This place is a shit hole. I don't even know why they have it anymore. They have more excuse excuses than government shutdowns. You called the number says they're open 24 hours 365 Somebody didn't get the message. I just went to this location and the sorry excuse for a server says they're closed in the lobby till tomorrow morning and even with that they're not taking any new orders for the next few hours because they dont have staff Sounds like poor management along with lousy employees Come on Dennys do better You might need to overhaul this place and get rid of everyone working here if you can call what they do that read more

Horrible location. Pancakes were white as a ghost, undercooked. Sent back my request for extra crispy hashbrowns, came back like they tried to brown them on the grill with water, black grease coming off them, disgusting. Patrice was really amazing! She was so kind and so welcoming. She was absolutely outstanding! One of the best servers I've ever had/experienced. The food was absolutely fantastic and the coffee was really delicious too. The atmosphere was really cool and felt like you were at an old diner! First off, just so everybody is aware, DENNY'S NOT ONLY HAS THEMSELVES LISTED ON FOOD DELIVERY APPS, BUT THEY ALSO RELIST THEMSELVES BY POSING AS LOCAL BUSINESSES WITH DIFFERENT NAMES (so you don't know the crappy food you are, in fact, ordering). ONE SUCH PLACE IS "THE BURGER DEN". If you have doubts about this, look at the reviews for that place on Yelp, compare the addresses, or even drive by it to confirm. SHADY AF. When I ordered using Uber Eats (shame on you, Uber, for allowing this misrepresentation on your app), delivery time was estimated for 45 minutes. It then changed to an hour and a half, which I can only assume was the restaurant's fault, as the app showed my driver as waiting for my food. So it took them over an hour to make my food. When I received it, everything was cold, like not even a hint of warmth to it. We were missing items we ordered, and we received items that we did not order. Found dead bugs on two onion rings, mystery chunks in the mac & cheese, that we did not order, my chicken sandwich had pink juices running from it, and everything was soggy and disgusting. It was the worst experience I have ever had I can't believe that waitress Carolina hasn't been fired , the worst attitude, vibe , and tone. We will not return to this place again. My friend ordered hashbrowns and he said (quote: "to be cooked"). Which I told him he may have worded badly. Wishing he'd said extra crispy. But when we recieved our order they were not cooked to doneness. Then we waited very very long to get a waitress to take them back. By this time we had eaten everything else. But, when she brought hashbrowns back, the were not even cooked at all. I mean the bottom side was all white just barely thawed. So I felt the cook was being defiant to send them out to our table like that. I was furious and wanted to raise my voice. But we had been sitting there SO LONG he just paid and we left. The cook had been on a break because I saw him come out and sit in the corner table. It was late in the morning. They were not that busy. The wait for service was just as bad. First time eating at this Denny's. Glad we stopped here. The restaurant was very clean. Great job to all the staff! Covid rules are in place and obeyed here, making for a safe and relaxing environment to dine in. We were greeted immediately by a conscious gentleman who sat us at a nice booth of our choosing. Our server Brenda, was smiling, attentive and had a very witty sense of humor. I like that! Service with a smile underneath the mask deserves a big BRAVO!! The food was delicious and hit the spot. Hash brown tasted like a cardboard box. Eggs tasted as they were left in a pan in a fridge over night. Eggs also was cold. Pancakes was good. Bacon was ehh surprisingly. We placed our order and within 10 mins here comes our food. It was all seasoned perfect and very tasty. Our waitress kept our drinks filled and plenty of napkins. For 1:30am this place is fairly busy I was very surprised. Also it's open 24/7 7days a week!!! There's plenty of parking here also. There's plenty of hotels,motels close to this place. After being sitted, it took about 20 minutes for our drinks and food order to be taken. 40 minutes later the food came out and was under cooked. I recently worked at Dennys and it was a terrible experience. I've worked as a waitress for years now and have never had a table just walk out on me because they hadn't received their food. I had put in the order but the kitchen guy didn't change his receipt paper on time and it re routed the grill ticket. I felt so bad for my table that didn't receive their order and tried to accommodate. On top of that, the grill tickets being thrown into the food and nachos that I bring out to my table is unsanitary and after asking the cook nicely to not put anything into the food he preceded to tell me that nothing would be done to him and he does what he wants. The management there is terrible. And just overall this Dennys is a terrible establishment and a overall joke. read more

This used to be one of my regular hangout spots when I lived in Northwest Arkansas, so I was surprised when during a recent visit I stopped in and saw how run down the place is now. I met up with a friend and was running late. When I arrived there was a strange situation going on with a disgruntled guest and a person I assume was the manager. Apparently the guest was unhappy about the waitstaff and was taking his time letting the manager know about it rather loudly. The manager was just standing there and did not seem to know what to do to rectify the situation. It was not a comfortable scene to witness. The staff also left the front desk unattended a good portion of our visit which at one point left us all to hear that loud beeping of the telephone that someone had left off the ringer when they put someone on hold too long and they hung up. Our waitress did a fine job and our food came out fine, but the atmosphere of the restaurant during our visit was greatly affected by that scene that took place near us and the general lack of guest services. I also have to rate this location down because the condition of the women's bathroom was inexcusable for a restaurant. Toilets were left unattended and it just didn't feel clean. The paper towel dispenser was also located directly above the baby changing station and the auto roll caused the waiting paper towel to touch the back of the baby changing station. The rest of the restaurant appeared clean for the most part. I don't think I'll return to this location again though I hope they step up their game. There are a lot of new places popping up along I-49 but this is a prime location and should not be neglected. read more

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but this place is very poorly managed. First, my waitress reeked of cigarette, then we get the menu's and they are sticky all over so our hands became sticky so I went to the restroom to wash my hands and that reeked of feces as if it had not been cleaned in awhile. My mother also went to the restroom and she said she seen one of the waitress come out of a stall and straight back to work, I guess she didn't feel it was important to wash your hands before going back to serving customers. I haven't got my food but I'm probably walking out... C'mon guys we can do better smh read more

Being in the restaurant business and knowing many owners, the problem with this restaurant is the general manager (older guy) is the most rude GM I've come across in nwa. Seriously testing my kindness and patience which has never happened from any other GM I know!!!! Hopefully they get a more constructive LEADER instead of a nasty RUDE BOSS. read more

If there was a negative star they would get it. My husband and I were visiting from out of town and wanted some breakfast before heading home. We were quickly seated and told our waitress would be right over to get our drink orders. We waited about 15mins and no one had been by so I went to the hostess and let her know. The hostess was very sweet and apologized and said she would let our waitress know. I went back to my seat only to hear the waitress yell at the hostess that she was busy.
