From the moment I stepped into this establishment, I knew I was in for an underwhelming experience -- if not something far worse. The place was already crowded, which I expected, but what struck me immediately was the complete lack of organization and professionalism. There was no hostess present to greet or assist guests, and the staff seemed visibly scattered, stressed, and disjointed. Their conversations in Spanish, seemingly in their own world, made me feel like a lost tourist in a foreign country -- completely disconnected from the customer service one should expect. Finally, after some time, a woman arrived who claimed to be the hostess. I politely inquired about the wait time, and she estimated around 20 minutes. I requested a seat at the counter if available, and after waiting about five minutes, she returned to inform me that a spot was open. Throughout this process, my vigilance was heightened -- and what I observed only deepened my concerns. The cleanliness of this place is alarmingly poor. I had to personally request a new set of silverware and a clean glass because the ones provided were visibly dirty. This alone raises serious questions about their hygiene standards. To make matters worse, I noticed a large bowl of fruit sitting out in the open for an uncomfortably long period -- exposed to dust, flies, and the general environment. Disturbingly, they appeared to be using this fruit to prepare drinks and food, which is not only unhygienic but outright shocking for a restaurant that claims to serve food to the public. The overall health and cleanliness of this place are appalling. It's evident that the health department should be investigating this location on a daily basis, as the current standards are far below acceptable. This is a *new* Denny's, and frankly, it's a terrible first impression. Such neglect and lack of basic hygiene are unacceptable, especially for a brand that prides itself on consistent quality and safety. I strongly advise anyone reading this to reconsider dining here. For your own health and wellness, steer clear of this place until they overhaul their operations and adhere to proper health standards. In conclusion, this experience was not just disappointing -- it was alarming. The health and safety risks I observed should not be overlooked. Omg! Dont eat here they are a bunch of crazy wack jobs. So the first time i ate here the crazy paranoid old lady. (Vicky) who works graveyard runs after me yelling that i didnt pay her. I told her the money plus tip that she didnt deserve was on the table so she went to check when she should have done that already before accusing customers. Anuways after that my man a i became regulars and she was always our waitress. Up until lastnight. I swear i will do anything to get my people and others not to bring buisness to this store. They called the police on my boyfriend and i because they were scared we werent gonna pay our bill. Wtf! Really!! We go there all the time. So im already embarrassed and now mu gift card is not reading on there machine witch was saying error. The lowest rating it let's me give is a 1 star but it should be a 0!!! I took my 11 year old to eat breakfast here and the place was so filthy. I was really disappointed, the lady brought us our drinks and the cups had lipstick on them from a previous customer. I kindly asked for another cup and the waiter gave me attitude. She brought back another cup and this one had hair in it... I WALKED OUT! She asked what number we were waiting for and personally brought our food to our table. I also noticed her doing the same for other customers and taking the time to clean tables and keep the dining area nice, clean, and welcoming. Jessica was so kind, attentive, and hardworking. Worth the wait, but definitely be patient!

Hands down the sandwich, wrap, and cucumber fresca are a must if you are in the area.

On Saturday 07/25th, my husband placed an online order at this location…read more We picked up our order and my husband's bowl, which was supposed to be a BYOB with double chopped chicken AND a side of chicken kebab was obviously wrong. The first clue it was wrong was that it contained feta (husband is intolerant to dairy), secondly it was missing the additional chicken kebab. Upon returning to the counter, we noticed multiple people ahead of us were sending back their food because they also experienced mistakes. It took the staff about 15 mins to make a new bowl for my husband, which was wrong again. They gave him a totally different bowl, which just had one chicken skewer sitting on top and it was missing the double chopped chicken. Because of the additional protein, we paid a hefty price for my husband's bowl. We contacted Luna Grill via their app to make it right and provide a refund. We haven't heard back from them. We didn't go up to the counter a 2nd time because, again, the lines were getting backed up from customers continuing to send back their food. We used to order food from this location quite frequently, but will be avoiding it from now on.

If you're following Google maps it will take you exactly there. There is plenty of parking. You will not find an actual looking restaurant. It is like a cafeteria inside the admin building. He let us know of their many catering services, weekly specials and was overall super nice. They do have some items not listed, just ask and he's more than likely to accommodate. He let us know they change the menu up every 6 months or so which is awesome in my opinion. Donovans has been there for 35+ years. Food is very fresh and the place is immaculate. Will definitely be going back.
