong here. Great prices for the food portions. This location is new to the location, I've been a few times since they opened and they stay busy or with a steady flow. I do think they can do better with the amount of time it takes to get your drinks when the order is taken, or maybe just bring out waters with the bread. Ambiance - Texas Roadhouse baby! It was crowded, loud (but not as loud as normal), and the country music was blasting. Just like I like it. This location is fairly new so it feels clean(er than the southern blvd location). We waited a while before someone came to our table to take our drink orders. We waited and waited. I don't know what's going on in chain restaurants these days, but the time between getting seated and having the drink order taken is nuts. Makes me wanna leave, but I'm usually hungry when I come to restaurants, so there's that ‍ lol **apparently they (staff) mixed up the table because they kept trying to give us another table's drinks (twice, same drinks) and they tried giving that table our food when our food came out.** Food - bread was immaculate as always Tater skins app - Nothing special. Just as advertised. Hot, cheesy, bacony and splayed out like petals. Steak (16oz ribeye) - so small we thought we could share but that was not a safe assumption. It was okay. My ribeye was probably the worst steak I have eaten at a restaurant. even though prices are relatively low nothing justifies serving a mostly gristly steak that was tough and inedible at medium rare. Baked potato seemed overly preprepared and strangely lacking in potato taste. Caesar salad overly dressed. Martini very small and watery. Parking, service, cleanliness was good, and ability to leave (escape) the bad food and noisy environment was appreciated via table digital check pay. Peanuts now in bags and unclear if still free. Our first trip to Texas Roadhouse. It was recommended by our daughter and her husband and what fun it was! We loved the entire Texas and country western ambience, complete with staff line dancing. The food was very good and a great value. It is a large open restaurant with lots of booths and very clean restrooms. Our server Samantha did a great job making sure we were happy. We are already planning our next trip to Texas Roadhouse. We are thinking about sitting at the bar, it looked like fun. read more

I tried the strip steak with green beans and mushrooms. The steak was not very good. Tough to eat. Good thing I have strong teeth! The green beans and the mushrooms were delicious. Little pieces of pork in the green beans were really good and the mushrooms were also really good. The thing is, I went for the steak, as it's a steakhouse and that was the weakest part. Poor Customer service. Got there at 8:30 and the place was empty. Got seated immediately and had the bread because the hostess brought it to us, but had to wait for our server Santana to finish chit chatting with her friends for over 15 min before getting any water. Took advantage and immediately ordered to go, since we noticed the lack of customer service. Good came out without one side, not to go, and had to stop her about 20 min after to get to-go boxes. Ambiance nice, service fair, food stick to the peanuts and steak. 9 diners, 3 had chicken. 1 said never again steak only for now on. 1 said fair, 1 said great ( herb grilled). 2 had combo both kids they would have eaten the plates if the server hadn't taken them away. 1 had pork chop severed cold on delivery, 1 had sirloin steak over cooked and cold. 1 had 1/2 rack rib, meat tender, warm at best and smothered with BBQ sauce. Please change the BBQ sauce it is not good. The killer for the whole meal was salads were served, my chili was 1 minute behind with in 3 minutes the meals came out. There was no room on the table of nine to put the meals down. The kids gave up their salads for the meat no surprise. 1 adult split her salad and gave it to server other 1/2 she put on her plate. 1 didn't have a salad. The rest went back to the kitchen thus when returned they were cold. Service needs to time food better, manager needs to checkup when food comes back to kitchen. Who, what, where, why! Those dishes should have been remade. I agree I'm a little hard to please because I owned 4 food service companies, but obvious is not always obvious to associates. Went there to have dinner always try to give that one the benefit of the doubt but it's not nearly as good as the one on southern. Server with long curly brown hair training someone took our order and we got steaks both of us got a side of chili. The food runner sent out 1 chili, that's fine, a couple minutes went by we asked about the other chili and they brought it out no big deal the server came over acting like we were lying, still no big deal. Not sure why he was acting like that because he was the one who cleared our extra plates and there was only one cup of chili on the table. Our food comes out and my plate came with another side of chili told the lady my other side was fries not another chili she was super nice she ended up just letting us keep the chili, my steak was way over cooked and my boyfriends food had a hair on the plate. We understand it happens but this is probably at least the 3rd time we've gotten hair in one of your plates here at this location. Still no big deal we didn't even bring it up and at the end the last thing the server said to us was "I hope you guys enjoyed your extra chili's" implying we got 2 for free when in reality they forgot his the first time and accidentally gave me the incorrect side. Not sure if he was trying to be smart like we were trying to finesse him out of a $3 side. It's a hit or miss we either have a good server or a shitty one. This is Honestly the 1st review I think I've ever written but for them to act like we were trying to get free shit out of them. We go out to eat very often and neither of us have ever left a review or a bad tip even if service was bad.We tipped 20% and he still was being smart. My husband and I dined-in this evening for a quick stop to enjoy steak dinners and drinks. We absolutely love the fresh crisp greens in chilled salad bowls and drinks in frozen glasses. If the croutons are not made in-house, they taste like it. Upon leaving, we accidently left our meal behind, and Hunter (manager) accommodated our mistake with customer service beyond expectation. The music was at perfect volume, and not too loud to kill the ambiance of the dining experience. Cheryl was our server and asked all the correct questions a server should for the business side. The trip to bathroom was clean and tidy, as well! We are in the corporate culinary industry, and one of us is also a Licensed Registered Dietitian. We decided to dine at the Lake Park location for dinner. Since opening we have dined there 3 times and have been satisfied. However, we didn't expect a casual dinner on Tuesday to be so disappointing. When we arrived we were greeted by the hostesses Lelani and Autumn. However after that is where things changed in our experience. The hostess walked us past 9 empty tables to a table directly in the back and in front of the restroom. We politely asked for another table and was seated at a table where it appeared we were in a section with predominantly African American customers. As a person that has diverse friends and a multicultural family this was concerning to see. I spoke with our waitress Candy to ask if my perception was accurate. As professional and polite as she could be, she looked around and also shared the same outlook. I later spoke to a manager named Hunter. She explained the seating policy. This explanation was questionable and eluded that this seating policy could coincidentally arrange almost all the African American customers in one section. I later found out the manager Hunter was in the kitchen mocking and criticizing a very sensitive concern that I had brought to her attention. In addition, we discovered an African American family seated nearby complained after feeling the service they received was unacceptable and discriminatory. I have dined at Texas Roadhouse locations in Florida, Texas and the Carolinas. I have always enjoyed their atmosphere and food but tonight was incredibly disappointing. The only silver lining was the service from Candy and John. They both embody great personalities and service. It is because of them we will one day return to Texas Roadhouse but probably not this location. I hope this review will create productive dialogue, positive change and respect for all people. read more
