Very poorly managed. We were waiting for a while before a waitress even showed up. Then it was a waitress that was not assigned to our section and she got her ass chewed for helping us. We were in the Springfield, Arkansas area for a few days for an event and ate breakfast there. First morning, one guy running around like a maniac, one cook no other help. Eggs undercooked. We are current AARP members (senior discount) but we had an expired card. We travel a lot and this had never never been an issue until this particular Denny's. The second morning, I showed the cashier on my phone that we are current members just have old card. The member number still the same. They still wouldn't give the discount. I do not believe corporate Denny's would have customers be hassled and denied for what? A $2 discount.?? Shame on you. We ate at another Denny's in Rolla, Missouri this morning on our way home. They took our card no questions, no hassling. Pretty sure when the program was inked between the two companies, they wouldn't have wanted customers to be hassled about expired cards but still valid members! Our crackhead waitress sat in the corner literally shoving food in her mouth, licking her fingers, while we waited 30+ minutes wondering where our food was. Finally, the sweet waitress-in-training came to ask if we were ok since everyone else had their food. Turns out, our lazy waitress was bingeing with her drug buddies instead of entering our order. The ONLY 2 good things I can say about this nasty place in they had a great waitress trainee & manger, who was in the back cooking to make up for short staff. We were in Springdale for a work conference. Denny's was close to the hotel, and we always eat at the Denny's in Russellville Arkansas without any problems. However, we had many issues with the Springdale location. When we were showed to our table, the floor had french fries under it, Then, it took us 40 minutes to get five pancakes and 10 pieces of bacon. Bacon was thin, cold, and old. My stack of three pancakes was not even as high as the first knuckle on my finger. I took a picture because I would not have even believed it myself if I had not seen it since it states on the menu that your pancakes are 50% fluffier. First, the waitress told us night shift forgot to make the pancake batter (this was after 15 minutes of waiting). Had we known earlier, we could have ordered something different or left and gone somewhere else. She did not give me a refill of sweet tea, she gave my husband a refill of iced coffee on the house because of the wait (we thought refills were free anyway), but she also charged him for an iced cappuccino instead of iced coffee (I'm not sure if there is a difference in price between the two). When I told her I was unhappy about the food, she gave me a different story about why it took so long. She told me she couldn't help it that they were busy...there were 5 tables during the 50 minutes we were in there. read more

Ordered some Zesty nachos to go and got home and was missing pico for the nachos. Called them back and they said they weren't making it due to Covid-19. Wish they would of told me before I ordered. Nachos weren't the same without pico. read more

Service was horrible here tonight after the Razorback game. Half our tables food didn't come out on time. It took 3 hours for a BLT to be served for crying out loud. We complained and ended up getting our entire meal for free. Food was also poorly prepared even for a Denny's. I'll never make the mistake of coming here again. read more

Got here when they were switching shifts, had excellent service from the folks going home and the one's coming on. The food was so perfect, it could have been used for a photo for the menu. Great value as always. IMHO this was the best Denny's I've ever ate at. read more

I expect sub-pare at Denny's, but this one- all time low. Five total tables in the restaurant and we had over a 30 min ticket time. My Club sandwich on had a piece of bacon about 2" long. My wife and kids order came out cold, so we know it sat in the back forever. Manager never checked in with us. I live in the area and I won't come back to this Denny's. read more

Excellent service and food. The staff is what should make it a 5 +, been going 2 times a week for about 6 months, fell in love with food service and staff. Saw them wait on the children, teens, adults and the Ederly, Mama and I sit and just watch them. She is 91 and it is one of her favorite outings. I had the worst service I have ever experienced here tonight. I got seated and my drink order came but after that it took 19 minutes for my waitress to come. While waiting for our food to come, we drank our coffee and waited for 10 minutes for a refill. When the food came out, after finally calling over the host to order, they brought the wrong meal. Our waitress never came back and a random person dropped our ticket. It was awful. I will never be back and I do not recommend it as the tables around us had the wrong food as well. read more

If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. My mother, my twin daughters, and I went to this location on 4/18/19 after a trip to the Children's Hospital for my daughters. They are three years old.We arrived at approx 12:45 PM and did not leave until 1:45 PM, with the majority of that time waiting. The servers were extremely unfriendly and blunt every time we asked for anything. We ordered our food and I ordered my daughters apple juice (which I'm fully aware at EVERY restaurant does not carry free refills). My daughter inadvertently dropped hers in the floor and dumped the entire contents (she had only had a few sips). When we advised our server, she was rude to my mother and demanded that she get up so that she could reach the cup. She grabbed the cup and went to the kitchen area..and never came back. We now had a huge puddle of juice under our feet and no drink for my 3 year old. When we FINALLY caught our server and asked for another juice for her, we were very rudely told that she would have to charge us, which we fully expected to have to purchase to begin with. The issue here is that the server NEVER asked if we wanted to order another for her, she just completely ignored the situation. My mother than asked her if she could kindly provide us with some extra napkins since my feet were in puddles of juice. I had been throwing napkins down under my feet throughout this ordeal to attempt to keep them dry. The brought us a small stack and FINALLY grabbed a mop to clean the mess up. Also, as we were seated right outside the kitchen area, we heard someone sneeze loudly (in no way was this muffled to indicate she had covered herself), then quipped at another server about not sneezing on HER, then proceeded to walk out and clean a table. I have no idea what she sneezed on, but really, at this point I lost my appetite. Before we left, since we live about an hour away, I decided to take my daughter to the bathroom for a potty break. When I walked in, the toilet area was smeared with feminine issues. No way was I EVER putting my daughter anywhere near that. I changed her pull up, went back to our table, and packed everything up so I could take them elsewhere. And yes, I notified the cashier that the women's bathroom needed some serious attention. As far as the food goes, I ordered a Turkey Club that was extremely dry and had no flavor. My mom had a salad, so kinda hard to screw that one up. My daughters had pancakes and are 3 so I really couldn't tell you what they thought of those. The silverware was quite disgusting, did not look clean in at all. My overall experience was extremely negative and just the thought of eating at any Denny's location turns my stomach. read more

Food was fair, service slow. Ordered fish n chips. Took about 20 minutes to get order. The plate did not have tartar sauce or lemon, so I requested them. Waited 10 minutes. Fish got cold. Got up and went to front counter. No one was there. Asked the original waitress, and her response was, "I asked them for it". Asked if there was anyone around who could help me. She said they were out of tartar sauce. That is unacceptable service. Will not eat there again. read more

No stars!! We have eaten here many, many times over the past 20 years. But the last 4 to 6 months the service has continued to decline. Last night was the LAST night. Party of 8 at 8:45pm waited 15 mins to be seated. A waitress asked how many and when we told her she turned and walked back the kitchen. The man running the register was the one who seated us after he finished up with his other customers, he was the only one I would applaud last night....he however must have gotten off while we where there because we didn't see him when we left. Food took a very long time, told the waitress when we placed our order we had a to go order of a burger and fries we wanted placed when our food came out. Gave her the to go order when she delivered our food but we still had to wait at least 30 mins after we had finished eating to get the to go order. We arrived at 8:45 for a quick late dinner.....we left at nearly 10:30. Final straw....they overcharged my card $8. I called this morning to discuss....was asked to hold and 5 mins later I hung up. Owners listen up....you NEED new management!!! You just lost long time Springdale residents, long time Denny's customers consisting of 3 families. And there were two other parties of at least 6 sitting beside us. They received same poor service. read more

We have stopped at many Denny's across the country and this is by far the WORST that we have ever been in. Service ok but waitress so busy we didn't get a ticket from her. Ordered the Sr Omelet's meal. Very basic right? WRONG. My omelet was swimming in grease when it got to the table, hubby's not as much. Onions in both were all but raw, tomato tasted like canned not fresh, cheese YUCK. At least MOST of the bacon bites were cooked. Hash browns more raw than cooked. As bad as that sounds the female at the register made things worse. Remember we didn't get a ticket from our waitress so while I was in the restroom he told the person at the register what we had. She over charged him. When he handed me the receipt outside I went right back in and told her she charged us for the wrong table. Her response "oh well it still cost the same."! Wrong answer there was just my husband and my self - 2 people - NOT the 3 she charged us for. Finally we did get the difference back but when I asked for a receipt she acted like that was too much trouble. DO NOT STOP HERE!! read more
